Abstract

The Uninhabitable Houses Program (RTLH) is a DPRRI Commission VIII program in partnership with the Ministry of Social Affairs. The RTLH processing that will be carried out in 2021 will be divided into several sub-districts in East Lombok Regency, namely Sakra, East Sakra, West Sakra, Keruak and Jerowaru Districts. However, due to budget constraints, especially the Covid 19 outbreak in 2021, the proposal could not be completed, so it was rescheduled in 2022 to complete the RTLH in East Lombok Regency which is in several of the same sub-districts. The purpose of this research is to determine the priorities for the construction of infrastructure for uninhabitable housing (RTLH) and to determine the weight of the criteria that influence decisions in determining where assistance is prioritized. Evaluation of the management of the 2021 RTLH in several districts/cities is carried out on the development process of RTLH both from the inhibiting factors and the supporting factors. The evaluation of the Uninhabitable Houses Reconstruction Program (RTLH) includes determining the target beneficiaries, the process of implementing the RTLH program, evaluating the reporting of the results of the implementation of the RTLH program. Internally, the inhibiting factor for the implementation of the RTLH program is the lack of competent staff to prepare reports, while externally there is a shortage of construction workers. An uninhabitable house, hereinafter referred to as RTLH, is a place to live that does not meet health, safety and social requirements. Therefore, East Lombok Regency requires special treatment in building uninhabitable houses to overcome the problem of slum settlements

Abstract

Background: People with HIV who use injecting drugs besides taking ARVs also use methadone. With these conditions, of course there will be a risk of causing various side effects. Based on this, researchers are interested in exploring the physical side effects experienced by PLWHA IDUs while using ARV therapy and Methadone. Method: This qualitative research uses a phenomenological study approach. Participants were taken based on criteria referring to the purposive sampling technique (snowball sampling). Participants were PLWHA with a history of injecting drug users (IDU) aged 20 years and over and had undergone ARV therapy and Methadone maintenance therapy for at least 6 months. Researchers conducted semi-structured in-depth interviews and used Colaizzi's data analysis stages. Results: HIV AIDS sufferers who inject drug users experience physical side effects on the digestive system, namely tooth decay, constipation, anorexia. Side effects on the musculoskeletal system include muscle pain and weakness and insomnia. Side effects of the covering system are the appearance of itching and rashes. Side effect on the reproductive system is a decrease in sexual function. Recommendation: The results of this study need to be followed up with studies with a larger number of participants so that they can represent other problems experienced by PLWHA while using ARV therapy and methadone together.

Abstract

Body weight exceeding normal body weight (Overweight) is a cause of increased triglyceride levels. High triglyceride levels (hypertriglyceridemia) are a risk for coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus. Efforts that can be made to reduce hypertriglyceridemia is to reduce the number of meals with the shof diet (sixteen hours of fasting). During fasting triglycerides will be mobilized to produce energy or synthesized into glucose. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the shof diet on reducing triglyceride levels in overweight adolescents. The research design used the Pre-Experiment One Group Pretest-Postest Design with a population of all female students of the Faculty of Health Sciences who experienced overwight as much as 25. The number of samples was 20 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The research instrument uses an observation sheet. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with a P value ≤ α (α = 0.05). The results showed that the value of P = 0.646, which means that there was no effect of the shof diet on reducing triglyceride levels. However, in terms of quantity, there was a decrease in triglyceride levels in most of the respondents. The shof diet can reduce triglyceride levels by controlling food consumption during the fasting window.

Abstract

The article, entitled The Existence of Christian Education in Indonesia, aims to understand the example of implementing Christian education which is growing in Indonesia. The analysis of the phenomenon of the implementation of the Christian education example refers to the concept of Christian education goals inherited by Martin Luther and the theory developed by Merril Evert about the implementation models of Christian education. The results of the author's research in this article are 1). Establishment of a Christian school with passion without capital support; 2). Establishment of Christian schools with money without being supported by conceptual knowledge of establishing Christian educational institutions; 3). Christian education institutions that are oriented towards hegemony (power) without having an orientation towards the development of quality education; 4) development of educational institutions that do not have professional human resources in dealing with educational administration. 5). Christian education with high spirituality is supported by very strong capital. The concept of Christian education that Martin Luther wanted was oriented towards understanding and knowledge of the word, attitudes based on the Bible, students, curriculum, libraries. This concept is always actual from time to time. And the contribution of Christian education in supporting development has become a part of showing its existence as a pluralist society in Indonesia
