International Journal of Global Operations Research (IJGOR) is published 4 times a year and is the flagship journal of the Indonesian Operational Research Association (IORA). It is the aim of IJGOR to present papers which cover the theory, practice, history or methodology of OR. However, since OR is primarily an applied science, it is a major objective of the journal to attract and publish accounts of good, practical case studies. Consequently, papers illustrating applications of OR to real problems are especially welcome. In real applications of OR: forecasting, inventory, investment, location, logistics, maintenance, marketing, packing, purchasing, production, project management, reliability and scheduling. In a wide variety of environments: community OR, education, energy, finance, government, health services, manufacturing industries, mining, sports, and transportation. In technical approaches: decision support systems, expert systems, heuristics, networks, mathematical programming, multicriteria decision methods, problems structuring methods, queues, and simulation. Abstract

This study was conducted to examine a variety of variables, including work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2), that theoretically have an impact on employee performance (Y). The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the relationships between work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance at the Islamic bank Of BJB Jakarta. It also aimed to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. A saturated sample of 55 employees was used in this study. The research methodology combines a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, which is based on variance, namely Partial Least Squares (PLS). Based on the research results, the variable of work motivation is included in the "high" criteria, where most of the respondents rated the factors that can motivate employees, such as physiological needs, safety needs, and social needs. The variable of job satisfaction is included in the "adequate" criterion, where most of the respondents are satisfied with their current job, colleagues, superiors, and work environment. Employee performance variables are included in the "adequate" criteria; some respondents stated that quality, cost-effectiveness, need for supervision, and interpersonal impact are included in the "high" criteria, while quantity and timeliness are in the "sufficient" criteria. The results of this study also found several important things after testing the hypothesis. First, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Islamic bank of BJB Jakarta. Second, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Islamic bank of BJB Jakarta. Third, work motivation and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Islamic bank Of BJB Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of employee loyalty on employee performance as well as the influence of transformational leadership style and employee loyalty on employee performance. At PT Smart Talenta Multitama is a partner organization that provides training, organizational development, legal advice, and human resource management services, a total of 45 employees participated in this quantitative study, all the employees served as respondents, and used of multiple regression in data analysis. According to the regression coefficient value of 0.234 obtained from the results, states that transformational leadership style had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employee loyalty also demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.699, and these results indicate that both transformational leadership style and employee loyalty have an impact on employees' performance.

Abstract

Childhood tuberculosis in Indonesia is the third most common in the world, in 2020 the number of new child Tuberculosis cases decreased by 32.4%, this is still far from the government's target in 2024, which is 90%. Bandung Regency has 62 health centers, the highest number of child TB cases is at the Linggar Health Center, namely 42 children with Tuberculosis due to family factors that have smoking habits. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between family smoking habits and the incidence of Tuberculosis in children aged 3–6 years in the Working Area of the Linggar Health Center. This type of research uses casecontrol with a population of 60 families with children aged 3-6 years. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample is 60 families. Data collection using the Riskesdas 2018 questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study most of the cases (76.7%) were smokers while the controls (60%) were non-smokers. Family smoking status (P-value 0.004), type of white cigarette (P-value 0.002), number of cigarettes <12 cigarettes (P-value 0.006), duration of smoking > 19 minutes (P-value 0.000), and smoking in the house (P- value 0.001) has a relationship with TB in children. Of the five, smoking duration >19 minutes is the riskiest for TB in children (OR 19,286) because the longer the duration of family smoking, the more influential it is on the incidence of tuberculosis in children aged 3-6 years considering the content of smoking can reduce children's immunity. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between family smoking habits and TB in children aged 3-6 years in the Working Area of the Linggar Health Center.

Abstract

The Black-Scholes equation is a partial differential equation that can model the European call option price problem. This equation can be of the order of natural numbers or fractional. The aim of this paper is to find a solution to the fractional order Black-Scholes partial differential equation. The method used to find solutions to these equations is the Natural decomposition method. Two numerical examples are presented in this paper. The results show that the Natural decomposition method is effective and easy to use to solve the fractional Black-Scholes equation.

Abstract

Efficiency is important in the assessment of a performance on an institution or organization. After assessment of efficiency is continued with measurement of assessment in its productivity. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the efficiency and productivity of 7 study programs at As Syafi’iyah Islamic University. The results obtained for the value of efficiency on 7 study programs of 2017/2018-2018/2019 academic year using the Data Envelopment Analysis method is there are 6 study programs as Decision Making Unit (DMU) for 2 years consecutive have a technical efficiency value reach 100% on each DMU. As for the productivity measurement of 7 study programs using the Malmquist Productivity Index method which achieved the highest productivity is  Islamic Religious Education Program (PAI) with a Total Factor Productivity (TFP) value of 1.124.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical area where it often rains. Uncertain rainfall conditions can have an impact in the form of losses in agriculture, including for rice farmers. The total rice productivity in Indonesia, one of which is in Majalengka Regency, is thought to be quite high, so the losses will be significant. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to reduce the impact of losses experienced by farmers, one of which is through insurance programs in the agricultural sector. Rainfall index-based agricultural insurance provides protection to farmers in the form of capital assistance in the event of crop damage resulting in crop failure due to erratic rainfall. This study aims to calculate the agricultural insurance premium based on the rainfall index. The method used to calculate the premium is the Black-Scholes method, while the Historical Burn Analysis method is used to determine the rainfall index. The data used is rainfall data in Majalengka Regency in 2014–2021. The results showed that the premium price in Majalengka Regency depends on the value of the trigger obtained, with a price range between IDR 1,089,646.39 and IDR 1,266,213.02.

Abstract

Banks are vulnerable to the risk of bad credit or default because customers are unable to pay their debts. Risks that may occur in the future can be in the form of unexpected events and can be experienced by anyone, causing the loan to not be fully repaid. Therefore, it is necessary to have insurance to overcome risks due to default in protecting oneself from the risk of unexpected events, namely credit insurance. This study aims to calculate the premium price using the Black-Scholes-Merton model approach. The data used is arrears data of customers PD. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Artha Sukapura in 2003-2020. The data is compiled into a cumulative relative frequency distribution table, resulting in a number of random numbers. Based on the cumulative relative frequency distribution table, data simulation was determined using Monte Carlo. Based on the results of the analysis, the simulation data obtained by the standard deviation are relatively stable and lognormal distributed. Then pricing is done to determine the premium price from the sample data. From the results of the calculations in this study, a premium value of  was obtained for arrears of  with a loan of .
