Abstract

The increasing number of passengers every year, even during the pandemic, the number of passengers is still said to be normal in using the Palangkaraya Damri bus transportation services, with an increase in the number of passengers every year, the expectations of customers will also increase for the availability of better physical condition of the bus fleet, better service. good prices, appropriate prices and strategic locations, this aims to increase customer satisfaction in using Damri bus services. Research method this use method quantitative. And for taking sample that is taken as many as 80 respondents user service damri bus transportation barrier highway. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, the type of data used for study this namely primary data. For technique data collection that is use questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in study this that is multiple linear regression, from multiple linear statistical analysis it was found that the value of the regression coefficient on each variable is Y = 0.410 + 0.214 X1 + 0.196 X2 + 0.365 X3 + 0.356 X4, is a positive coefficient dimension where the value of all variables increases affecting the satisfaction of users of the Palangkaraya Damri bus transportation service. from _ partial test results obtained for the service quality variable, ticket price/cost and location for the T count > T table with a T table value of (1.990) which means that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable satisfaction of damri bus transportation service users, and for the variable physical condition of the bus fleet. T count < T table which has no positive and significant effect on satisfaction. from ri results testing by simultaneous that from calculation F count (25.957) > F table (2.49) so H 1 is accepted and H 0 is rejected. And the amount of influence contribution variable Condition Physical Bus Fleet, Services, Prices and Locations Satisfaction Damri Bus Transportation Service Users Palangka Raya is 58. 1% from results research.

Abstract

Along with the level of traffic density that crosses the Pinus road, there are several obstacles that cause damage, one of which is the damage that occurs in the road construction section, which is caused by the load of vehicles with excessive loads such as trucks, which further causes damage to the road, namely an increase in volume. heavy traffic every day. Asphalt pavement is generally used on roads that have a fairly dense traffic volume, with the increase in the number of vehicles resulting in damage in a relatively short time than planned. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the volume of vehicle types on road damage on asphalt pavement, it can be predicted earlier the value of road damage that will occur, the method used in this study is the method of analyzing vehicle volume on road damage with the regression method. Used to obtain the relationship function with the value of R² (coefficient of determination) which shows the magnitude of the effect of changes in the volume of vehicle types on changes in the value of road damage, this study was carried out on the Pinus road, Palangka Raya City. There is a relationship between the volume of vehicle types and the value of road damage, the results obtained are R² = 0.744 which shows that road damage is influenced by the volume of heavy vehicles, light vehicles and motorcycles with a percentage value of 74.4%. From the results of the equation between heavy vehicles (X1), light vehicles (X2), motorcycles (X3), and the value of road damage Y = 0.159 X1 + 0.034 X2 + 0.017 X3 + 14,189. From these equations it can be described as follows, the regression coefficient (X1) (a) = 0.159 means that a heavy vehicle of 100 vehicles/day will increase the level of road damage by 5.9, the regression coefficient (X2) (b) = 0.034 means a light vehicle of 100 vehicles/day will increase the level of road damage by 3.4, Regression coefficient (X3) (c) = 0.017 means that 100 motorbikes/day will increase the level of damage by 1.7, constant (c) = if there are no vehicles driving passing a road segment, the road will experience road damage of 14,189.

Abstract

Career choice is the determination of a career that affects a person's position, where the determination is influenced by several factors either internal factors or from the individual or external or from outside the individual for the sake of progress and survival. This research aims to find out: 1. what percentage of alumni career choices in the field of education, non-education but related to Building Technology and not both 2. whether alumni career options fit the profile of graduates 3. or the curriculum has significantly affected alumni careers. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, the subject of this study is an alumniof Building Engineering Education of Palangka Raya University in June 2021 with a population of 83 alumni and a sample number of 40 alumni. Questionnaires on the likert scale are used as instruments to collect the necessary data, these questionnaires are created in the form of google forms and distributed online to alumni. Then, the data is analyzed using the achievement degree formula (DP). The results showed that the highest percentage of consecutive career choices, not educators and not related to the field of building engineering science (62.5%), not educators but still related to the field of building engineering (22.5%) and educators (15%). And alumni students who choose a career according to the graduate profile of the Building Engineering Education study program curriculum by (37.5%) and the non-conforming (62.5%). So it can be concluded that most of the alumni of Building Engineering Education students in their career selection do not match the profile of graduates of the curriculum of the Building Engineering Education Study Program of Palangka Raya University. While the average percentage of the influence of the Building Engineering Education curriculum on alumni in a career is 73.18% and belongs to the category quite well. This shows that the curriculum of Building Engineering Education is significantly quite good in influencing alumni in a career

Abstract

The people of Palangka Raya City who are facing the Covid-19 pandemic are increasingly considering various factors to meet their movement needs, because they are not only safe, secure and comfortable, now the health aspect is a special concern in transportation, therefore transportation behavior must change. This study aims to determine what factors influence user behavior in choosing land transportation modes for close trips during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis and the number of samples used is 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely respondents who have used private vehicles and online. Collecting data using a questionnaire that is distributed directly to respondents using a Likert scale. Based on the test criteria for the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis, a significance value <0.05 Ha was accepted and a significance value > 0.05 H0 was accepted, then the hypothesis test results obtained were that the factors influencing user behavior in choosing the mode of land transportation for close trips during the pandemic in Palangka Raya City is a factor of comfort, vehicle cleanliness, healthy vehicles, available hand sanitizer and masks, available distance between passengers, ease of getting modes, and short waiting times.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the development of the City of Palangka Raya which has caused a fairly basic change, where the City of Palangka Raya apart from being a destination for students to seek knowledge is also known to be a place for people from various regions to find work, this has resulted in the city which is known as a beautiful city, is in the spotlight for researchers to examine social problems related to the diversity of the surrounding community. One of them is the existence of a CV. Mandiri Raya Travel in the city of Palangka Raya which is able to make people more interested in using it. The population in this study are people who use CV. Mandiri Raya Travel transportation. The samples taken were 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, where previously the validity, reliability and classical assumptions were tested. The results of this study indicate that the physical condition of the Travel Fleet has a positive and significant influence on people's interest in using Mandiri Raya Travel, the service has a positive and significant influence on people's interest in using Mandiri Raya Travel, and ticket prices/costs also have a positive and significant influence on public interest. using Mandiri Raya Travel
