Jurnal Mahasiswa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam adalah jurnal ilmiah yang terbit berkala dan diterbitkan oleh STAI Ma`had Aly Al-Hikam Malang. Jurnal ini dikhususkan untuk mengkaji seputar ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Pengelola sangat mengapresiasi atas kontribusi dalam bentuk artikel dari kalangan akademisi dalam disiplin ilmu manajemen pendidikan Islam untuk dipublikasikan dan disebarluaskan melalui mekanisme seleksi naskah, telaah dan penyuntingan. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze decision making and problem solving in leadership at the al-Mukhlisin Islamic boarding school. The research method used in this research is qualitative through interviews and direct observation. All data were obtained directly from the caregiver/head of the al-Mukhlisin Islamic boarding school with careful consideration. The results of this study indicate that the al-Mukhlisin Islamic boarding school in making decisions uses the guideline that a decision should not be taken individually, but also needs input from superiors. In solving the problem, the caretaker of the al-Mukhlisin Islamic boarding school does not immediately give punishment but there are stages that are carried out according to the level of the problem.]]>

<![CDATA[The limitations of activities among the community in the new normalera have a slightly changed order, so that most of them are done via virtual, as well as in terms of educations. As of the goverment issued policies regarding the pandemic and then the new normal, so that people can the continue to be active and productive but still adhere to health protocols, this is also felt by the public relations in the school. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of public relations management in improving the image of schools in the new normal, both in planning and implementations by the Mohammad Hatta Islamic Elementary School Malang. The research approach used is a qualitative. This type of research is a case study type, which focuses one the thing in order to obtain information on a particular object. The findings of this study indicate that that (1) public relations management planning in improving the image of school in the new normla era and discussed: (a) planning for the publications of school activities in the new normal era, (b) planning relations with with the comunity in the new normal era, (c) planning for the publications of school profiles in the new normal era. (2) implementation of public relations management in improving the image of schools in the new normal era: (a) the implementation of publication of school activities in the new normal era, (b) the implementation of relations with the comunity in the new normal era, (c) implementation of school profile publications in the new normal era.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out and obtain information about the type of leadership at the Hasan Jufri Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach. Research data obtained from various sources using information gathering techniques, data through observation and interviews there are several people who the researchers interviewed first: boarding school caregivers, senior students. deliberation process; secondly, the communication between the leader of the Islamic boarding school is carried out with superiors and subordinates along with alumni as well as subordinates and alumni, with superiors communicating; The third supervision carried out by the leader of the Hasan Jufri Islamic Boarding School towards his subordinates aims to get a solution. In general, it can be concluded that the success achieved by the leader of the Hasan Jufri Islamic Boarding School is increasing and the leadership type of the Hasan Jufri Islamic Boarding School is categorized as democratic leadership.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic boarding school is an Islamic institution that has a noble purpose, in which there are elements of the cottage, one of which is called santri. To become students who are useful and can play an active role in society, character education is needed when living life in Islamic boarding schools, In Islamic boarding schools, a leader figure is needed who can provide examples and role models for students. KH. Mukhlisin Sa'ad. is a figure who is compassionate and patient in educating the character of students, so that many of the students or alumni greatly admire him. The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which the source of the results is obtained from the results of interviews with predetermined sources. The results of the study prove that the leadership role of the kyai is very urgent for the life of the Islamic boarding school community, especially the students at the AlI islamic Boarding School Mashduqiah. <![CDATA[The online learning process is officially regulated by the government through circular letter Number 4 of 2020. The application of online learning has several shortcomings. The unpreparedness of teachers or students in certain areas due to inadequate access, for example, internet network constraints and communication tools. To achieve good learning, school principals determine policies in the pandemic era with proper considerations. This study focuses on revealing the principal's strategy for dealing with the learning process in the pandemic era at Mohammad Hatta Lowokwaru Islamic Elementary School, Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The research instrument is the researcher himself, the auxiliary instruments are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources are primary and secondary. The results showed that the principal's strategy in the pandemic era was conducting training for teachers who had difficulty adapting to online learning, supervising teachers during online learning, providing advice, and motivating teachers to learn things related to online learning media. . Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the principal's strategy in dealing with online learning, complaints and suggestions from teachers and parents of students so that principals can quickly find solutions and adequate facilities so that teachers do not worry anymore. <![CDATA[Komunikasi sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat ataupun dalam berorganisasi. Komunikasi yang baik juga sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam kepemimpinan. Apabila dalam kepemimpinannya seorang pemimpin dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik, maka pemimpin tersebut akan lebih mudah untuk menggerakkan orang-orang yang dipimpinnya ke arah yang lenbih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komunikasi dalam kepemimpinan pesantren di pondok pesantren Ribathul Qur’an Wal Qira’at. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif diskriptif yaitu dengan cara melakukan Pengamatan kemudian menganalisis komunikasi yang diterapkan di pondok pesantren Ribathul Qur’an Wal Qira’at. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Kemudian data tersebut diolah dan dipaparkan atau disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitiannya adalah menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komunikasi yang di lakukan oleh pengasuh pondok pesantren Ribathul Qur’an Wal Qira’at dengan komunikasi yang baik dan efektif.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe purpose of this research is to review the realization of journals about budgets and school budget work plans (RKAS), the causes of problems that occur in the reviewed literature, namely about realization and budget plans. This research method uses systematic literature review research in the type of secondary research, namely by reviewing literature reviews and by searching in several data bases by writing keywords. This research uses a literature study approach and the use of data analysis techniques with the document method where this method is a collection of documents or sources that help examine the discussion that will be discussed. This literature review uses a sample of literature that discusses budget plans and budget realization at SMPIT AL-Izzah Serang city. From the results of the study, it is known that between the budget plan and realization in 2016 and 2017 there are discrepancies. In 2016 there were two activities where the realization did not reach 100%, while in 2017 there were nine months where the budget realization did not reach 100%. In 2016 there was a deficit of 234% and in 2017 there was a deficit of 146%. However, from 2016 to 2017 the deficit decreased by 92%.Keywords: Budget Plan, Budget RealizationAbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini guna untuk mengkaji ulang jurnal tentang realisasi anggaran dan rencana kerja anggaran sekolah (RKAS), penyebab masalah yang terjadi didalam literature yang direview yaitu tentang realisasi dan rencana anggaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian systematic literature review yang berjenis penelitian sekunder yaitu dengan cara mereview literature review dan dengan cara pencarian yang dilakukan dibeberapa data base dengan menuliskan kata kunci. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan study pustaka dan menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan metode dokumen dimana metode ini merupakan pengumpulan dokumen atau sumber-sumber yang membantu mengkaji tentang pembahasan yang akan dibahas. Literature review ini menggunakan satu sampel literatur yang membahas tentang rencana anggaran dan realisasi anggaran di SMPIT AL-Izzah kota Serang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa antara rencana anggaran dan realisasi pada tahun 2016 dan 2017 terdapat ketidak sesuaian. Di tahun 2016 terdapat dua kegiatan dimana realisasi tidak mencapai 100%, sedangkan ditahun 2017 terdapat sembilan bulan dimana realisasi anggararan tidak mencapai 100%. Pada tahun 2016 terdapat deficit sebanyak 234% dan pada tahun 2017 terdapat deficit sebanyak 146%. Namun pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2017 mengalami penurunan deficit sebanyak 92%.Kata Kunci: Rencana Anggaran, Realisasi Anggaran ]]>

