Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology is a threetly journal published by Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK, Padang. It publishes scientific and technical papers describing original research work or novel product/process development. Abstract

Current technological developments have undergone many very rapid changes, along with human needs that are increasingly numerous and complex . Computers that were originally only used by academics, are now widely used in various fields, such as business, health, education, games and so on. This encourages experts to further develop computer technology so that it can help human work or even exceed human work capabilities. An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers that are designed to represent the ability to solve problems like an expert. With this expert system, ordinary people can solve their problems or just look for quality information that can only be obtained with the help of experts in their fields. This research will be carried out using the forward chaining method , the Forward Chaining method is one of the two methods that are often used in making expert systems. By using the Forward Chaining method . obtained a value of similarity with previous cases of disorders experienced by cataract patients. This Expert System program is implemented in the PHP programming language with a Web-based MySQL database. As the final result, the conclusion is that this system is easy to use (user-friendly) and easy to develop and useful for those who want to know about cataracts

Abstract

UMKM is short for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. MSME is a productive business that stands alone, whether carried out by individuals or business entities that do not choose a company. SMEs are distinguished based on each type of business, namely micro, small and medium enterprises. The provision of MSME assistance is one of the problems faced by the Office of Cooperatives, UMKM, Industry and Trade of Muaro Bungo in determining who is truly entitled to receive MSME assistance. One of the main problem factors that inhibits the development of MSMEs to become more advanced is limited capital. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a Decision Support System (DSS) that can overcome these problems by using the Profile Matching method. SPK is the implementation of an information system that is intended to assist leaders in the decision-making process. The profile matching method is a method that compares the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value selected to be applied to a decision support system for determining the eligibility of MSMEs. This method is used as a criterion for rating MSME support in Muaro Bungo. Which has the final result in the form of a ranking obtained from the calculation of the SMART method, namely An Nisaa UKM selected as an alternative based on the sample data obtained, is eligible for MSME assistance in Muaro Bungo. The aim of the research is that the cooperative office can distribute assistance to business actors who really deserve it, so that with a web-based decision support system it determines the eligibility of recipients of MSME assistance according to and objectively.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization has provided many benefits in progress in various aspects. Information technology is inseparable from artificial intelligence which is used by humans in facilitating the completion of their daily tasks. An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers that are designed to represent the ability to solve problems like an expert. With this expert system, ordinary people can solve their problems or just look for quality information that can only be obtained with the help of experts in their fields. In this study, it is explained how the Expert System diagnoses Persian Cat disease using the Dhempster Shafer method. The Dhempster Shafer method is a method in the branch of mathematics and is commonly used to calculate probabilities. By using the Dhempster Shafer method, a similarity value was obtained with the previous case of disturbance experienced by the Persian cat. This expert system makes it easier to find out the symptoms suffered by Persian cats because this application provides a list of symptoms and is supported by a percentage. The results obtained by testing three types of diseases, it can be concluded that the member is affected by Feline Leukemia Virus with a value of 99.4 %.

Abstract

Health is very important for humans, people who don't take care of their health can trigger diseases. Currently, diseases that are not given enough attention are skin diseases, one of which is scabies . Scabies is a disease caused by the mite Sarcoptes scabies which is characterized by scabs and itching of the skin. Scabies disease is easily spread either directly or indirectly. At present, people do not really care about scabies because scabies has symptoms that are just ordinary itching, this happens due to the lack of public knowledge about scabies. To obtain a diagnosis of scabies, you can usually consult a doctor, but due to the limited time for consulting a doctor, there are often problems that make it difficult to obtain information on a diagnosis of scabies. Therefore an expert system was designed to find out and get information quickly about the symptoms that are felt associated with scabies. The method used in expert systems is Case Based Reasoning (CBR). The CBR method is to solve problems by recalling the same or similar events (similarities) that have occurred in the past and then using knowledge or information. This expert system can provide solutions for scabies with the diagnosis process being carried out efficiently and saving time. This web-based expert system application was built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages

Abstract

Advances in technology allow humans to more quickly and precisely in carrying out various activities in everyday life. One of the companies engaged in the field of vehicle washing services is Doorsmeer Keluarga Nasution. Doorsmeer. The Nasution Family Doorsmeer, located on Jl. Medan Padang Aek Godang Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency, provides services in the form of car and motorcycle washing. Bookkeeping at the Nasution Family Doorsmeer is still done manually, allowing for loss of important transaction data, as well as a lack of business promotion in the community resulting in slow business development. The purpose of this study is generally to apply Web-based Customer Relationship Management with the K-means algorithm method for marketing/transactions at the Nasution Family Doorsmeer. This research is a combined type, using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. From the research results it is known that with the existence of Web-based Customer Relationship Management it can simplify and assist in managing good marketing strategies so that they can increase sales revenue, and by providing the best service will encourage customer loyalty and make it easier to determine loyal customers with the K-means algorithm in order to continue to provide convenience to customers.

