Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengah
Jurnal Litbang Provinsi Jawa Tengah merupakan media diseminasi hasil-hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan pembangunan daerah dan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan otonomi daerah secara luas. Fokus jurnal ini adalah hasil penelitian yang memberikan kontribusi pada percepatan pembangunan daerah di berbagai sektor serta peningkatan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan otonomi daerah. Jurnal ini diterbitkan 2 kali setahun dengan pemilahan fokus sebagai berikut: 1) Rumpun pengetahuan sosial meliputi fokus politik dan pemerintahan, hukum, kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial budaya, kesejahtaraan, dan perekonomian daerah. 2) Rumpun pengetahuan alam meliputi pertanian dalam arti luas, kelautan dan perikanan, kehutanan, pengelolaan sumberdaya alam, dan energi.

<![CDATA[Maron Village, Garung District, Wonosobo Regency applies the concept of Community Tourism Collaborative Governance (CTCG) in the management of existing tourism. This concept to develop the potential and increase the socio-economy in Maron Village. However, in its implementation, not all stakeholders have the same role in tourism management in Maron Village. So this paper will describe how stakeholders mapping is in tourism management in Maron Village. As well as what things make the role of stakeholderss unequal in developing tourism in Maron Village, Garung District, Wonosobo Regency. The research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data obtained in this study are primary and secondary data obtained from in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with various stakeholderss involved in Community Tourism Collaborative Governance (CTCG). The results show that the things that divide roles uneven are (1) there is still a tug of war between stakeholderss, especially from the Tourism and Culture Office of Wonosobo Regency with several communities around Menjer Lake so that some communities do not participate in its management. (2) Ownership of several tourist attraction objects such as gethek and selfie spots still belongs to individuals. (3) The loss of public trust in the government so that the community prefers to support local community activities which are the initiators of tourism management in Maron Village.]]>

<![CDATA[People with disabilities are citizens who must get equal rights, but they are often marginalized and live less properly. Disability issues are not only the responsibility of the central government, but other stakeholders are also responsible. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the role played by stakeholders in solving existing problems. This study aims to determine the collaborative governance carried out by the Maron Village government with the Wonosobo District Social Service, the Temanggung District Social Service, Tali Kasih KSM and the private sector, namely the local community in empowering people with disabilities. Methods This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with stakeholders involved in empowering people with disabilities and documents as secondary data. The results of the study show that collaborative governance in empowering people with disabilities has not gone well. This can be seen from the indicators of collaborative governance according to DeSeve that have not been achieved, namely the absence of a strong commitment to all stakeholders, the absence of strong trust between stakeholders, the absence of official rules related to collaboration for empowering people with disabilities and not having access to resources that are still limited, especially the budget. and infrastructure. The recommendation in this study is that the government can create a national assistance program for disability, the government cooperates with MSMEs for disability empowerment.]]>

<![CDATA[The tourism is one of economic sector, which plays an important role to reduce poverty in a region. Tourism infrastructure become the supporting factors in tourism development, so that the tourism activities can run well. The location of Colo tourim village is in the Muria Mountains, which is the one of potential tourist destinations. Regarding to this potency, the community manages tourism objects independently and informally, such as motorcycle taxis, lodging entrepreneurs, and street vendors. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of these business groups in providing facilities and infrastructure to support tourism activities in Colo Village. The Datas were obtained from the Kudus Regency government institution, and also interviews with the tourism group actors. <![CDATA[The accent is one of the characteristic forms of the language used for communication when outside or inside the language learning classroom, then understand difficulty listening to students through the Native and Non-Native Speaker Accent in L2 in the listening assessment requires a more thorough investigation. The purpose of this study to explore how extent students can understand native and non-native speakers with different accents and how they perceive about hearing difficulties toward Native speaker accent and Non-native speaker accent. This research focuses on 12th graders majoring in hospitality at state vocational high school in Bangkalan, Madura. The research data were collected through observation and interviews. The results of this study show that the clarity, speed and accent of native and non-native speakers (American) and non-native speakers (Indonesian) become difficulties and barriers for students to understand and complete their listening tasks. This is because they are used to hearing accents from non-natives speakers rather than accents from native speakers. <![CDATA[Mustard is one of the organic vegetables sold at Farmers Market. Consumer satisfaction is an important point that needs to be considered by the Farmers Market to improve its performance. This study aimed to analysis: 1). Consumer satisfaction on purchasing organic mustard at Farmers Market 2). Factors that influence consumer satisfaction in purchasing organic mustard greens at Farmers Market. This research was conducted from May to June 2021 at Farmers Market Semarang. The research used a survey method. The sampling method used is accidental sampling. Data were obtained from interviews with respondents using a questionnaire that has been prepared. The number of samples used was obtained from five times the number of questions that had been made, namely 100 respondents. The criteria for the selected respondents are consumers who have purchased organic mustard greens and are willing to be interviewed and are 20-45 years old. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods include Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Logistics Regression. The results of the IPA calculation show that promotional attributes still need to be improved to meet consumer expectations, while product, price, and service quality attributes are the main priority and need to be maintained because they are in line with the expectations of Farmers Market consumers. The calculation of CSI obtained a value of 79.52% which indicates that consumers are satisfied with the organic vegetables sold. The results of Logistics Regression indicate that the variables that affect customer satisfaction are product, price, and service quality, while promotion doesn’t show a significant effect]]>

