Abstract

Immigration Polytechnic is an official university under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights wich produces immigration cadres who have integrity and intellectuality to carry out their duties as immigration officer. The Human Resources Development Agency is a forum for produce student from the Immigration Polytechnic. On the other side, Directorate General of Immigration has a system called the Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian (SIMKIM). The problem that will be to describe how the learning process at the Immigration Polytechnic is currently and how to utilize the existing system to support learning at the Immigration Polytechnic. The application of the research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, namely by explaining or describing an object of research by means of observation and interviews with related sources. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the learning process at the Immigration Polytechnic goes through several stages and also uses Teaching, Training, and Nurturing patterns that can improve the quality of Cadets. And also the Immigration Polytechnic has utilized several systems that are very helpful for learning, including Sistem Pengaduan Taruna (SIPENA), Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD), Electronic Learning Immigration System (ELIPS), dan juga Immigration Exam (IM-EXAM).

Abstract

Infographic comes from the English word Infographic which stands for information and graphic, which means a form of information visualization that delivers complex data to the reader so that it can be understood more easily and quickly. The purpose of this research is to find out how to use the Infographic at the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap and to find out how the public understands the passport application with the Infographic at the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap. This research provides information and understanding about passport application to the public through Infographics at the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap and provides input on consideration and evaluation in the utilization of inforafis at the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilcap. In this research using qualitative research method. The results of the study are known to the average resource person between 18 - 35 years old, this can be said as a young reader or digital natives and it is known that the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap innovates the form of content in its instragram account into Infographics. The Class II Immigration Office of TPI Cilacap uses the Infographic as a medium to convey various kinds of information about immigration through social media. In the case of making Infographics Of Class II Immigration Office TPI Cilacap needs to follow the development of existing trends.

Abstract

The application of information technology and an innovation found in immigration, especially at the Immigration Office, is a very important thing to always pay attention to and develop its development in the very long term, one of which is the focus on changes in terms of services at the office. With the existence of research in offices that has created an innovation regarding service and can produce several comparisons between before the innovation was made, and after the innovation was made. The results of the study conducted with this qualitative research method have explained that the immigration information technology system and an innovation in the Immigration Office still has an analysis and evaluation of making innovations that have an impact on services, and can be a development of the innovation application system. So, it is necessary to make several further studies or research related to the development of innovation in immigration information technology systems both at the Immigration Office and at other agencies that have an innovation related to the use of applications for services.

Abstract

Technology and information systems have played a very important role in people's lives in this era of industrial revolution 4.0. It is undeniable that technology and information systems. Investgation and prosection (Nyidakim) is an application that is used to assist processes in the field of intelligence and immigration enforcement in the form of making examination reports, incident reports, and others. In this case the author focuses on discussing the implementation of the Immigration Investigation and Enforcement application at the TPI Yogyakarta Class I Immigration Office. The implementation of the Application for Immigration Investigation and Enforcement (Nyidakim) at the TPI Yogyakarta Class I Immigration Office is one of the supports in making incident reports, examination minutes, opinion reports, and case decisions. The Immigration Investigation and Enforcement Application can also be accessed by staff to the head of the office at the TPI Yogyakarta Class I Immigration Office, so that each user is granted access rights from the Immigration Investigation and Enforcement Application.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know factually about the implementation of the Public Service Management Information System (SIMPEL) to supporting Immigration services, especially in pre-applying for a Passport at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang in terms of SIMPEL quality, urgency of SIMPEL application and quality of information produced by SIMPEL. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach.. The results of this study indicate that the SIMPEL implementation is one of the efforts made by the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang in providing the best Immigration service to the community, especially in pre-application for Passports. With regard to the quality of the system, SIMPEL is easy to use by users both for officers and applicants in pre-application for a Passport. The results of the SIMPEL implementation can also be directly felt by its applicant. Then in terms of the quality of the resulting information such as availability, easy to understand and understand, constraints, response time and accuracy can be said to be successful in its implementation. Then in terms of the urgency of SIMPEL, that the existence of SIMPEL at the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang can provide benefits that can be obtained, both for the Immigration Office Class II Non TPI Pemalang, officers and the community (applicants).

Abstract

Manpower Being one of the aspects driving the open market economy, the entry of foreign workers into Indonesian territory is regulated in Indonesian government regulations. Use of visas and residence permits given to prospective foreign workers who will enter Indonesia through an online application submission process. However, in practice, the guarantor from foreign workers often encounter problems in the process of applying for a work visa for the Republic of Indonesia. Inhibiting factors in the process of applying for an RI work visa affect immigration services at the Visa Sub-Directorate.

Abstract

Public perception of immigration content at the TPI East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office is very important in determining the quality of information and understanding of immigration provided to the public by focusing on social media Instagram. With some literacy regarding public perceptions it can produce a public view of immigration content that has been disseminated through social media Instagram TPI Class I Immigration Office, East Jakarta. This can be used as study and learning material in seeing some of the shortcomings that must be addressed by the TPI East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office regarding public perceptions of immigration content. With the descriptive qualitative research method, it explains that there are still gaps or shortcomings of immigration content disseminated through social media Instagram TPI Class I Immigration Office, East Jakarta. So it is very necessary to make several further research studies related to public perceptions of immigration content so as to harmonize understanding between the information provider and the recipient of the information.

Abstract

The launch of an innovation by the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang in the form of a web-based information technology system. This system is a simple system in bridging the immigration application submission process. Sitanos (Immigration TANgerang Online Service) was created to support better immigration services to the community, where this innovation is expected to make it easier for applicants to apply for immigration services by cutting their application flow. This study uses a quantitative method that aims to determine the effectiveness of using Sitanos in immigration services at the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang. Therefore the hypothesis of this research is that Sitanos is effectively used in the service of immigration documents for foreigners at the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang. The population of this study were employees of the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang. The research population is saturated in nature where all respondents are used as samples because the population is relatively small, amounting to 14 people. In determining the effectiveness of using Sitanos, using the system effectiveness test model from DeLone and McLean (2015). The results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation value of 0.956. In the simple linear regression test, it shows that the t value of the Sitanos variable is 11.297 with a significance of 0.000. Then it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H1) is accepted and proven correct. So it can be proven that there is an influence between the use of Sitanos on immigration document services at the Immigration Office Clas I Non-Border Control of Tangerang and it can be stated that Sitanos is effectively used to support immigration document services for foreigners at the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang.
