Abstract

Bad governance or poor governance by some economic actors is one of the causes of the economic crisis in Indonesia. So that the emergence of public mistrust of government performance. To restore public confidence to the government, good governance is needed, one of which is the application of e-government. E-government is a form of information and communication technology by the government which can provide information and services to the public, business affairs, and matters relating to government. One of the results of the development of e-government is e-Village Budgeting. E-village budgeting is an online-based village budget management application in order to increase transparency and accountability of the village budget. One of the problems that often arises in the administration of village governance is related to the administrative system of village financial management that is not orderly, so that not a few that cause problems of irregularities in the use of the budget. This research will be designed a web-based application that can help make financial reporting easier. The application was made so that budgeting and development monitoring in remote villages are more transparent.

Abstract

Good management in conducting business trips has a positive effect on employees who take business trips and also on the smooth operation of the company. There are so many business travel destinations that are financed directly by the company such as: Business visits, parties, general meetings, educational and training activities as well as socialization. The method used by the author in this study is the Waterfall method which consists of: Requirements, Design, implementation, Verification and Maintenance. The result of this research is to produce an information system for official travel orders that will assist employees in the process of submitting a letter of assignment and the process of calculating official travel costs.

Abstract

The operating system is one of the vital components in a computer system. The operating system is responsible for managing the use of computer hardware such as processors, memory, I/O devices, storage media, and others.( Wamiliana, At All. 2013). The purpose of making this title is the first as a reference for future researchers in creating websites but using Linux and as a reference for lecturers and teachers especially in the field of computer networks for teaching and for making scientific work related to the same problem but using a different Linux, for example Ubuntu, Mandrake, Caldera and other operating systems. This research has been successfully carried out with the final result in the form of Debian Linux implementation for website creation. In making a Wordpress CMS Website using Linux, you don’t need internet access, but instead create your own server with a text-based Debian Linux operating system, and the result is a Graphic User Interface (GUI) display that can be accessed, modified, added images, added videos, changed background, installed. Plugin, post news like wordpress which is connected to the internet.

Abstract

Decision-making is experienced by the Tourism Office, which must make recommendations for tourist attractions in Gorontalo Province. Decision-making that combines quantitative and qualitative elements can be assisted by a decision support system (SPK). According to its understanding, SPK is an interactive computer-based system that helps decision-makers use data and various models to solve unstructured problems. This subjectivity usually occurs to reduce the complexity of the decision-making process due to many alternatives. If in the decision-making process for tourist attraction recommendations, users can be assisted by a computerized decision support system that provides desired recommendations for tourist attractions. To calculate the consideration of this tourist attraction in the decision support system can use the topsis method with criteria such as Tourist cost, Time of visit, Age, Type of attraction, Mileage, Facilities, Beauty, and Safety. The method used in this study is the TOPSIS Method because it is based on its concept that the best alternative has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest distance from the Negative ideal solution.

Abstract

In learning activities, sometimes students easily get bored with an explanation from a teacher. Including young children who still have a sense of wanting to play, manual or formal learning will certainly make children easily bored. Therefore the author aims to change the way of learning by introducing web-based learning. To motivate children's creativity by learning to use existing technological innovations. So that children are not too bored in learning in class every day (except holidays). The author makes direct observations of objects, to find out what learning methods are applied in Kali Bening Kindergarten. Using a web-based application designed using a programming language and MySQL as a database server.

Abstract

The use of computers as producers of technology-based products is hugely impressive. Computer vision technology, which is a branch of artificial intelligence, is developing very quickly. This is what underlies the need for this research to be done to detect the number of green plants (Viridiplantae) that are located on critical post-mining land, where it is known that the area is land that has been damaged with the condition of the soil being shallow and a layer of remaining tailings until a layer of rock is visible that can inhibit plant growth. Thus developed an application for detecting green plants using computer vision as modern ways to improve the recognition of objects in images. Computer vision applications are implemented on desktop applications created with the Python aiming to balance modern technology with the concept of preserving the environment. The development method used Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining which is the most representative method for planning overall data extraction, the design of the experiment and evaluation. The results of the research proved that only a few green plants were detected on post-mining land, so it is necessary to increase public awareness that environmental preservation and maintenance is very important.

