Abstract

Employees are one of the important things for the sustainability of a company, because employees are company assets. In addition, employee performance is also something that cannot be ignored because it determines the achievement of company goals. So it is important to monitor employee performance and conduct performance appraisals. With the addition of performance appraisal, the company can determine the provision of rewards, promotions, and punishments. It can be used as a work evaluation stage to improve the quality of work. Employee performance appraisal is based on several predetermined criteria, including responsibility, discipline, and attitude which in the end results in between two linguistic values, namely good or bad. One method for evaluating employee performance is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. With the Tsukamoto fuzzy method, it is hoped that the assessment can be carried out fairly and measurably.

Abstract

Business Process Re-engineering is usually carried out to increase satisfaction with goods or services so that customers tend to choose goods or services from certain companies rather than choosing goods or services from competing companies. This cake shop has been around since 2000, but previously in 1999 they had tried to process the cake shop's recipe so that they found a concoction that suited the local people's tongue. However, this business did not last long because the shop they owned had experienced a fire incident which caused the cake shop business to be evicted and eventually moved to another place so that they also received business threats, namely the emergence of many competitors selling similar products. The purpose of our research is that we will conduct a re-engineering analysis to optimize the business processes in the cake shop. The research method used in our research is descriptive. The descriptive research method is carried out by seeking information related to existing symptoms, clearly explaining what goals will be achieved in the research conducted. In this new model, we add a promotion method, namely by using advertising services on social media so that it can reach people who are still not familiar with the product. In the new model, we also added a process, namely a research process to add innovation to new product cake variants that will give a new impression to the shop's customers.

Abstract

Technology and the internet are growing very rapidly in society making it easy for people to share information and communicate with each other. However, the security of such data or information is something that should be highlighted. The utilization of technology and the internet has many security gaps that can make data or information vulnerable to being stolen and even misused. Valuable data or information is very likely to be accessed by unauthorized people. On the other hand, data and information are prone to be illegally altered and even duplicated. In connection with various possible data or information security issues, it is necessary to do a data security. The purpose of this study is to secure audio chat using a Cryptool-based Twofish algorithm. Based on research conducted, the security process with encryption and decryption simulations was successfully carried out on audio chat. Audio chat sent via IP Address can be encrypted into ciphertext and can be decrypted back into audio at a speed of 15.78 kB/s and the resulting size is also still the same, which is 160 packets. This Twofish algorithm proved to be well usable because the size and quality of chat audio generated from decryption is still the same as audio chat before it is encrypted.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet has made information flow rapidly wich has an impact on the world of commerce. Some people who have bought a product will write their opinion on social media or other online site. Long-text buyer reviews need a machine to recognize opinions. Sentiment analysis applies the text mining method. One of the methods applied in sentiment analysis is classification. One of the classification algorithms is the naïve bayes classifier. Naïve bayes classifier is a classification method with good efficiency and performance. However, it is very sensitive with too many features, wich makes the accuracy low. To improve the accuracy of the naïve bayes classifier algorithm it can be done by selecting features. One of the feature selection is chi square. The selection of features with chi square calculation based on the top-K value that has been determined, namely 450. In addition, weighting features can also improve the accuracy of the naïve bayes classifier algorithm. One of the feature weighting techniques is term frequency inverse document frequency (TF-IDF). In this study, using sentiment labelled dataset (field amazon_labelled) obtained from UCI Machine Learning. This dataset has 500 positive reviews and 500 negative reviews. The accuracy of the naïve bayes classifier in the amazon review sentiment analysis was 82%. Meanwhile, the accuracy of the naïve bayes classifier by applying chi square and TF-IDF is 83%.

Abstract

In the case study of weather prediction, there are several tests that have been carried out by several figures using the fuzzy method, such as the Tsukamoto fuzzy, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS), Time Series, and Sugeno. And each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. For example, the Tsukamoto fuzzy has a weakness, this method does not follow the rules strictly, the composition of the rules where the output is always crisp even though the input is fuzzy, ANFIS has the disadvantage of requiring a large amount of data. which is used as a reference for calculating data patterns and the number of intervals when calculating data patterns and Sugeno has the disadvantage of having less stable accuracy results even though some tests have been able to get fairly accurate results. In research on the implementation of the Mamdani fuzzy inference system method using the climatological dataset of Blora Regency to predict rainfall, it can be concluded as follows: (1) The fuzzy logic of the Mamdani method can be used to predict the level of rainfall in the city of Blora by taking into account the factors that affect the weather, including temperature, wind speed, humidity, duration of irradiation and rainfall. (2) Fuzzy logic for prediction with uncertain input values is able to produce crisp output because fuzzy logic has tolerance for inaccurate data. (3) The results of the accuracy of calculations using the Mamdani fuzzy inference system method to predict rainfall in Blora Regency are 66%.
