Abstract

Drug abuse is a problem that causes addiction, health damage and social problems. It is a disease that can be treated and restored. In Islam every disease has its method and medicine. In the recovery of addiction and drug abuse. The Islamic approach is able to restore individuals from drugs. This writing explains the Islamic approach according to the Qur'an, the hadiths and the opinions of the Muslim muktabar. The outcome of the Islamic approach is comprehensive that embodies the aspects of the heart, emotion and physical. The success of drug rehabilitation through a religious approach depends on the extent of individuals holding, practicing and religious beliefs as a guide for survival to achieve happiness in the world and in the hereafter. Islam encourages taking the cause of musabbab for the recovery together with the healing of faith is coming from God.

Abstract

Ibn Katsir is a prominent scholar of the 8th century of Hijriyyah, who is expert in the field of tafsir, hadith, dates, and fiqh. This scholarly scholar is much influenced by the thought of his teacher, Ibn Taymiyyah. Included in the principles of the interpretation of the Qur'an as set out in the introduction of the book of his tafsir. Tafsir Ibnu Katsir is an interpretation of the pattern and orientation of bi al-ma'tsur or bi ar-riwayah, by tahlili (analytical) method. The book generally occupies the second position after Tafsir al-Thabari. However, in terms of his criticism or historical selection, simplicity, as well as his native language, Tafsir Ibnu Katsir is better than al-Thabari's tafsir. Ibn Katsir is very dominant in using history / hadith. This is influenced by his author's expertise in the field of hadith and the history of his tradition. He was also very critical of Israiliyat's history, though there were small numbers who escaped his criticism. Various attitudes and views of Ibn Katsir when interpreting verses (nuances) muhkam-mutasyabih, tasybih, naskh, history, fiqh, and so forth, show him an interpretative, hadith, history, and fiqh, which is critical and selective. His thinking is more in line with the salaf scholars who prioritize revelation (al-Qur'an and hadith), and put reasoning thereafter.

Abstract

This study discusses the subject matter of Mahar Perspektif al-Qur'an and its Implementation on Konawe Regency Community, This research aims to: 1) To study the existence of dowry for Tolaki community in Konawe District; 2) To examine the urgency of dowry for the Tolaki community in Konawe District; 3) To examine the implementation of the giving of mahar to Tolaki people of Konawe Regency. Types of Research is field research (field research) whose procedures produce descriptive data using the approach of science of tafsir, juridical and phenomenology. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and tracing of various literatures or references. This study uses observation guides, interview guides and documentation data as Research Instruments. Processing techniques and data analysis is done through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and the conclusion and verification of data. The results of this study indicate that the existence Mahar in Tolaki known by Popolo or Kinaweoako. The form is not bound but generally in Tolaki society there are two that is in the form of money and in the form of objects. The form of money is divided into two forms: 88 real and Rp. 264,000. Mahar to Tolaki tribe in Konawe District still exist in determining the number, and remain in the corridor of al-Qur'an there are only few steps that must be done accompanied by custom settlement. The general objective of the dowries on the Tolaki tribe is as a form of appreciation to women. Adat obliges the dowry so that in the future there is no mutual embarrassment to each other, both in terms of husband and wife or both families of the bride. Implementation of dowry on Tolaki Society is the process of giving mahar to Tolaki Tribe is in a series of custom known as Mowindahako procession, after the customary settlement then followed by Islamic wedding procession is usually executed in general society. Re-analyzing the dowry pricing case and the process of giving it into the adat series, is essentially not burdensome to the bridegroom but because of the numerous customs and customs requirements proposed by adat not to make the bridegroom run with the term mombolasuako. Thus reducing the value of family and social values. Basically the dowry is a property entitled to be earned by a wife to be given by the husband. Giving sincerely is not from the coercion factor of the bride's family. So the creation of peace in the hearts of the bridegroom in marriage. Seeing the implementation of giving dowries to the Tolaki community, especially those living in Konawe District can follow the marriage procession based on Islamic law by integrating it with cultural values that have relevance to the Islamic Syari'ah.

Abstract

Drug can cause negative effects that will cause mental and behavioral disorders, resulting in disruption of the neuro-transmitter system in the central nervous system in the brain. Disorders of the neuro-transmitter system will lead to the interruption of cognitive (mind-nature), affective (nature, mood, or emotion), psychomotor (behavioral), and social aspects. Countermeasures of students and students who have been exposed to drugs include prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. Drugs there are various types such as: heroin, marijuana, putaw, cocaine, shabu-shabu, and alcohol included in the class of drugs. The benefits are felt only for a moment. However its impact obviously a lot. Many organs become damaged, when used drugs. Time of operation (because of an occurrence) will no longer be able to anesthetize for its users. The exact cost to be able to consume these illegal goods, is very expensive. One of them could be enter jail, if caught apparatus.