Abstract

Kebab is a food from the Middle East. Many kebab sales are carried out by kebab entrepreneurs. Bongout Eat is one shop that sells kebabs online. This shop still uses manual recording in recording the sale of the kebab. Revenue analysis is a difficult thing to do without a sales information system. The author tries to design and build a kebab sales information system at Bongout Eat in order to see the sales results per period. The system can display sales results as of the desired date. Sales can be increased by looking at the results of sales that have already taken place. With this kebab sales information system. Bongout Eat stores will get more benefits in increasing their sales.

Abstract

Tutoring provides a process of learning assistance to children to overcome learning difficulties. Currently, there are many tutoring or tutoring institutions that have special programs for preparation for entering state universities. Along with the emergence of Bimbel, it makes parents or students experience difficulties in making choices. To choose the right Bimbel institution, you need to know one by one the profile and services provided by that institution. This will take a long time to make a choice. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine tutoring institutions so that parents or prospective students can make the right choices and according to their needs. The WP method can obtain the best alternative based on multiplication between attributes and each attribute is first raised to the power of its weight. Based on the case studies conducted, the highest preference score was obtained for Ganesha Operation (A2) with a value of 0.259, followed by Latis Supercamp (A4) with a value of 0.251, Nurul Fikri (A3) with a value of 0.247 and Brain Academy with a value of 0.244. The results of the DSS which are built with the results of manual calculations get the same value. Besides that, in testing using Black-Box Testing, all functionality can run as it should.

Abstract

Garbage is an item that no longer has any benefits for its users, which is the residue from the results of daily human activities or is the result of natural processes that have a solid form. The existing waste processing is only limited to conventional waste processing, which is only transported from the waste-producing place to the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) and then just dumped into the TPS without processing it first, even though the rules for waste management procedures that must be carried out are: waste collection is then recycled and disposed of to the TPS, then the waste is transported to be disposed of at the Final Disposal Site. Therefore, in the process of waste management, it is necessary to separate waste into organic and non-organic waste. However, most people still have difficulty in sorting organic and non-organic waste, so an application is needed to help socialize waste sorting to the community. In this study, the Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) method will be used to classify the types of waste. Meanwhile, to perform the texture extraction process from the included garbage image, the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method will be used. The result of this research is a waste classification application that can provide knowledge and add insight for users, especially in distinguishing the types of organic waste and inorganic waste. The application of the GLCM and LS-SVM methods in the built application can detect types of organic and inorganic waste with a success rate of 97%.

Abstract

Data clustering provides an overview of the grouping of data through classification so that the groups have levels that have the same category. Cluster classification is carried out on agricultural data in Jambi Province with agricultural production groups including rice, rubber, palm oil, and coffee in the period 2021 for 11 (eleven) cities/districts including Jambi City, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, Sungai Full City, Kerinci Regency, Muaro Jambi Regency, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Merangin Regency, Sarolangun Regency, Batanghari Regency, Tebo Regency, and Bungo Regency. The purpose of the cluster is used for allocations related to the budget, land, and support that can be used both to increase the amount of production and evaluation related to agriculture, especially at the Jambi Province level. So that the clustering carried out using the Weka application is 4 clusters, the result is that the cluster process stops at the 2nd iteration, the output information that occupies cluster 0 is 3 cities/districts, cluster 1 has 1 city/regency, cluster 2 has 2 cities/districts, and cluster 3 there are 5 cities/districts, with a total attribute of 11 (eleven) city/district data. Based on experiments on manual clustering, it can be concluded that the equations that can be seen from the output results using Weka and manual calculations are the same as doing two data iterations and with the same data group results.
