Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and communication has very large in the formation and progress of the quality of education. Learning methods are also changed in line with technological developments. E-Learning is an innovation in the development of information technology in education. SMK Al Washliyah Sumber plays a role in the development of science, especially in the field of information technology. During this time all learning process at SMK Al Washliyah Sumber is still conventional, in other words, that the learning process between students and teachers can only be done on the condition of meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. The learning process at SMK Al Washliyah Sumber should give the students an expanse of active learning according to the understanding. The learning that can be learned from e-learning is a program designed for the needs of students who can be used in learning activities. The need for communication and information today in school infrastructure is necessary. Increasingly demanding for a system that is fast, easy, inexpensive, effective, and efficient. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which also hit Indonesia, had a significant impact on all levels. The spread of this virus through the splashes of Covid-19 sufferers from the nose, and mouth, when coughing, sneezing, or breathing. This spark attached to objects, and surrounded surfaces, and held by other people, enter the body through the eyes, nose, mouth. Hand wash was important, simple, and effective in the process of preventing disease transmission. The aim of this research made a hand wash tool, when it was used, the hand did not touched the soap bottle and water faucet. The method was the literature study method, the observation method, and the experimental method with a tool design model. Design concept was carried out in accordance with the process, start from the initially sketch, concept selection, value analysis, to made prototype and experiments. Results and conclusions obtained from this experiment of this tool were the smooth process of getting out of water and soap on average less than 2 times the footing. And validation shows okay, which means that the design of this hand washed tool accordance with the specifications of the needs of the customer or user.

Abstract

The process of learning evaluation (examinations) produces a value that can be a benchmark for the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process that has been carried out. Managing manuals on questions and exam scores prone to damage. SMK Bina Teknologi Purwokerto has organized an online-based examination system before, but there are still some obstacles. An alternative system for administering exams is needed to be made more effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to implement the CodeIgniter framework on an online-based examination system so that SMK Bina Teknologi Purwokerto can administer the examination process to the processing of exam results. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews and literature study. The study was conducted with the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis, design, coding and testing. The conclusions obtained are; 1.) CodeIgniter Framework can be implemented on an online-based test system to process the value of exam results; 2.) Online-based exam system is feasible to be used as an alternative method of administering the exam; 3.) The results of the assessment of respondents reached 508 with a percentage of 81.28% (good value).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, sangat cepat di berbagai bidang, salah satu perkembangan yang penting adalah penggunaan alat pengolah data yang berfungsi untuk menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas. Penelitian dengan Judul Analisis Pengukuran Tingkat Efektifitas Sistem Informasi Administrasi pada studi kasus CV Axlindo Telematika Purwokerto, bertujuan untuk mengetahu Tingkat Efektifitas pada pembuatan laporan sebelum dan setelah menggunakan sistem yang baru lebih cepat. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh Meneger pada setiap bagian. Setiap laporan akan diukur tingkat efektifitas kecepatan pembuatannya laporan pada sistem informasi administrasi. Data yang telah diperoleh di analisis dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan analisis pengukuran tingkat efektifitas menggunakan model Paired Samples T Test. Uji ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan rataan kecepatan dari dua kelompok yang diteliti satu dengan yang lain, apakah kedua kelompok tersebut mempunyai rataan yang sama atau tidak secara signifikan (nul atau alternatif hypothesis). Penelitian dilakukan dengan uji coba pengetesan antara waktu mengerjakan laporan sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan sistem baru. Dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa waktu yang digunakan untuk mengerjakan laporan setelah menggunakan sistem baru menjadi lebih cepat. Hal ini, dapat dilihat pada tabel 2, output pertama hasil analisis yaitu rataan waktu yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan laporan sebelum diterapkan sistem baru adalah 43,67 menit, sedangkan sesudah penerapan sistem baru waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan laporan memiliki rataan waktu 7,27 menit. Kesimpulan dari hasil Analisis Pengukuran Tingkat Efektifitas Sistem Informasi Administrasi pada CV Axlindo Telematika, dalam pembuatan laporan terbukti lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Purwokerto is the capital of Banyumas Regency, located in the province of Central Java, Purwokerto is not only limited to the Regency Capital but Purwokerto is classified as a more advanced Capital of Regency and from year to year is classified as having a very rapid development with the proven availability of many facilities as a modern city. With the modern city, surely it will be very close to what is called Smart City. The Purwokerto city government has now implemented the Smart City concept as a solution to solve some of their urban problems in the past year, and is still applying conventional methods. Digital Access Index (DAI) is a measure of the overall ability of individuals in an area to access and use information and communication technology. Digital disparity needs to be measured as a consideration for the Purwokerto city government in developing strategies and policies related to Smart Ciry. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the role of the use of communication information technology in the city of Purwokerto, as well as public understanding of communication information technology and the role of the government in utilizing communication information technology for services to the community.
