Abstract

Adolescence is a period of individual life where there is psychological exploration to determine self-identity. This study aims to identify the relationship between parents and friends' communication on sexual behavior. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. A sample of 80 people. The research was conducted from September 20 to October 28, 2022. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the statistical analysis test on the relationship between foster parent communication and risky sexual behavior were based on the Spearman rho test with a significance value of p=0.001 and r=-0.365. The p value is less than 0.05 and the majority of respondents communicate with peers who are and engage in moderate-risk sexual behavior as many as 25 children (31.2%). The test results of statistical analysis of the relationship between peer communication and risky sexual behavior based on the Spearman rho test with a significance value of p = 0.002 and r = -0.338. The p value is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Every hospital is required to implement PKRS (Hospital Health Promotion). PKRS implementation includes implementation of PKRS management and fulfillment of PKRS standards. Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers at Ibnu Sina Hospital, it was stated that the implementation of PKRS was still not optimal according to Permenkes No. 44 of 2018 concerning PKRS. This research is qualitative research with descriptive approach the aim of describing the implementation of PKRS standards based on Permenkes No.44 of 2018. Data collection was used by in-depth interviews, observation, review of research supporting documents. Data analysis was performed using concept of source triangulation. Interviews were conducted 12 respondents, consisting of sructural and functional officers. The results showed that the implementation of PKRS at Ibnu Sina Hospital was not optimal according to PKRS standards, including the organizational was still in the form of a unit, an assessment of hospital human resources had not been carried out and there was no research on PKRS. The conclusion is hoped that the Hospital will support factors related to improving the organizational form of the Marketing Unit and PKRS become Installations, form special team to carryout Hospital HR assessments and encourage Hospital HR to conduct research on PKRS

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition in which the central nerve is compressed in the wrist which results in numbness and muscle weakness in the hand. Workers at the Jambi Express Office work with intense computer use for 5-6 hours. so you are at risk of experiencing CTS. The research objective was to determine the factors associated with CTS. This research was a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The research population is all workers in Jambi Ekspress as many as 41 people. The research sample was workers at Jambi Ekspress who used computers, namely as many as 30 people. As many as 36.7% of respondents experienced CTS, 76.6% of respondents worked with wrong hand posture, 100% of respondents did not make repetitive movements, 73.3% of respondents had years of service old category. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between length of service (p=0.014) and CTS. There is no relationship between awkward hand postures (p = 1.000) and repetitive movements (p = 0.069) with CTS.. It is expected that workers do warm-up exercises for five minutes before starting work. Take regular breaks by bending and straightening your wrists for at least 3-5 minutes.

Abstract

Children aged 12-59 are a period that is vulnerable to disturbances, one of which is malnutrition. Many factors can influence it, one of which is knowledge, attitude, education and parenting. This study aims to determine the relationship between mother's education level, knowledge, attitude and parenting pattern on the nutritional status of children 12-59 months. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all mothers of children under five who visited the Paal Merah Health Center in Jambi City in 2019 totaling 875 people and sampling using purposive sampling technique as many as 90 people. The analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate, with chi-square test, the research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. The results of the univariate analysis showed that there were 66 (73.3%) under-fives with good nutritional status, there were 49 (54.4%) mothers with high school education/equivalent, there were 62 (68.9%) mothers with good knowledge, there were 58 ( 64.4%) of mothers have good attitudes and there are 62 (68.9%) mothers who have good parenting patterns. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and parenting patterns on the nutritional status of children 12-59 months and there was no relationship between education and the nutritional status of children 12-59 months at Paal Merah II Health Center Jambi City in 2021. Abstract

Hypertension is a silent killer disease. Most people with hypertension are not aware of this problem because it has no symptoms and is only known after complications arise. Regulating a healthy diet as an effort to control blood pressure can be applied by people with hypertension. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes toward dietary regulation in patients with hypertension in the working area of the Walantaka Public Health Center. This type of research is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The study population of this research is patients with hypertension in the working area of ??Walantaka Public Health Center. The research sample was 144 respondents taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by online questionnaires and interviews using a questionnaire guide. The data was analyzed using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between the level of knowledge (p= 0,676) and attitude (p= 0,513) with dietary regulation in patients with hypertension in the working area of ??the Walantaka Public Health Center. Researchers suggest that patients with hypertension can increase their knowledge about hypertension control, especially diet regulation through health education held by health workers, books, mass media, or the internet.
