Abstract

As a service worker, a counselor is required to be a professional. Where a professional is someone who is an expert in their field, easy to adapt to their environment, easy to manage their time and attitude. Becoming a professional counselor is regulated in a counseling code of ethics that must be maintained and carries counseling principles that can facilitate counseling services. The performance of a counselor is spread across various fields, because basically every field requires guidance and the counselor is an expert in terms of guidance and development. The professionalism of a counselor is not only in terms of work, there are several criteria for a counselor to be considered a professional. describe the Utilization of WhatsApp Application Features and Zoom Cloud Meetings as Online Learning Media during the Class IX Covid-19 Pandemic at MTs An-Nashihin Kademangan, inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the use of WhatsApp application features and zoom cloud meetings as online learning media. during the covid-19 pandemic class IX at MTs An-nashihin Kademangan and solutions that were carried out to overcome obstacles that occurred in the use of the whatsapp application features and zoom cloud meetings as online learning media during the covid-19 pandemic class IX at MTs An-Nashihin Kademangan This research was conducted at MTs An-Nashihin Kademangan, South Tangerang City from February 8, 2022 to February 21, 2022. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that teachers have utilized the WhatsApp application features and zoom cloud meetings to support online learning activities, by utilizing various available features such as photo, video, document, video calls, and video conferencing features. From the results of this study, it is recommended that educators further improve their competence regarding the use of ICT, so that the readiness of learning using technology-based learning can be maximized. Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic in 2021 caused a major impact on the world of education, in the implementation of learning activities the government provided rules for implementing distance learning activities (PJJ). Therefore, PAI teachers must strive to provide appropriate learning so that students can continue to improve their reading skills of the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of Distance Learning (PJJ) on students' reading ability of the Qur'an. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. The findings of this study are that an average value of 81.2368 was obtained before the implementation of the PJJ, and the value after the implementation of the PJJ obtained an average value of 82.0263, which means that there is an increase in the average value during the pandemic but it is not significant. Then the results of the T test calculation obtained a significance value of 0.110 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the effect of distance learning during the covid-19 pandemic on students' reading ability of the Qur'an at SDIT Khoiru Ummah. Abstract

This research was conducted based on the factor of low activity in the learning process of students and teaching teachers so that it affects various factors in learning activities, for example, motivation to learning outcomes that are less than optimal from the learning process. From the results of observations at MA Sa'id Yusuf Depok, especially in class X on the subject of moral aqidah, that there are some students who are very passive in the learning process. So the teacher must be able to create an active and interesting and fun learning atmosphere so that students are interested in being active in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of student learning activities, and to find out what were the obstacles in developing student learning activities and what efforts were made by the institution in developing student activity, so as to know the results obtained after efforts were made in the learning process of class X students. MA Sa'id Yusuf on the subject of AkidahAkhlak. The method used is observation, researchers make observations by going directly into the classroom by paying attention and analyzing the learning process at MA Sa'id Yusuf Depok. Then the research data analysis used descriptive qualitative methods to determine the level of activeness of students and teachers and to find out what efforts should be made and get optimal results. Abstract

Children show an increased ability to reflect emotions, when they are 4 to 5 years old. They also came to understand that the same incident can evoke different feelings in different people. They maintain an increased awareness so that they are able to manage their emotions and meet social standards. The objectives to be achieved in this study were to determine the stages of achieving the social emotional development of children with special needs and how the social emotional development strategies of children with special needs at PAUD Pondok Anak Pertiwi. The research method used is a qualitative approach. In conducting research, data sources are needed, and data collection uses primary and secondary sources. Primary sources are data sources obtained directly from informants, in this case the principal and homeroom teacher and psychologist, as well as 3 (three) children with special needs aged 4-5 years who are made cases. Meanwhile, secondary data is in the form of several documents required for completeness of research data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed: 1. The results of the level of achievement of social emotional development for children with special needs can be seen from prosocial behavior by working with friends, willing to queue and take turns playing, being able to communicate with people they meet verbally or non-verbally. It can also be seen in being able to control normal emotions by showing separation behavior when not crying, being easily persuaded during tantrums and showing pride in the work by smiling, laughing and jumping around as a feeling of pleasure. 2. The learning strategy carried out in developing the social emotional of children with special needs is through habituation activities. Habit is carried out at school and continues to be stimulated by parents at home, such as greeting, greeting, washing hands, taking out trash, queuing, and others. The success of this habituation depends on a stimulating environment, consistent collaboration between teachers and the environment at school and parents at home. Abstract

