Abstract

Indonesia is a legal state (rechtstaat), not a power state (machstaat).  This study aims at addressing following problems; first, how is the political law orientation of lawmaking process in Philipe Nonet dan Philip Selznick’s Responsive Law theory approach?; second, how is the correlation of Pancasila and political law in lawmaking process?; third, how is the reorientation of political law in lawmaking process in Indonesia?. The findings of the study showed that the direction or orientation of lawmaking process in Indonesia had changed from autonomy in Old Order regime became repressive in New Order regime and further reinstalled to be autonomy. Having regard to the values embedded in Pancasila and the constitutional mandate, it can be said that the Indonesia does not embrace Capitalist-Individualist ideology which put more emphasis on individual rights, but rather on communal rights by not overriding the rights of individuals. Pancasila is an ideolgy that provides the middle ground, which on the one side accentuates the communal rights, but on the other side remain protecting the individual rights. This stance is known as Monodualism. It is required the reorientation in lawmaking process in Indonesia which means the reversion of its direction or tendency. The lawmaker should reenact the values of Pancasila and the Constitution of Republic of Indonesia in the making of law.Keywords: political law orientation; legal state

Abstract

Bahasa adalah identitas dari suatu negara ataupun wilayah yang digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi utama.Setiap orang membutuhkan bahasa ketika berinteraksi, mengungkapkan ide dan pendapat serta hubungan sosial lainnya.Jejaring sosial merupakan media yang banyak digunakan para penutur bahasa untuk berkomunikasi jarak jauh melalui internet. Dalam perkembangannya pemakaian bahasa Indonesia mulai bergeser digantikan dengan pemakaian bahasa anak remaja yang disebut bahasa gaul. Penggunaan kosakata bahasa gaul pada salah satu jejaring sosial yaitu instagram terus berkembang dan berganti mengikuti tren. Pemakaian bahasa gaul tidak hanya dipakai oleh remaja, tak jarang orang berpendidikan pun menggunakan bahasa gaul ini, baik dalam bentuk lisan maupun tulisan, baik dalam waktu formal maupun non formal mengakibatkan penggunaan bahasa menjadi tidak baik dan tidak benar. Alangkah baiknya bila kita dapat menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, sehingga keberadaan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa nasional tetap terjaga. Bahasa Indonesia adalah bahasa persatuan, jadi sebagai masyarakat Indonesia yang peduli dan menghormati bahasa nasionalnya, kita harus menjaga serta turut melestarikan bahasa kita yaitu bahasa Indonesia. Apabila kita sudah menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar maka secara langsung orang yang berada di sekitar kita akan tertular.Kata Kunci: bahasa gaul, jejaring sosial

Abstract

Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan mengenai proses kerja dan hasil evaluasi terhadap BSPN dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja saksi dalam pemilu dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang melandasi pembentukan BSPN. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai evaluasi BSPN PDI Perjuanga dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja saksi pada pemilu. Proses kerja dan hasil evaluasi BSPN telah menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas kinerja saksi sebagai bagian tak terpisahkan dari kunci kemenangan partai. Ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan BSPN telah menjadi cerminan bahwa PDI Perjuangan menginginkan pemilu yang demokratis.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, PDI Perjuangan, BSPN, dan Kualitas Kinerja Saksi

Abstract

In modern civilization, the existence of modern shopping centers often become a symbol of the progress of a city. This study aimed to analyze the social and economic development plans Lotte Mall in District Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan. This study uses a qualitative method of collecting data through observation and indepth interview. Lotte Mall development is not only a positive impact, but also had a negative impact. The positive effect is; First, Lotte Mall provides nearly half of the needs of human life. Consumers or visitors can easily select and purchase the desired item. Second, the existence of Lotte Mall can drive the economy of local communities. Third, the construction of Lotte Mall will obviously create employment so that it can push the unemployment rate although in certain scale. Fourth, the existence of Lotte Mall has become a prerequisite for modern urban civilization. The establishment of Lotte Mall will certainly attract investment for development in other sectors such as property and other businesses. As for the negative impact of the construction of Lotte Mall, among others; First, a potentially lethal retailer small or medium class because it is not able to compete with large classes of retail traders. Second, the existence of Lotte Mall promoting wider logic of consumerism because people tend to be "spoiled" with ease and facility of shopping easy and convenient. Thirdly, the presence of Lotte Mall tends to turn off the traditional markets that already exist in the vicinity of the shopping center. Fourth, further reducing green open spaces as public spaces are natural and pro-environment. Abstract

