Abstract

Abstract— This research was conducted to determine the representation of the level of maturity of Information Technology Governance used in accordance with the standards and objectives of the company. This study aims to provide an assessment of PT. Shinsung Indonesia related to the information technology used by referring to the existing domain in the COBIT 4.1 framework and can be used as recommendation data for decisions that will be taken in the future regarding the information technology used. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were collected by using questionnaires and interviews. Respondents in this study were 27 people who came from IT and non-IT divisions. Based on the discussion of the research results indicate that the level of maturity of the problem management process in the information system of PT. Shinsung Indonesia is currently at the level of 3.97. In the current condition, the implementation of the existing information system at PT. Shinsung Indonesia has been implemented quite well. Where the procedures used by the company have been standardized properly. Keywords— Maturity Level, Information Technology, Cobit Intisari— Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui representasi tingkat kematangan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan standard dan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penilaian kepada PT. Shinsung Indonesia terkait teknologi informasi yang digunakan dengan mengacu pada domain yang ada pada framework cobit 4.1, dan dapat menjadi data rekomendasi keputusan yang akan diambil kedepan terkait teknologi informasi yang digunakan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 orang yang berasal dari divisi IT dan non IT.  Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kematangan proses pengelolaan permasalahan pada sistem informasi PT. Shinsung Indonesia saat ini berada pada tingkat 3,97. Pada kondisi saat ini, penerapan sistem informasi yang ada di PT.. Shinsung Indonesia sudah diterapkan dengan cukup baik. Dimana prosedure yang digunakan oleh perusahaan telah distandarisasi dengan baik. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Kematangan, Teknologi Informasi, Cobit

Abstract

Abstract— The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) as the provider of national health insurance for all Indonesians seeks to improve the service system for all BPJS Health participants. BPJS Health innovates by launching the JKN Mobile application, with the JKN Mobile application it is expected to be able to provide convenience for users to get more optimal services. With the JKN Mobile application, it is also hoped that users can access various kinds of information related to JKN programs easily and quickly and can access anytime and anywhere. This study aims to determine the relationship between services on the JKN Mobile application and the level of satisfaction of BPJS Health users at Beringin Clinicl.

Abstract

Online loan applications are a form of cashless transaction with the number of users continuing to increase every year, especially in Indonesia. Various online credit and loan applications are born as if they are in demand by offering banking solutions and various promotions. One of the online loan and credit applications is the Kredivo application. This application has many features not only as a payment method, but also as a tool for making cash and credit payments to the markets that work with this application. So far, this application has never been analyzed, so researchers want to conduct research to obtain new findings about the usability of the Kredivo application system and as proof or testing of the correctness of existing knowledge, namely use questionnaire analysis and importance performance analysis. The results of his research show that the variables tested on the respondents are still not in accordance with the expectations of the respondents.

Abstract

Abstract— Technological developments require businesses to be able to prioritize fast service, increase productivity, and convenience and create superior products. By selling and buying products via the internet, it will make it easier for people to access e-commerce websites effectively and efficiently and increase store sales. The problems that occur in Sports Stores XYZ are that there is no system to inform product details, product prices, product sizes, and product stock so that customers run out of items they want to buy, lack of maximum sales promotion, no reports for the best-selling products, lack of maximum results in searching sales report data. This research method builds and designs E-commerce with a WordPress content management system (CMS), develops a B2C (Business-to-Customer) E-commerce model, discusses making product catalogs, ordering products, product transactions, and confirming payments, payment is done by transfer between banks and then the shop will validate if the buyer has confirmed the payment. This research resulted in the availability of product catalog, cart, and checkout features on the E-commerce system, the coupon feature and the sales report feature, and best-selling products. Abstract

In determining the best teacher, there are several factors into the assessment. This assessment is based on teacher performance assessments at the Prosperous Vocational High School and internal activities. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness of work, the right decision making is needed. With the aim to build and provide alternatives. decision support system is a system that has the ability to analyze alternatives for selecting the best teachers using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, where there are several criteria used, namely Achievement, Quality, Discipline, Responsibility, Years of Service for the selection of teachers who each have a weight assessment so as to provide teacher assessment results which provide an assessment of each of the best teacher performance. This decision support system helps and provides alternatives in assessing each teacher. The final result is obtained from the calculation process, namely the sum of the normalized matrices with weights per criterion which shows the ranking of the best teacher selection from the first to the last of the criteria. From this assessment, it becomes an alternative which then gets the best teacher.
