<![CDATA[A business actor is any individual or business entity, whether in the form of a legal entity or not a legal entity established and domiciled or conducting activities within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia, either alone or jointly through an agreement to carry out business activities in various economic fields. As it has been stated that nowadays, many business actors are starting to offer their business activities through online mechanisms, on the other hand, consumers also welcome this online transaction model, so its development online transactions appear to be growing. In connection with this phenomenon, it is important to study and socialize the legal basis of online transactions, especially in the context of consumer protection. The method used is the dissemination of socialization materials and the legal basis for consumer protection and efforts to resolve consumer disputes in buying and selling online. The results of the implementation of the community are able to understand that sellers and buyers have rights and obligations, sellers have responsibilities if consumer rights are not fulfilled, and efforts to resolve disputes with litigation effort and non-litigation effort.]]>

<![CDATA[Digitalization and the millennial era in Indonesia brought an effect to the competition in all industrial, commercial and non-commercial sectors that includes at the Islamic Youth Council of Jakarta Islamic Center which is known as Madaris JIC. By the advancement of digitalization which increases rapidly, has forced Madaris JIC to adjust with these conditions in order to develop the economy of the organization and its members. The obstacles that need to be faced by Madaris JIC is the lack of understanding in the use of graphic design applications which applied in products, packaging and posters in an effort to support economic empowerment within the organization. This became an urgent matter which one of that is graphic design education. Therefore, lecturers and students from Digital Business Study Program at the University of Nusa Mandiri (UNM) performed community service with aim to assist Madaris JIC youth to strengthen the economy of the organization and its members. The method used in this service is a persuasive lecture. This kind of service activity helps the participants to look for new ideas and use it to their products so as to improve their economy. The results of this assistance activity can increase the economy by 80% even though the selling price has increased due to additional operational costs in printing packaging designs that do not affect sales within the Madaris JIC environment. This activity also helps spread Madaris JIC da'wah through more creative and innovative product designs, packaging and da'wah posters so that it has an impact on Madaris JIC's brand awareness among the general public.]]>

<![CDATA[Eco-enzyme is one of the potential organic waste processing technologies in the future. This community service activity aims to provide training on eco-enzyme household waste management in the Ujung Residence housing environment and youth groups in Ngujung Village, Maospati District, Magetan Regency. This activity begins with the dissemination of technology and the use of eco-enzymes through interactive lectures and discussions, followed by demonstrations of eco-enzyme production by the resource persons. The assessment is carried out according to a process that includes the presence of participants, enthusiasm/enthusiasm and response to training activities, as well as ecological enzyme products produced by the participants' production houses. The results of the service show that the training activities have been able to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in processing organic waste into ecological enzymes. The results of the evaluation showed that the response, enthusiasm, acceptance, presence and participation of the community in the training activities were very good. The eco-enzyme product produced by the participants was considered successful if it met certain criteria, namely brown color, distinctive fruity odor with a slight alcohol aroma, acidic pH (3-4) and free of mold or maggots.]]>

<![CDATA[UPPKA Layang-Layang is one of the community groups in Palembang City in which there are a number of business actors who develop various types of businesses in order to improve the family economy. One of the challenges that business actors are still facing today is how to increase productivity, as well as improve Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the workplace. The lack of application of OSH in businesses is caused by a lack of access to information and limited training opportunities. Therefore, this community service is carried out for business actors in the UPPKA Layang-Layang which aims to provide OSH management education to assist entrepreneurs and workers in improving OSH and productivity in the workplace. Occupational safety and health education activities for business actors in the UPPKA Layang-Layang run smoothly and were attended by 20 participants. The results of the knowledge measurement with the questionnaire showed an increase in participants' knowledge about occupational safety and health between before and after the activity was carried out. With good knowledge of OSH, business actors can apply the OSH in the workplace and increase business productivity in the UPPKA Layang-Layang environment. <![CDATA[Utilization of Information and Communication Technology, one of which is a computer, is increasingly being used day by day. Various applications on the computer make it very easy for users, especially to complete daily tasks. The Kopia Insani Foundation in the South Jakarta area has not experienced the maximum use of computers. Weaknesses in data processing at the Kopia Insani Foundation can be seen in managing foundation data, due to a lack of technological knowledge and no use of computers in managing the Foundation, and a lack of human resources in operating computers. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training to improve computer operation, as a form of understanding technology and information within an organization or company. The results of this training activity are to improve the operation of computer programs, namely Microsoft Office applications, in the form of increasing the skills of trainees towards more detailed knowledge about using Microsoft Office, which can be used in data processing accompanied by various case exercises.]]>

