Abstract

CV. Global Trans Solutions merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa travel yang memiliki jumlah transaksi yang banyak baik dari pembelian maupun penjualan, namun pencatatan transaksi yang terjadi setiap harinya masih menggunakan cara manual, hal ini terkadang membuat laporan transaksi dengan berbagai jenis transaksi terkesan lamban kepada pemilik, penulis hanya membahas masalah Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Transaksi pada CV. Global Trans Solutions dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET dan Microsoft Office Acces sebagai databasenya. Tujuan penulisan adalah untuk mengetahui dan merancang Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Transaksi pada CV. Global Trans Solutions dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET dan Microsoft Office Acces sebagai databasenya. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan laporan ini diperoleh dengan dua metode yaitu studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan literatur-literatur buku-buku perpustakaan dan karya ilmiah lainnya, studi lapangan dengan melaksanakan interview dan observasi langsung terhadap objek yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Transaksi pada CV. Global Trans Solutions dilakukan oleh salah seorang staf administrasi dan dibantu 2 (dua) staf administrasi bidang admnistrasi untuk mencatat dan menginput data transaksi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Transaksi pada CV. Global Trans Solutions sudah mengikuti prosedur dan menggunakan komputer dengan bahasa program Visual BASIC.NET dan Microsoft Acces 2010 sebagai databasenya.

Abstract

This web-based flight ticket booking system development is focused on the problem of web databases and web design that have the aim to provide information about booking tickets online using web media that can facilitate consumers or users of aviation services, where consumers do not need to come to the CV . Global Trans Solutions or aircraft fleet only to make reservations, but with this website can directly order tickets directly via the available web, the author only discusses the problem of web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions using PHP and MySQL. The purpose of writing is to find out and design a web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions using PHP and MySQL. Data collection needed in writing this research was obtained by two methods, namely literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. Web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) administrative staff in the field to record and input ticket booking data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions has followed the procedure and used a computer with Visual PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as its database.

Abstract

Goods Distribution Information System is one of the data processing activities at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar, to get information about the distribution of goods to be more directed and easily obtained. In this study, the authors only discuss the problem of goods distribution and data management mechanisms of PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar and designed the Information Distribution System for PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar by using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand the problem of Information Systems Distribution of Goods at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar as well as making aids application on the Information System of Goods Distribution at PT. Sampurna Sukses Utama Aceh Besar uses Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. Data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely a literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The Goods Distribution Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff and is assisted by 2 (two) administrative, warehouse, and financial administration staff to record and input the distribution of goods. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Goods Distribution Information System has followed the procedure and uses a computer with Visual BASIC.NET programming language and Microsoft Access 2010 as its database.

Abstract

Customer Data Collection Information System is one of the data processing activities in the CV. Indoprint Banda Aceh, to get information about customers becomes more directed and easily obtained. In this study, the authors only discuss customer problems and customer data management mechanisms in the CV. Indoprint Banda Aceh and design a Customer Data Collection Information System using Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand customer problems and data management on the CV. Indoprint Banda Aceh and create a support application on the Customer Data Collection System using Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET. Data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews and direct observation of objects related to this research. The Customer Data Collection Information System is carried out by an administrative staff member to record and input customer data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Customer Data Collection Information System at CV. Indoprint Banda Aceh has followed the procedure and used a computer with the Microsoft Visual BASIC.NET programming language.

Abstract

Tumpok Lampoh Village Office, Kuta Baro Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District records the data of the poor and orphans according to the direction of financial assistance for the poor as recipients of government assistance and in accordance with the recommendations of the Aceh Qanun Draft Empowerment of Orphans and the Poor. The limitation of the problem is only on the Information System for Data Collection of the Poor and Orphans at the Tumpok Lampoh Village Office, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency, in order to realize the information system using Visual Basic applications and the purpose of writing here consists of general goals and special objectives. There are two methods that the authors use to collect data, namely Field Study and Library Research. Based on observations and writers can draw a conclusion Information System for Data Collection of the Poor and Orphans at the Tumpok Lampoh Village Office, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency is expected to help make data collection of the poor and orphans who are accurate and effective and built using Visual Basic and Microsoft Access as the database.