<![CDATA[The increase in the number of workers in Central Java Province is one of the objectives of this study in analyzing the role of GRDP, the workforce, and the UMP in an effort to increase job opportunities during the period 1991-2020. This research uses multiple linear regression model with classical assumption test method and statistical test consisting of t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test (). The results of the study show a positive influence between GRDP and UMP growth with job opportunities. Furthermore, the labor force variable has a significant negative effect in increasing the level of employment opportunities. Another finding is that there is an influence between the variables of GRDP, labor force and UMP growth in increasing the level of employment in Central Java during the period 1991-2020. It is necessary to study other factors that can affect employment opportunities in Central Java, including interest rates, investment, number of companies, production value and so on]]>

<![CDATA[Rowosari Village is an area with fairly rapid business growth in Semarang City and has abundant banana production, so this is an opportunity to develop business in the banana-based processed food sector. The purpose of this study is to: 1) Analyze the level of business motivation and business ability 2) Analyze the level of business success 3) Analyze the effect of business motivation and business ability on business success. The research was conducted in August – September 2020 and located in 32 banana processing MSMEs who are members of the Mekarsari MSME group. Quantitative approach was used in this research. Determination of respondents using the saturated sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 32 banana processing MSMEs. Data collection methods were taken by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, business feasibility analysis and calculation of added value. The results showed that : 1) The level of business motivation and business ability is high. 2) The level of business success is high. 3) The variables of motivation and business ability have a significant effect on business success simultaneously and partially. Suggestions that can be applied in this study include 1) MSME actors can increase motivation in entrepreneurship by attending seminars and training in order to develop self-quality and improve marketing strategies 2) There is a need for assistance from the government or related agencies so that MSMEs are more highly competitive 3) There is a need for further research related to the factors that influence business success outside the variables that have been described in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[The mobility of urban populations towards potential sectors is one form of economic activity turnover. However, this condition is currently disrupted due to Covid-19. This condition occurs almost all over the world, not least Indonesia. To suppress the rapid spread of the outbreak, several policies were issued in order to reduce the mobility of the high population. This article aims to find out the influence of the implementation of PPKM Phase II policy on Population Mobility in the retail and leisure sectors. This article uses a library study approach by processing google mobility report data, so that the correlation to variables tested is known. PPKM Central Java Phase II policy can affect the mobility of the population towards the retail and leisure sectors. The existence of this policy, indirectly limits the space of community activities in making movements.]]>

<![CDATA[Throughout 2020 the world has been shocked by the emergence of a new virus that is infecting the world today, namely Coronaviruses (CoV). The virus has the scientific name SARS Cov 2. The COVID-19 pandemic has also had a considerable impact on investment, which makes people choose to be very careful in buying goods and even investing. The government also urges the public to implement social distancing, such as working from home, and worshiping from home. This study uses policy analysis theory to reveal government policies in dealing with the community's economy. The writing of this article is a library research with a qualitative method which is to explain something based on the data and numbers narrated in the sentence. The results of this study reveal various policies implemented by the government as an effort to suppress the spread of COVID-19, including preventive, promotive and social safety net policies. In addition, the government is also trying to ease the community's economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the establishment of the Family Hope Program, Non-Cash Food Assistance, Pre-Employment Cards, Electricity Subsidy Assistance. The government also budgets allocation funds and provides credit relief for informal sector workers and UMKM actors.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aimed to analyze the affect of farmer ages, levels of education and farming experience toward the level of farmer knowledge about benefit and application method of Kartu Tani in Parakan District, Temanggung Regency. Population of this study were farmers who joined Farmer Group and had a Kartu Tani. Respondent of this study were 60 farmers from two villages. Location of this study were in Dangkel Village and Glapansari Village, Parakan District, Temanggung Regency. Research carried out in July 2021. The research method was survey. Method of collected data this study were with interview, observe, documentary and literature. Interview was based on questionnaire using likert scale. Method of analyze data was using quantitave descriptive analyze. The result of this research that farmer ages, level of education and farming experience significantly affected to the level of farmer knowledge about Kartu tani beneficial and method of use. Partially ages, level of education and farming experience had positive and significant affect to the level of farmer knowledge about Kartu tani beneficial and method of use (abstrak Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa inggris tidak sama, mohon disesuaikan).]]>
