Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of fundamental factors which are represented by the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity and Price Book Value and Systematic Risk which is represented by beta toward stock returns of LQ45 stock that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018 - 2021. Purposive sampling is used as the sampling technique with criteria: The stock of industry in LQ45 has always seen the annual financial report over the period 2018-2021 and could be made financial ratio from the annual report as used in this research. 28 samples of LQ45 stock were taken in this research. The partial regression coefficient was tested using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the statistical t-test with a level of significance of 5%. The classic assumption test, which also included the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test, was also run. Based on the result of this research, classic assumption deviation has not founded, this indicated that available data has fulfilled the condition to use a multiple regression model. Empirical evidence of analysis showed as partially Price to Book Value and Systematic Risk have a positive dan significant effect on stock return, while CR, TATO, and DER have no significant effect on stock returns and ROE has a negative and significant effect on LQ45 stock returns for the 2018-2021 period. The result of this research indicated that PBV and Systematic Risk were used by the investor to predict the stock return of LQ45 company period 2018-2021.

Abstract

Performance is the contribution level made by employees to the goals of their work units and companies/organizations as a result of their behavior and the implementation of their skills, abilities, and knowledge (Bacal, 2015: 153). The performance of Indonesian National Police (Polri) members is essential in an effort to achieve the goals that have been set following the police vision and mission. Polri makes performance a strategic instrument to measure the ability of its members to carry out their duties based on the laws that have been regulated. This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the human resources performance of the National Police Organization in maintaining regional security and public order in Indonesia. The results revealed that the improvement of Human Resources performance that the National Police Organization has carried out had not provided optimal results until now. This can be seen from the survey, which states a lower level of public trust in the National Police than in other law enforcement agencies, which is only 66.3%. More of this is due to the high number of disciplinary violations of police members from the 2018-2021 period reaching 8,760 violations. Thus, it impacts the poor image of the police in the community as well as the effectiveness of the performance of organizational human resources in maintaining regional security and community order that needs to be optimally implemented. It is evidenced by the number of crimes that occur in the community is still 34,894 cases in 2021 to all provinces in Indonesia nowadays.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs in Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of knowing the effect of Organizational Climate, Organizational Culture, Leadership and Position Promotion on Employee Performance. This study uses quantitative methods, with several analytical techniques such as the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. All hypotheses in the research are stated to be valid, it can be proven by the following description, organizational climate variable (2,520) > ttable (1.691) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. While the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.017 or a significant value of 0.000 <0.017. Thus it can be concluded that the Organizational Climate variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Culture (X2) has a tcount (3.145) > ttable (1.691) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. While the significant value is smaller than the probability of 0.004 or a significant value of 0.000 <0.004. Thus it can be concluded that Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Leadership (X3) has a tcount (2.857) < ttable (1.691) which means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, while the significant value is smaller than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.007. Thus it can be concluded that Leadership (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Promotion (X4) has a tcount (2.457) > ttable (1.691) while the significant value is smaller than the probability of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.019. Thus it can be concluded that Promotion (X4) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the F test show that the Fcount value is 11,521 > Ftable 2.503 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that Organizational Climate (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) Leadership (X3), and Promotion (X4) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, an analysis of the coefficient of determination was carried out to analyze the contribution of the influence of the independent variables, namely organizational climate.

Secondary data used consist of economic growth, the unemployment rate as the endogenous and BRT kilometer traveled private vehicle units, stock capital growth, and the number of the labor force as the predetermined ones. The findings in this study indicate that the operationalization of BRT contributes 0,01577231 to economic growth and decreases 0,00120415 the employment rate in Jakarta at the significance level of 5% ceteris paribus. It suggests that in the long-run BRT, operationalization plays an important role in the transportation economic sector in Jakarta
