Abstract

Management Information System dikembangkan di Badan Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Perizinan Kabupaten Banyumas melalui implementasi teknologi informasi (TI) sehingga praktek administrasi perizinan yang sarat dengan verifikasi manual dapat digantikan dengan verifikasi elektronik Hal yang diperhatikan pada pengumpulan fungsi-fungsi yang diperlukan pada rancang bangun Sistem Informasi Perizinan Badan Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Perizinan Kabupaten Banyumas menggunakan pendekatan paradigm pemrograman berorientasi objek meliputi proses berkas permohonan masuk beserta disposisinya, proses surat keputusan dan metode pengolahan perizinan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perangkat lunak yang dirancang dengan lingkungan eksternalnya yang sangat membantu memutuskan bagaimana seharusnya menyediakan fungsionalitas sistem sesuai dengan permintaan user dan bagaimana menstruktur sistem sehingga dapat berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan lingkungannya.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design and implement a programmable Ring Tone Text Transfer Language (RTTTL) player. The system consists of microcontroller hardware that produce custom musics from RTTTL data format that programmable using personal computer (PC). USB (unversal Serial Bus) was used to establish communication between PC and the device, in order to program the music data in the device, so the vary music can be customized by user. The result of the research showed that the music in the device can be played and reprogramming using PC.

Abstract

In recent years, robots have captured the interest of more and more people. In the entertainment industry , robot has been developed in various style. One of it is robot that have shape and behavior like insect. Based on that reason, writer wants to make a robot that has a unique form. This kind of robot have a creative and imaginative design , of course it is supported by appropriate capability. This robot also have ability to calculate distance and avoid an obstacle that required by robot which works in frequently disturbed path. Range Detector Wire Leg Robot Base on AT89S51 use infrared detector as distance and obstacle detector. As infrared receiver used an infrared module GP1U52X . The range between the obstacle and robot is gotten by measuring the strength of the reflected burst of infrared light. The result of distance measurement is used by microcontroller to decide direction of robot movement. DC motor used to move the robot for DC motor driver used L293D IC’s. The research shows that wire leg robot can detect obstacle distance in front of it based on strength of the infrared reflected burst (near , medium and far distance) . From that detection result, wire leg robot can make movement to avoid the obstacle. Object used as an distance detector reference must not have slippery surface / flat

Abstract

This research was aim to recognize and analyzed the influence of motivation, compensation, training and leadership toward nurse nurse performance. Hypothesis was proposed is motivation, compensation, training and leadership, both partially and simultantly, has significant influence toward nurse performance. Analysis instrument that used in this research was path analysis. To examine hypothesis used F-test, t-test, and path coefficient. The results of research showed that variebles of motivation, compensation, training and leadership, both partially and simultantly, has significant influence toward nurse performance. It was proved by value of F-test and t-test, has bigger than F-table and t-table in level of significance 95%. Then, variable of compensation has biggest proportionally influenced toward nurse performance, compared by motivation, training and leadership. Based from the result, hypothesis proposed was accepted. Based from results of this research, so direct supervision and also head of institution require to give motivation and also byword to growing up the motivation of nurse, compensation more paid attention, training to be more intensified, and applied of leadership style matched with work environment.

Abstract

Dynamic growth that happened claim the organization to can to expand and adapt to the actual growth that happened. That way also in higher education management, what ever always to expand to. In relation of those things, this research was aim to for describe and analyse the development of Wijayakusuma University Purwokerto in the effort to become certifiable private college. Research method used qualitative. Data collecting method used indepth interview, observation, and documentation. Informan chosen done by purposive. Data analyse used interactive model of analysis and data validity used triangulation with model source. Wijayakusuma University have developed a number of steps and policis in order to organizational development so that can become the certifiable private college. In HELTS framework, the effort of organizational development in Wijayakusuma University done by make-up of competitiveness, decentralize and autonomous and also organizational health. Various effort which have the in the reality not yet earned to give the significant contribution to university progress. Degradation sum up the student still be happened. It was indicated the low enthusiasm of society to become Wijayakusuma University student. Endless internal conflict and negativity perception expanding in society to Wijayakusuma University and also low competitiveness likely still become the dominant factor making Wijayakusuma University not yet earned to awaken from down.

Abstract

A system equipment to read direction and the wind velocity based on computer is used to determine the weather and the wind velocity. Knowing the direction and the velocity of the wind can be used to determine the direction and the length of the airplane line when it takes on or takes off. Moreover, this equipment can also be used to determine the direction the wind velocity in certain places or regions so that it is hoped that this equipment can be used as one of the indications to determine the weather and an aid to help the flight. The method used in this thesis is waterfall. It consists of some stages; they are engineering and system modeling, analyzing the need of software, planning, coding, testing, and treating. The system equipment to read the direction and the wind velocity based on computer can produce the data of the wind direction and the wind velocity based on the sequence of date and time. This program is calibrated with anemometer so that the result of the wind velocity obtainedis appropriate with the standard of the wind velocity.
