Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the transfer service program for elementary and junior high school students in PTSP at Disdikpora Yogyakarta City. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results obtained are: (1) Implementation of the student transfer service program at the Disdikpora Yogyakarta City: a) The standard of mutation service is the value of students and the availability of class formations at the target school and the target is the community who wants to apply for a student transfer application. b) Resources in the form of 4 implementing officers from the Junior High School Development Division and Elementary School Development staff and adequate facilities. c) The characteristics of the organization are nimble and able to work well together. d) Relationships between organizations run with communication and coordination during service delivery. e) Environmental conditions are mutually supportive. f) Disposition is reflected in the capability of the executing agent. (2) The supporting factors are complete facilities, adequate human resources, and easy and clear administrative processes. The inhibiting factors a) Officers who are still double jobs so they cannot focus on student transfer services. b) Implementation of mutation services that cannot be carried out fully online. c) The file processing flow is still quite time consuming because of the manual numbering system. d) Not updating the field header for the files that enter the system. Keywords: Implementation, Student Mutation, Disdikpora Yogyakarta City

Abstract

This research aims to: 1. Describe the trend in the enrollment rate of SD and SMP in Gunungkidul; 2. Describe the policies and programs that have been provided by the Gunungkidul Government to increase enrollment rates for elementary and junior high schools; 3. Describe the follow-up action of the Gunungkidul Government after seeing the trend of elementary and junior high school enrollment rates in Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with secondary data analysis which is equipped with interview method. Analysis of the data using trend analysis of the number of least squares with the type of linear model and the equation Y = a + bx. The results of this study are: 1. The trend of GER for SD and SMP in 2019-2028 in Gunungkidul tends to decrease; 2. Policies and programs of the Gunungkidul Government through PIP, scholarships and social assistance, compulsory education movement programs, retrieval programs, google for education, and education and training for educators; 3. The Gunungkidul government is following up on the results of the SD and SMP GER trends by validating data, continuing effective programs, and maximizing retrieval programs. Keywords: trends, gross participation rate, primary school, junior high school, gunungkidul regency.

Abstract

This study aims: to describe how families construct online learning policies are reviewed from the differentiation of economic background as well as supporting factors and inhibitory factors. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects of the study were parents who had primary school-age children. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews, documentation. The data is analyzed using interactive methods. The validity of the data is tested by triangulation techniques and source triangulation. The results of the study: (1) Family construction on online learning, parents with upper-middle economic level can access education easily, while parents with lower economic levels have difficulty in accessing education. Parent role: Pre-learning: not playing an active role, Learning implementation: active role, Post-Learning: passive-active. (2) Supporting factors: availability of online learning tools, availability of WiFi as internet source, including tutoring children, support from family. Inhibitory factors: inadequate facilities, teacher's lack of creativity in designing online learning, changes in the learning environment make children lose learning motivation, lack of parental knowledge. Keywords: Family Construction, Economic Background, Online Learning
