Abstract

Economic growth is an important pillar in regional development and is one of the indicators to measure development results and determine the direction of future development. determine the direction of future development. If the infrastructure is not good, development will not run smoothly and if the infrastructure is weak then the economic activities of a country or region will be inadequate. economic activities of a country or region will be inadequate. The development of the economic growth rate in Probolinggo Regency during the 2018-2023 period experienced fluctuations. period 2018-2023 experienced fluctuating changes. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of road infrastructure, clean water, and electricity on economic growth in Probolinggo Regency. This research method uses a quantitative method with a deductive approach. deductive approach. This research uses secondary data, data in the form of time series data. series (time series). Data sources were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data analysis technique used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) by analyzing classical assumptions. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work culture and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Medan Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Type B Medan, partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive statistical research with the population being all 110 employees at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office of Customs and Excise Type B, and the sample is the entire population, namely 110 employees. The data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire. Data is processed using SPSS. The results obtained are that both partially and simultaneously the variables of work culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture with a sig value <0.05.

Abstract

This study is aimed at finding out the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type B Medan Customs. The research population was employees of the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Middle Type Customs B, Medan customs and excise section, totaling 32 (thirty two) employees. All members of the population are sampled. The sample in this study was the entire population of 32 (thirty two) employees. Data was obtained by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The research results show that the leadership and motivation variables have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the work quality variable as indicated by a sig value <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and standard operational procedures on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Madya Customs B Kualanamu. The data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The number of samples used was 37 employees from the total population. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect, indicated by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Standard operating procedures have a positive and significant influence on performance as indicated by a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Likewise, partially the work environment and standard operational procedures have a significant effect (sig value 0.000 < 0.05) on performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.585, meaning that the ability of work environment variables and standard operational procedures to explain variations in work quality is 58.5%. Meanwhile, another 41.5% is explained by other variables not explained in this study.