Modern organizational management has become a major need to improve the quality of public services which is the task of regional devices. The city of South Jakarta Administration as an element of the Governor's assistance, requires apparatus resources in carrying out tasks and for the realization of productive, effective and efficient regional device performance. In carrying out the Tasks and Functions of the South Jakarta Administrative City, currently there are several obstacles such as the absence of Minimum Service Standards as a basis for determining performance-based budgets and the amount of budget needed to provide a public service, temporary measurement tools only provided from the Provincial Level.Keywords: coordination, discipline, performance

Abstract

In order to support the Pekanbaru Municipal Government in carrying out the supervision function on medical waste, the health clinic / polyclinic should be based on effective supervision. For that needed support and commitment from the leadership in the supervision of medical waste health clinic/polyclinic. However, in the implementation of the supervisory function, there are still weaknesses that cause ineffective supervisory function, this is indicated by the findings of each health center/polyclinic does not manage its medical waste well and does not complement UKL-UPL Document. In response to the problems of the Pekanbaru City Government's monitoring function on the medical waste of the health clinic/clinic in Sub District Tampan, the researcher uses Sarwoto's theory including : Accurate, Timely, Objective and Thorough, Centralized, Realistically Economical, Organistally Realistic, Coordinated with Workflow, Flexible, As a guide and operational, and Accepted members of the organization.Key Words: Supervision Function; Medical Waste Health Center;                  Polyclinic

Abstract

Berdirinya GO-JEK sebagai salah satu perusahaan unicorn tentu sangat menguntungkan politik ekonomi Indonesia melalui diplomasi publik yang dilakukan oleh GO-JEK melalui pendirian GO-VIET pada tahun 2018. Melalui teori dan konsep dari corporate diplomacy, telah terlihat perubahan paradigma dalam hubungan diplomasi. Dalam konteks politik ekonomi, terutama diplomasi publik, citra dari negara asal terobjektifikasikan dari bagaimana aktor non-negara yang berinteraksi dengan masyarakat asing tersebut berproses. Artikel ini menjelaskan implementasi dari corporate diplomacy untuk memajukan perusahaan asal Indonesia dalam layanan jasa di Asia Tenggara hingga global. Adapun potensi yang tersurat dalam interdependensi Indonesia-Vietnam melalui GO-VIET dalam jangka panjang dapat menyaingi pemain pasar sebelumnya dalam sektor transportasi online. Dari hal ini, maka politik ekonomi Indonesia melalui diplomasi korporat ini telah memiliki nafas baru untuk pencapaian visi pengembangan ekonomi Indonesia maju di tahun mendatang.Kata Kunci : diplomasi korporat, GO-JEK, Indonesia, Vietnam, citra negara

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi otonomi daerah di Municipio Liquica Timor-Leste, serta untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang turut mempengaruhi implementasi otonomi daerah di Municipio Liquica Timor-Leste. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Municipio Liquica Timor-Leste. Lokasi ini dipilih karena merupakan salah satu Municipio yang secara demografis berbatasan langsung dengan Posto Administrativo (Kecamatan) Atabae Municipio Bobonaro. Kesiapan implementasi otonomi daerah dari sisi sumber daya yakni menyangkut sarana dan prasarana yang ada di Municipio Liquica ini sudah siap untuk menerima otonomi daerah itu sendiri. Faktor dan upaya yang menghambat pelaksanaan implementasi otonomi daerah di Municipio Liquica yaitu: (a) Masih terbatasnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menggunakan empat bahasa yang ada, di mana tidak semua aparat Municipio menguasai empat bahasa tersebut. (b) Terbatasnya anggaran pelaksanaan implementasi otonomi daerah di Municipio Liquica. (c) Masih terbatasnya tenaga operasional implementasi otonomi daerah di Municipio Liquica. Kata Kunci : Implementasi Otonomi Daerah, Daerah Perbatasan