Abstract

The government has issued policies and programs to anticipate the handling of this pandemic, one of which is the Social Assistance Program provided through the leading sector of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of social assistance programs provided to the poor and communities that have a socio-economic impact from the corona pandemic. One of the programs launched by the government through the Ministry of Social Affairs is the Cash Social Assistance Program or Cash Social Assistance. The research objective was to develop a decision support system application for cash social assistance recipients (BST) with the Tsukamoto fuzzy method which can be used as a tool to quickly determine BST recipients. The several stages of work consist of; data collection, analysis, design and application design, implementation, and testing and evaluation. Based on the results of research and testing of the decision support system to determine BST recipients using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method that has been carried out by researchers, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1) Expert system application for finding BST recipients is an application based on rules for solving problems to determine BST recipients with a high degree of accuracy and is used as a reference for BST recipients for the government to determine the right target recipients to be selected, and 2) The results of the analysis generated from this system are the same as the results of calculations manually using the theory of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method so that the accuracy of the results is appropriate with calculations obtained from the trial.

Abstract

One agency that only utilizes the information system manually using Microsoft Word and Excel applications in its data collection is carried out by the Aceh Social Service, which is related to the Assistance Data Collection Information System for Persons with Disabilities which results in the process of making reports being late because they have to open many folders and files. files to collect data in accordance with the desired report from the leadership. From the description, the purpose of writing is to find out and design a Data Collection Information System for Assistive Devices for Persons with Disabilities at the Aceh Social Service using a web-based programming language. There are two methods that the authors use to collect data, namely; field studies and literature studies. Based on the results of observations and the author can draw a conclusion that includes the data collection process for disability tools using an online-based system that is easier to do because it is supported by special reporting for the assistance of disability tools and applications are built using web-based programming languages ​​such as PHP, HTML, CSS., JavaScript, and MySQL as the database.

The Employee Attendance Information System is one of the data processing activities at the Satpol PP and WH Aceh Offices, to get information about attendance to be more targeted and easy to obtain. In writing this Final Assignment (TA), the author only discusses the problem of attendance and data management mechanisms at the Satpol PP and WH Aceh Offices and designs an Employee Attendance Information System using Visual BASIC.NET. The purpose of writing is to understand the problem of attendance and data management at the Satpol Office. PP and WH Aceh as well as making auxiliary applications about Employee Attendance Information Systems using Visual BASIC.NET, the collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to literature, library books and other scientific works, studies field by conducting interviews and direct observation of objects related to this Final Project (TA). Employee Attendance Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input attendance data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Employee Attendance Information System at the Satpol PP and WH Aceh Offices has followed procedures and uses computers with the Visual BASIC.NET 2010 language program and Microsoft Access as the database.

Abstract

So far, the existing book data information system at the Aceh Provincial Language Center still uses the manual method. The large number of printed manuscripts that entered and the transaction processes caused many difficulties in controlling books. In addition, data processing also takes a long time. From the background description, the authors define the problem only on how the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office and designing the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Hall Office based on the web. The purpose of the discussion is to find out the E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office and to design a web-based E-library Database Management System at the Aceh Province Language Center Office. For the perfection of this report, the authors collected data using several data collection methods, including using field studies and literature studies. The E-library Database Management System makes it easy for the Aceh Province Language Center Office to evaluate the handling of e-libraries, and this application, can overcome problems that exist at the Aceh Province Language Center Office because it speeds up reporting and reduces human errors.

In writing this Final Project (TA), the author only discusses the problem of warehouse employees and data management mechanisms at PT. Tempo Banda Aceh and designed a warehouse employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The purpose of writing is to understand the problems of warehouse employees and data management at PT. Tempo Banda Aceh and made a supporting application about warehouse employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The data collection needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature study related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this Final Project (TA). The warehouse employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) warehouse employee administrative staff to record and input warehouse employee data. From the research results, it can be concluded that the warehouse employee information system at PT.