Abstract

The Qur'an has a wealth of meaning in the wording of his words. It's simple, but solid. It is global, covering the whole life issue, but is briefly conveyed in its words and sentences. The calculated poverty rate is used as a calculation. As the sun and moon rotate according to the calculation (al-An'am: 96). From the (meaning) of the calculation, he shifted to interpretation in terms of recompense, whether the reply was a reward or a doom (Ali Imran: 199). The meaning of calculations or calculations is then interpreted with sufficient or sufficient that this property is owned by Allah (al-Mujadalah: 8). Then, the reckoning also has a variety of meanings as we have described in the previous chapter. The word Hubb developed in various forms as its derivation. Hibbu (حب) as one of them, means a person who rejoices over his love. then Habab (حبب), it has a neatly articulated tooth meaning as an oath of love. So love is like good teeth and neatly arranged. The word Haqq comes from حق - يحق - حقا. In the dictionary al Munawwir, the meaning of haqq is sure, fixed and proper. In the form of حقيقة means true, original or استحق means entitled. According to Raghib al-Isfahani The word حق is the مطابقة or موافقة which means conformity. The derivation of the lafadz of life in the Qur'an consists of isim and fiil such as استحياء, محيي, محياى, يحي, حية, تحية and so on. Of all the lafadz have their respective positions in their meaning. but in general life in the Qur'an contains several meanings. The word 'hidayah' comes from the root word consisting of three letters, namely 'Ha, Dal, and Ya'. Its meaning revolves around two things, namely 'appear before giving guidance' and 'gentle conveyance'. However, in particular, the meaning of 'hidayah' is defined as something that leads to goodness.

Abstract

Ottoman Turks is one of the kingdoms established by the Turks after the collapse of the Turkish kingdom of Saljuq. Entogrol was the entourage of the founding way of Turkey Usmani his son Usman as the proclamator of the Ottoman Empire of the year 1300M. The success of the Islamic empire in Turkey was during the Ottoman Dynasty, more precisely during the reign of Sultan Muhammad Al-Fatih in 1453 M. The decline and destruction of Ottoman Turks caused by several factors among others: the sultan's weakness and bureaucratic system, economic downturn and the emergence of strength Europe. In 1342 H / 1923 M khilafah Islamiyah was abolished, then Turkey changed to a secular republic. Mustafa Kemal in his reformation reform in realizing Modern Turkey brought ideologies of his Kemal such as Republicanism, Populism, Nationalism, Reformism, Secularism, and Ethism.

Abstract

The spiritual Islamic medical has a significant contribution to the Muslim community. It was regarded as a basic for Islamic medical. It has been introduced by the prophet Muhammad SAW, which implemented till now by the Islamic scholars. The Muslim community were interested with this approach. However, there are still ambiguity among them in regard to originality of the spiritual Islamic medical. Therefore, this study was conducted to explore this issue in the context of Malaysia. In specific, this study examine the relationship between akidah, sharia and Islamic medical. In addition, this study was conducted to investigate the implementation of Islamic medical, in order to decrease the ambiguity among the society toward the Islamic medical. To achieve the objectives of this study, a case study was conducted. This study reveals that the ambiguity among the society toward the Islamic medical is because of miss understanding in akidah and sharia. Another reason is because the Islamic medical practitioners not emphasize on akidah and sharia during the implementation of Islamic medical.

Abstract

The humanwill always expose with various diseases. In nature, they will find a suitable medicine for the particular disease. They can get the medicine either from the conventional medical center such as clinic or hospital, or through the alternative medical center such as the Islamic medical center or etc. In the Malaysian context, the Muslim community preferred to choose the Islamic medical approach to cure the disease, especially after they failed to recover from the treatment given by the conventional medical center. This study was conducted to describe the concept of Islamic medicine from the perspective of Islamic Akidah and Sharia. This study believes that the Islamic Akidah and Sharia should be the foundation for the Islamic medical approach, which has been ignored by the few Islamic Medical Center. This study also was conducted to identify the method and the implementation of Islamic medical at the Islamic Medical Center. To answer the previous objectives, a case study has been conducted. The case study was analyzed based on Al-Quran, hadis and the opinion of the Islamic scholars. The data for this study was collected from 24 Islamic Medical Center in Selangor. This study reveals that the of Islamic medical still needs for standard guideline to ensure the professionalism in this field.

Abstract

Spirituality is an important aspect of internal humanity. It is also related to the issue of the heart, feeling and nature want to return to God. The spiritual aspect was initially given attention by the gold residents when their age was stepping on aging and physical desolation. The objective of this study is to find out about the needs of spiritual practice by the citizens of gold and its impression on peace of mind and the stability of monotheism in God. The methodology of this study is intellectual and conceptual. The terms of spiritual needs and rituals are elaborated through the Koran, Hadith and the books of Islam. The results can be found that spiritual practice is needed by gold residents. When the tranquility and stability of monotheism is achieved through knowledge, mujahadah and sharia practices and the Sunnah of the Prophet Saw.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the hypothesis with the intention to justify or reinforce the hypothesis with the hope that eventually can strengthen the theory that became the foundation to examine how the effect of leadership on Job Satisfaction, how the influence of leadership on Work Effectiveness, how the influence of the Organizational Commitment and Leadership how the leadership of the HR Performance and Organizational Commitment on how to influence human performance on the Office of National Integration and Political Development Kab. Buton. Populations used are all employees of the Authority's office Kab.Buton numbering 56 human resources with a population of 56 at the same time be made respondents.The study was conducted by survey method by distributing koesioner to 56 respondents in the Office of National Integration and Political Development Kab.Buton. The results showed that: 1).There is a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction variable leadership style of leadership does it mean when both the job satisfaction will increase, so the hypothesis is accepted. 2). There is a positive influence on the performance vaiabel Leadership of Human Resources, Leadership means if either the HR performance will increase, so the hypothesis is accepted. 3). There is not a positive and significant effect on the variable Motivation on Job Satisfaction mean when motivation is high then job satisfaction will increase, so the hypothesis is accepted. 4). There is no positive and significant impact on the performance variables HR Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment means if either the HR performance will increase, thus degan hypothesis is accepted. 5). There is a significant influence on the performance of human resources motivation variable, meaning that if either the Motivation HR performance will increase, then the hypothesis is accepted.