Abstract

The rampant influence of technology certainly has positive and negative impacts on the increasingly complex development of health sciences and diseases. Technology in the field of computerization has been widely used in various lines of life. Technology is very helpful in various aspects of life, with the existence of technology humans can create various tools to facilitate human work. Cerebral Palsy is a disease or disorder that often occurs in today's development. Cerebral Palsy is not a fatal disease but a condition that affects the body, its treatment and treatment can help regulate its effects on the body. An expert system is a system that adopts human knowledge to a computer that combines basic knowledge with an inference system to replace the function of an expert in solving a problem. advances in expert systems can overcome this problem by designing a Desktop-based computer system that uses the Java programming language and MySQL database so that it can help users to diagnose disease. Various methods can be used to build expert systems, one of which is the Case Based Reasoning method. Where the process of calculating Case Based Reasoning compares new cases with old cases and divides them into four stages, namely retrieve, reuse, revise and retain, to get the results of the type of disease suffered by the patient in the form of a percentage. In this expert system, the system will ask questions like a patient is having a dialogue with an expert. Then, select yes for symptoms that are felt and no for symptoms that are not felt. The system will make a diagnosis based on the patient's symptoms. Diagnostic results include the type of Cerebral Palsy experienced and treatment options as well as the percentage of patients likely to suffer from the disease

Abstract

At PT. Gersindo, which is located in West Pasaman Regency, is a factory company that processes palm fruit into semi-finished oil or often called CPO (Crude Palm Oil). The main part that is managed in oil palm is the fruit, the fruit of the oil palm produces crude oil. PT. Gersindo is currently still using the manual method in determining the quality of the oil palm kernels, so that problems arise in the selection of the oil palm kernels at PT. Gersindo. At the factory PT. Gersindo in selecting quality palm kernels can be solved by developing an application in a decision support system. A decision support system is a system that is able to solve problems efficiently and effectively, which aims to help make decisions by choosing various alternative decisions. One technique that can be applied in developing a decision support system is to use the AHP ( Analytical Hierarchy Process ) method. The AHP method is a method in a decision support system for solving a very complex and unstructured problem into several component parts in a hierarchical arrangement by giving subjective values. The essence of the AHP method is to determine the weight value for each criterion. The results of this study can be determined Consistency Ratio (CR) is 0.0705 . And CR is less than 0.1 , then the matrix is declared consistent, so it is very effective and efficient in making decisions on selecting quality palm kernels.

Abstract

Speed and accuracy in work will be the key to the success of a company in providing satisfaction to its customers. The decision support system is also an interactive system that supports decisions in the decision-making process through alternatives obtained from the results of data processing, information and model design. Kadai Tangkelek Padang is a clothing business in West Sumatra that is well known to many tourists as souvenirs from West Sumatra, not only marketing clothes, they also sell other products such as bags and sandals, what happens is that the evaluation of the feasibility of a product is still done manually , so that feasibility calculations tend to be subjective and require a relatively long time. The purpose of this research is to assist companies in calculating product feasibility at Tangkelek Padang shops using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The Weighted Product (WP) method is a decision-making method by means of multiplication to link attribute ratings, where each attribute's rating must be raised to the first power of the attribute's weight. The result of this research is the creation of a system that can assist in the product feasibility decision-making process at the Tangkelek Padang Store, so that the final result of the calculation can determine whether the product is feasible or not suitable for distribution

To win the competition, technology and research are used to overcome the problem of consumers who are confused about choosing the type of food for their cats, because there are many types of cats and cat food available. circulating in the market today.. Cat Shop is a business that provides various kinds of pet needs, such as pet food, animal equipment and animal accessories. The Cat Shop sells various products to the public. Cat Shop currently has a share of the pet market in big cities in Indonesia. This decision support system research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is a method that is widely used in the case of weighting criteria and prioritizing each criterion. Abstract

An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge recorded in a computer to solve problems that normally require human expertise. Certainty Factor is a clinical parameter value given by MYCIN to indicate the level of trust. The certainty factor is also a way of combining belief and disbelief in a single number. Certainty factor introduces the concepts of belief/belief and disbelief/unbelief. In the system analysis stage, the author analyzes to find weaknesses in the system that is currently running in an organization or company with the aim that the system can be proposed for improvement. Implementing the program that has been designed requires a tool in the form of a computer or laptop, which requires three supporting components to operate the computer or laptop itself, such as hardware, software, and brainware. The expert system application has been running with the Certainty Factor method and to make a diagnosis on chickens the user can choose a value according to the Certainty Factor Interpretation that has been given and processed with the CF expert. Based on the tests carried out, the value of system accuracy with experts is almost the same . And the Inference engine works well, according to the pre-programmed rules. After diagnosing a chicken disease, the system will display how to treat and handle sick broiler chickens