<![CDATA[Pondok pesantren memiliki ciri khas yang membedakan dengan lembaga pendidikan islam yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami serta memperoleh informasi tentang koordinasi kepemimpinan dalam Ma’had Darul Qur’an 2. Penelitian ni difokuskan pada koordinasi yang ada dalam pesantren tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa koordinasi kepemimpinan pesantren pengasuh menggunakan koordinasi kepemimpinan secara vertical yakni pengasuh memberi pengarahan kepada santri-santri yang telah di tugaskan secara langsung agar tujuan dapat dicapai dengan baik dan teratur. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the marketing strategy carried out at MIM Al-Akbar Pandeyan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative design. The subjects of this study were the deputy principal, TU teachers, and the PPDB MIM Al-Akbar Pandeyan implementation committee. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation in schools, this research uses source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by MIM Al-Akbar Pandeyan is using brochures, MMT, social media, and pick-up the ball, while the marketing strategy carried out during COVID 19 is more directed to MMT and social media due to physical distancing. which resulted in not being able to carry out a pick-up-ball marketing strategy as well as temporary closures at schools and online learning in the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The marketing strategy in the 2021/2022 Academic Year was carried out again before the pandemic.]]>

Subyeknya Pondok Pesantren Mura’atus Sibyan Desa Rantau Bakula, Kecamatan Sungai Pinang, Babupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif. Fokus penelitian ini mendalami tentang gaya kepemimpinan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini meyimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan di Pondok Pesantren Mura’atus Sibyan, Rantau Bakula, Banjarmasin yang paling dominan adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis.]]>