<![CDATA[This Community Service activity aims to provide socialization and counseling to the students of the Bintang Harapan Nursing Pharmacy Vocational School so they can learn about the legal aspects of abortion. With this socialization and counseling, it is hoped that the students of the Bintang Harapan Nursing Pharmacy Vocational School can be careful and scrupulous about matters relating to legal aspects of abortion and the applicable professional ethics. This community service activity method uses interaction quiz methods, counseling, discussions, and case study learning practiced by participants and lecturers. The implementation of this community service involved lecturers at the Pelita Bangsa University Law Study Program in collaboration with the Bintang Harapan Pharmacy Vocational School, Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency, West Java as the target subject.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the results of initial observations conducted by the team in the PKK community in Pantai Mekar Village, there are at least 3 aspects of problems related to women's empowerment, namely: the majority of families in Pantai Mekar Village depend only on their husband's income, so it can be said that women in Pantai Mekar Village are less empowered Economically, Pantai Mekar Village is an area in Bekasi which has a fairly extensive mangrove forest. At present, mangrove products such as dodol mangrove, mangrove syrup and crispy crab have been created. It's just that currently the packaging is still very simple, so it can't compete with similar products on the market. Products that are very innovative at this time do not have a massive marketing system. The current marketing pattern is still very simple, it only includes bazaars which are sometimes held by the local government. On the other hand, a more modern marketing system is needed for the introduction and market penetration process. PKK Desa Pantai Mekar has tried to make culinary delights made from mangroves to be processed into syrup, dodol and jam. Currently, the Ubhara Jaya PKM Team and the Pantai Mekar Village PKK are also carrying out improvements in the production, marketing and licensing processes related to brands. <![CDATA[The better the literacy of the people, the better the level of thinking and the achievement of the progress of the community in various aspects of life. However, in reality our current literacy culture is still low. Currently the partner has a side of the reading garden established in 2021 known as Fontabaca Park. But unfortunately, the establishment of a reading garden was not fully utilized by children and teenagers. This is exacerbated by the lack of reading material available in the reading garden. The lack of interest in reading or borrowing books is partly due to the lack of socialization related to literacy activities to children and adolescents in the Fontania region. The method of implementing activities starts from counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation. The results of each stage of the implementation activity start from the counseling activities carried out by analyzing the problem then continued with mapping the solutions provided for partners. Followed by providing training activities related to reading literacy and the formation of reading garden cadres. Mentoring activities are in the form of procurement of needed reading book materials and involving participants to label and collect reading books. Evaluation activities obtained an average percentage of 98% of the impact of activities carried out by the implementation team as an effort to optimize the existing Fontabaca park.]]>

<![CDATA[The importance of monitoring and checking children's health at the golden age of children in the age range of 0-5 in terms of the adequacy of nutritious food to produce a healthy, smart and productive generation of children. Through the Posyandu program, activities are carried out regularly every month to monitor height measurement, weight, immunization and vitamin administration to children. The key to the success of Posyandu is the existence of Posyandu cadres. There are approximately eight cadres at posyandu Mawar Grand Residence. As an effort to increase knowledge in posyandu cadres, the implementation team initiated training activities related to a comprehensive understanding of child growth and development which should be an important role in controlling child development at an early age. In addition, as an effort to increase understanding of technology for Posyandu cadres and as a solution to overcome problems related to unstructured data recording, a website-based Posyandu data recording application was made.]]>

<![CDATA[Desa Mangunjaya is one of the tofu producers in Bekasi. Tofu is a soy-based food that is usually produced by household industries using traditional technology, which currently experiencing environmental problems with inadequate waste disposal. Production activities from the tofu industry will certainly produce solids and wastewater. These wastes can harm the environment. Tofu wastewater contains very high organic compounds and nutrients so that it can be recycled to produce other useful products. Therefore education was held for residents around the tofu factory regarding the utilization of tofu liquid waste into handicrafts by processing the liquid waste into nata de soya first. The method used in this education is to provide information and explain the stages of manufacturing. The purpose of education is to explain to residents so they can process tofu wastewater into goods that have a sale value, beside that residents can know the importance of processing waste so it does not cause environmental pollution. The result of education is that residents understand the use of tofu liquid waste and the program implemented has succeeded in achieving the expected goals.]]>