This Islamic education is taught by parents to children from the Koran. Because the Qur'an is a symbol of the very essence of Islamic teachings, the Qur'an was revealed by means of the Arabic language so that it is known that Arabic is the only wasilah for understanding the Qur'an and Sunnah. In understanding the contents of the Koran we must be able to know the translation of the Koran. The Tamyiz method is a practical and easy way to understand Arabic with the specific purpose of translating the Quran. The purpose of this study is to find out the systematic improvement of the translation of the Qur'an after the implementation of the Tamyiz Method. The research was conducted in class XII B with a total of 29 students. Data analysis used in this study used two types of data, namely; 1.) Quantitative Data Analysis is used to answer research problems related to data in the form of numbers and statistical programs. 2.) Qualitative Data Analysis is made to describe, describe and determine the improvement of the learning process, especially the various actions taken by the teacher. The results of this study indicate that the study of the application of the tamyiz method in learning to translate the Koran at SMK Informatika Utama Krukut increased. The increase in learning after the application of the Tamyiz Method, from pre-cycle by 68%, increased in the first cycle by 75.09% and in the second cycle to 81.15%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze policy evaluation and curriculum development in Islamic educational institutions, especially at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method which is carried out by collecting data obtained from documentation, observation and interviews. The results show that through policies and curriculum development that are evaluated periodically, SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang which was founded in 2011 is able to educate students to have an Islamic personality, have an Islamic knowledge, and understand their duties as representatives of Allah (Khalifatullah) on earth through talents, skills and expertise. The results also show that the vision and mission of SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang are in accordance with the vision and mission of Islamic educational institutions that are attached to the long-term ideals and goals of Islamic values, namely realizing mercy for all mankind. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation and development of Islamic education policies, to provide input to policy makers to take better steps. Evaluation is to determine the ability of students before taking lessons, as well as determining the field of study or majors that they will choose. Fourth, diagnostic evaluation, which is an evaluation aimed at knowing and analyzing the condition of students, both with regard to the difficulties encountered, as well as the obstacles encountered in teaching and learning activities. The research method used is qualitative with document study. Documents in the form of Regulation of the Minister of Religion, Director General of Education at the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, and Islamic Religious Education policies implemented in Schools/Madrasahs, other documents that support research on the implementation of Islamic Religious Education policies implemented in Madrasas. The results of this study are first, evaluation and development of education, assessment and measurement of all components of education implementation, in the form of improvements and changes that occur in students after they take part in learning. Second, evaluation and development of education in Islam is very necessary, with the aim of providing the best service for students, improving and developing education to suit the times. Third, in terms of objectives, evaluation consists of formative, summative, placement, and diagnostic evaluations. Fourth, evaluation and development must be carried out based on certain conditions and principles so that the evaluation results can be acknowledged as true, and accepted by the parties concerned. Abstract

This journal aims to identify, analyze and evaluate the implementation of teacher competency improvement programs in an effort to improve the quality of graduates of SD Negeri Kedaung Wetan 7, Neglasari District, Tangerang City, Banten. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, including data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with principals, vice principals, teachers, school committees, parents and students. Evaluation analysis using a discrepancy evaluation model. The findings of this study: (1) Preparation of the design in the form of guidelines or standards of professional competence of teachers. (2) The installation of a review of standards or guidelines for the implementation of teacher professional competence improvement and infrastructure facilities have not fully supported the improvement of teacher professional competence. (3) Process: the obstacles for teachers have not carried out their duties and functions as educators and reformers. Improving the quality of graduates is marked by the achievement of KKM scores and changes in students: more disciplined, creative and innovative in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. (4) The results of improving the professional competence of teachers can be felt by schools, teachers and students. It directly affects the quality of graduates. (5) Comparison. The improvement of the professional competence of teachers continues on an ongoing basis and is recorded in the form of written reports and submitted in stages to education policy makers. Various efforts made by the school management must be balanced with good collaboration and cooperation with parents and other school community members. Suggestions from parents are also very meaningful for schools in carrying out improving the professional competence of teachers in their own schools. This research is expected to: (1) increase the knowledge and insight of researchers, (2) materials for self-introspection and future teacher career development, especially teacher professional competence and the quality of graduates, (3) consideration for school principals, especially in determining policies for evaluating professional competence programs teachers and the quality of graduates and (4) material for consideration of central or regional government policies so that efforts to increase the distribution of education quality through teacher competence. Abstract

Education is a shared responsibility between schools, families, communities and governments. Facing challenges in the world of education in the future, it takes the support of parents and the community in achieving educational goals. This study analyzes Education policies to increase parental and community participation, using qualitative methods with library research. The results of the study indicate that currently the participation of the community in education has been stated in various government policies, but in its implementation the participation of parents and the community is still not optimal. So that in its implementation, further policy efforts are needed from the school to increase the role of parents and the community. Efforts to increase the role of parents and the community through school committees need to be realized in School-Based Management: (1) building school ownership attitudes, (2) formulating school policies, (3) building quality awareness, (4) attention to academic life, and (5) build school institutional work arrangements. Related to the purpose of education to form the character of students who have noble character, it is necessary to have good cooperation and coordination between the school, parents and the community in the success of value-based education. The school must integrate the content of the value curriculum in each lesson. There is good cooperation with parents in education that is in line in the family. Value education in society provides children with an understanding of the implementation of value education in society. Keywords: Policy, Participation, Parent, Education
