Abstract

Management information system is an information provider system that is used to support the operating system in the process of returning certain decisions within an institution/organization. The application of technology in government agencies is needed to create an accountable, transparent and trustworthy government. The personnel management information system is a useful application for managing administrative data, based on the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number: KEP-155/J.A/12/1997 concerning the operational organization of the management information system of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office. This study aims to determine the success rate of the personnel management system at the Purwakarta District Attorney's Office using the Delone and McLean information system success model. The variables used in this research are system quality, information quality, service quality and user satisfaction. This research is a type of descriptive analysis research that is used to interpret the data that has been processed quantitatively. Based on the results of the study, there is a successful implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) using the Delone and Mclean method, the quality of information has a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG), with a significance value of 0.007 <0.05 and a t value of 2,838 > t table 2,021.

Abstract

Most of the students stated that studying Physics using relatively thick textbooks tended to be boring. This has an impact on unsatisfactory learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to develop a product in the form of a module that is compiled using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model with a combination of learning videos from YouTube, and analyze the feasibility level. The research method used is by making a module on temperature and heat material, which includes learning videos in the form of a QR code that can be scanned via a smartphone. The parameters analyzed include the results of the validation of experts who include material experts, media experts, and linguists. Another parameter that was measured as the level of student interest in the module, with a sample of 10 students from SMAN 1 Dramaga, SMA Bumi Sejahtera, and SMA Hanura. The results showed that the assessments of material experts, media experts, and linguists respectively were 3.83, 3.32, and 3.47 with the criteria of "very decent". The attractiveness test results for SMAN 1 Dramaga, SMA Bumi Sejahtera, and SMA Hanura were 3.57, 3.36 with the criteria of "very interesting" and 3.03 with the criteria of "attractive". Thus, it is concluded that the POE-based physics module by utilizing the QR code and YouTube learning videos is very feasible to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the location of a coffee shop using the MOORA method. The research design used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, namely analyzing one variable to be described without making comparisons and looking for influence with other variables. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers using distance measurements between location choices, land prices, land area, traffic density, and transportation routes. The results showed that the A3 location was the most effective choice for opening a new branch.

Digital module Integrated dive theme is made with sound explanation material and learning video in accordance with the theme of diving. . Voice recordings of explanations of the material on this digital module can be listened to by students, so that students not only read but can listen to the material. Explanatory sound can be set if you do not want to listen to the sound, can click the sound icon so that the sound is off. Digital modules are more interesting because there are explanatory videos that can help students in understanding diving materials. The video connects to the youtube link when we click on the youtube icon. The youtube video is adapted to the materials that match the theme of the dive.

Abstract

In the last three years the climatic conditions in Jambi City have experienced erratic weather conditions. One way to predict rainfall is using the Kalman Filter approach. However, in this case, the Kalman Filter method is implemented on the forecasting results from ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) because there has been rainfall measurement data from 2008 to 2017 at the BMKG Muaro Jambi Climatology Station which is also a function of time and the existing pattern will be described with using Time Series Analysis. Time series data is data that has a time series of more than one year on one object or data collected from time to time on one object. ARIMA model will be used to predict the next data. Kalman filter is a model part of state space that can be applied in forecasting models. The Kalman filter consists of a prediction stage and a correction stage. This method uses a recursive technique to integrate the latest observational data into the model to correct previous predictions and make further predictions. This study aims to determine the implementation of the kalman filter method in predicting rainfall obtained through the ARIMA model in Jambi City. The results of the 2018 Jambi City rainfall prediction research show that the best ARIMA model formed is the ARIMA model (1,0,1). In the Kalman Filter model, a MAPE value of 24.92% is obtained, which indicates that the Kalman Filter has a fairly good predictive ability.

Abstract

Flood is one of the problems faced by DKI Jakarta Province. To be able to reduce losses caused by flooding is to predict rainfall. The type of research is quantitative research using rainfall prediction method using Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) which was developed by Stevenson & Porter (2009). The data used is rainfall data at Kemayoran Station in the period January 2018 to December 2020. The prediction accuracy results state that the FTS method has poor accuracy so that improvements are needed in the formation of interval intervals.

Abstract

Queue often causes some problems, one of which is inefficiency in time and expense. PT Nirmala Agro Lestari is endeavoring to optimize the line of TBS truck transports on weight bridge. If the queue at weight bridge PT Nirmala Agro Lestari is going on constantly will result in its slow delivery of TBS to the production area and affect the quality of production. To avoid this, companies conduct queue simulations in order to determine whether the queue system is efficient or should be implemented as an adjustment. PT Nirmala Agro Lestari has always been trying to reach consumer demand targets, with production capacity of 60 tons/hour. The study used the method of queue theory by creating a model of queue simulations based on actual conditions using the promodel. The data on this study is from the TBS transport queue to the weight bridge of PT Nirmala Agro Lestari. The simulation steps on this research was to design an optimum model of line simulation with promodel and test the proposed model for a line model by calculating the workload of TBS trucks. Model modifications are needed because there is still a queue of buildup in the TBS weight bridge loading process. At weight bridge at 90,95%, there is high activity at weight bridge because of the time of service and the frequency of trucks over at the high harvest time that gives trucks a long line of time to enter the production process. The addition of weight bridge to two units shows a utilisation drop on the entry road to the weight bridge from 71.34% to 22.82%, and 90,95% to 62.30%.
