Abstract

The results of student learning evaluation plays an important role to determine the quality of student learning during the study period. For that educators are required to be able to make the evaluation questions are easily understood and able to provide a valid and objective assessment of student learning outcomes. For that required a system that is able to help educators in order to provide student learning evaluation that is easy to understand and able to provide accurate and fast results. Computer Based Test (CBT) is an online-based test system that can be used to facilitate teachers in making evaluation reports of student learning outcomes and can present the questions in an interactive form. This study begins by analyzing CBT acceptance factors later to determine whether CBT is acceptable or not to address the existing problems. To know the factors influencing the acceptance of CBT can be known by using TAM method 3. The significant standard used in this research is 5%. In accordance with the results of research, then obtained the factors that affect the acceptance of the use of CBT is Job Relevance, Output Quality, and Perceived Ease of Use significant effect on Perceived Usefulness. Computer Anxiety has a significant effect on Perceived Ease of Use. Interactivity, Honesty, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use have significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention has significant effect on Use Behavioral.

Abstract

The Indonesian art of wayang kulit faces a serious problem. Not related to the number of puppeteers, but the number of viewers is increasingly shrinking at this time 80 percent of puppet viewers are over 50 years old. About 75 types of puppets that become Indonesia's cultural wealth are now extinct. Only about 25 types of puppets are currently still surviving with a large number of communities and spectators. Supposedly, with the recognition of wayang by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as an invaluable world masterpiece in Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in 2003, wayang kulit could be more developed in the country.This is where the author wants to develop a prototype of the wayang kulit Recognition Application. This application is made with Vuforia SDK as a tool to develop Augmented Reality with Android-based Unity Game Engine. This application can be used when the user wants to know the type of wayang kulit.The final result of this research is created the Wayang Kulit Recognition Application based on augmented reality. Abstract

STMIK STIKOM BALI is one of the private Colleges that focus on technology. Any activity that is in STMIK STIKOM Bali, from civitas, academics, staff and management all have procedures manuals as performance stages of each Division and also organizational culture as the Foundation of human resources work rules are there in Bali STIKOM. The culture of the Organization as well as the cornerstone of human resources management in improving the performance of employees. That occurs when this measurement was not determined the influence of information technology where all the jobs are there in Bali STIKOM STMIK utilize technology for the culture of the Organization and performance of employees. This research uses a mix of methods i.e. qualitative and quantitative elucidation, deskrpisi with the results against the influence of technology towards the organizational culture and performance but still list the numbers in the calculation of the percentage. Using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. From the results of this research once done testing assessments where the use of technology is very influential on performance of employees and organizational culture with regard to the percentage of the results of the 78% influenced by culture Organization by the influence of technology, and technology affect the performance of employees amounting to 95%. Abstract

The quality of Human Resources (HR) is one of the factors to improve the productivity performance of the institution. Human Resources is required which have high competence skill or competence to be able to support the achievement of employee performance. STMIK STIKOM Bali measurement and evaluation of employee performance annually. The problem now facing is the employee performance review process is still subjectivity in the decision. In this research, analysis and designed an executive information system for employee performance measurement can be used to evaluate employees. The method of research conducted in this study is from the collection of data, literature, system analysis and system design. Concept planning and design of the system is done with Context analysis diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

Abstract

Decision Support System is a decision-making method that serves to assist the decision-making process to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured In this study will determine the priority in the development of village infrastructure by using methods Technique for Order Preference method by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) category, which is a decisionmakin technique from several alternative options, especially MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making). The results of this study suggest that with a decision support system prioritizing village infrastructure development karanggintung is expected can provide recommendations on the use of funds prioritized for rural development.

Abstract

Seeing the speed of the development of information technology world very quickly by utilizing the tasks in various fields, the cooperative as a business entity with the role of improving people's living standards must also experience technological progress, but there are still some weaknesses in the procedure of savings and loans in KSP Blessing Fund Mandiraja, is false data entry, report generation, unorganized data, stacking and archival destruction. The purpose of this research is to make information system. The design of this software using DFD, ERD, data dictionary and LRS. Data using the method of clarity and workmanship KSP. The author also conducted a review of literature related to the problem. In the software development model using the waterfall model. Hopefully with the existence of saving and loan information system, the related process becomes easier. This system can display and manage data information and submission of savings and lending.

Abstract

One of the cultural heritage of ancestors that need to be preserved is Traditional dance art. Traditional Dance is a Dance art that grows and develops in a certain area and is embraced by generations by the community, one way to preserve it is by building a learning media with the title of traditional recognition of Senorari Software to preserve the culture of West Java, where this software uses the concept of AI ( Artificial Intellegence) field of education. The results of the study were conducted for 3 months, to find out how big the comparison before using the traditional dance art recognition tutorial software and after using the traditional senorari introduction tutorial software easier its learning to preserve the cultural values of the Nation. The research is done by taking the data of value and time to work on the problems before and after using the traditional dance recognition tutorial Software. Data from 50 respondents who are students majoring in dance art then researched to see the spread of the data. Then the process is incorporated into the SPSS 12.0 For Windows statistical application to be analyzed using the statistical method of PairedSamples T Test. Conclusion The results of this research is Tutorial software to facilitate the introduction of traditional dance as learning media to preserve cultural values.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a company engaged in the management of labor services (Outsourcing). The decision making process the recruitment conducted by PT. ABC is currently underway manually by receiving a letter of application, the selection of the assessment interviews as well as invoking the applicants. It is quite difficult because the number of workers who are interested to acquire quite a lot of work, so that the admissions process becomes less efficient and no maximum. This research will be designed hiring decision support system with K-Means Clustering method based on web. The system design is expected to help the company in making the decision to employee selection. Outcomes of this research is the design of a decision support system of recruitment. With this system applicants can apply online. The system will perform a cluster of employees into categories based on predetermined criteria of each - each field of work as Staff Media Content Development, Cloud Solution Architect, Cloud Service Engineer. The method used in this research that K-Means Clustering. Concept planning and design of the system is done with Context analysis diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

Abstract

Information systems become one of the benefits of the organization. In supporting the academic process, STIKOM Bali utilizes Online Attendance Information System that is used to process the attendance of lecturing activities. The success of a company's information system depends on how the system is run, the ease of the system for its users, and the utilization of the technology used. One of the most important goals in evaluating the application of information systems is knowing the success rate of the information system. Measuring the success of Online Attendance Information System has not been done so that not yet known success or failure of the system. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the success of this system. This study evaluates the success of using the Delone Mclean model. The research method used in this research is problem definition, concept exploration and observation, analysis, data collection and analysis and conclusion. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with correlation method found that there are six proven hypotheses so it can be concluded that online attendance information system has been successfully applied to STIKOM Bali. Abstract

The island of Bali is still a favorite destination and the largest foreign exchange contributor in Indonesia. Although the island of Bali has always been the attraction of many visitors, the place visited by tourists is not too diverse. Visible on the data of tourist visits released by the Tourism Office of Bali Province Government, there are three most visited districts namely Tabanan, Gianyar and Badung. There is a large number of visits with six other districts. If this pattern continues, there is the possibility of boredom going to be experienced by tourists and leads to a declining visit to the island of Bali. Tourists who feel that they have visited the tourism object on the island of Bali is likely to not make another visit. Therefore, in this study will be conducted analysis of the pattern of tourist attractions in the island of Bali. So that later generated recommendations for travel patterns in each district on the island of Bali. The algorithm used to analyze tourism visit is Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth) algorithm.
