Abstract

Every Muslim recognizes that zakat is one of the pillars of the establishment of Islam that must be fulfilled, the point of zakat is the third pillar of Islam. The management of zakat is carried out by the zakat amil body formed by the government which is organized in the form of an agency or institution. The collection of zakat is carried out by the amil zakat body by receiving or taking from muzakki on the basis of notification from muzakki. The 1999 Zakat Management Law was deemed unable to accommodate the dynamics of society and the state in managing Zakat, hence the 2011 Zakat Management Law was born. This law created controversy among zakat managers, because this law was seen as turning off the role of the community in managing zakat, and trying to centralize the management of zakat. Zakat in the hands of the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS). This paper aims to examine the management of zakat carried out by the Cirebon Yatim Mandiri Foundation, and how it is collected and distributed by the Cirebon Yatim Mandiri Foundation. The research method used in this paper is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data of the study were collected through field observations and interviews with the Cirebon Yatim Mandiri .

Abstract

This research aims to the concept of Imam Al-Ghazali’s thought through his famous work, it is Ihya ‘Ulum Al-din, al-Mustashfa, Mizan Al-‘Amal and al-Tibr al-Masbuk fi Nasihat al-Muluk. The method used in this research is literature study. Based on the results, it can be seen that Imam Al-Ghazali’s concept of economic thinking is Maslahah oriented. Benefit in Al-Ghazali’s perspective consists of dharuriyah, hajiyah and tahsiniyah. Business orientation in the economic cycle doesn’t only prioritize worldly life but is also oriented toward the afterlife. Apart from that, the ideas related to the economy consist of exchance and market evolution, production activities and hierarchies, the barter system and the function of money, the role of the state in fair, peaceful, and stable economic development, and public finance.

Abstract

Sharia Cooperatives are financial institutions that run their business based on sharia principles. One of the businesses that are run on Islamic cooperatives, namely financing. So the financing mechanism in Sharia Cooperatives must be in accordance with sharia principles, namely the principles of Islamic law based on fatwas issued by institutions that have authority in determining fatwas in the field of sharia. One of the Sharia Cooperatives that has sharia financing products and businesses is the Hayatussunnah Sharia Cooperative Jami Mungsolkanas Mosque. Of the many types of financing used by members of this sharia cooperative, murabahah financing is used. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the implementation of murabaha financing at Hayatussunnah Sharia Cooperative Jami Mungsolkanas Mosque conforms with the fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The implementation of murabahah contract financing at Hayatussunnah Sharia Cooperative Jami Mungsolkanas Mosque in the perspective of the DSN-MUI fatwa can be said to be in accordance with sharia principles. .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational communication climate in the Margamulya Pangalengan Coffee Producers Cooperative (KPKMP) and to find out how the performance of the management of the Margamulya Pangalengan Coffee Producers Cooperative (KPKMP) was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviewing members and administrators. The results showed that the Organizational Communication Climate in the Margamulya Pangalengan Coffee Producers Cooperative (KPKMP) was quite good, seen from two aspects of the nature of the organizational climate, namely supportive and defensive. The performance of the management at the Margamulya Pangalengan Coffee Producers Cooperative (KPKMP) is still quite good, which is caused by several factors such as the number of jobs, quality of work, level of punctuality, attendance and ability to cooperate.

Abstract

Wardah is the originator of the trend for halal cosmetics in Indonesia. Wardah always carries a "halal" strategy in its advertising and marketing, so that Wardah is the most well-known halal cosmetic product in the community, because "halal" has become a separate brand image for Wardah. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of the halal label on purchasing decisions for Wardah products in the people of Gandu Village.The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Test techniques and data analysis include validity test, reliability test, percentage data description test, normality test, simple linear regression, Pearson correlation, t test and coefficient of determination (r2) using SPSS version 22.The results showed that the value of r2 was 0.293 which implies that the influence of the perceived halal label variable (X) on the purchase decision variable (Y) was 29.3% and the remaining 70.7% was influenced by other variables. The results of hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis show that perceptions of halal labels have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.The conclusion of the research results shows that the variable perception of the halal label and the purchase decision has a unidirectional relationship (b = 0.647), the level of closeness is moderate (r = 0.541), and the variable perception of the halal label contributes to the purchase decision variable by 29.3% with low criteria. Furthermore, based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test), it shows that the hypothesis (H1) is accepted, meaning that the perception variable of the halal label influences the purchasing decision variable.

Abstract

Cooperatives exist as wheels of the economy that are able to fill every line of the economy, from micro to macro. As we know, Cooperative is a joint effort of a group of people who have the same interests with the aim of improving the welfare of its members. Cooperatives are business entities whose activities are managed by their own members, in Indonesia cooperative business entities are under the auspices of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Cooperatives as one of the people's economic institutions need to be developed and strengthened in order to foster economic democracy as one of the foundations for creating a prosperous and just society. Members hope that the cooperative can realize the desire regarding the establishment of a business unit for the procurement of raw materials, with this new business unit members can develop members' businesses even better by meeting all existing needs, in that way cooperatives can indirectly promote to the surrounding community or members bakers who have not yet joined the cooperative and can join in order to benefit from the cooperative.
