<![CDATA[This study aims to find the internalization of the value of loving-kindness through light meditation in the light meditation program at the Sai Study Group Mahendrata. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach with the method of determining the informants in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis method in this study uses analysis from Mile and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. This study found that light meditation was carried out to develop the value of loving-kindness. Affirmations performed during light meditation are able to develop one's loving-kindness. Light meditation is also able to destroy mental blocks that have been attached to a person.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the teachings of nitisastra as a guide for a leader to foster the young generation of sekaa teruna. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. In Bali, the Hindu community knows the teachings of Nitisastra as Kakawin Nitisastra, Kakawin Nitisastra contains the science of leadership that can be used or applied to community life and the education system. Certain figures often associate Nitisastra's teachings with political science, and not a few also figures that Nitisastra is a science of leadership. Leadership is an ability that is owned by someone where a person is able to coordinate and communicate with members. The progress of a leader can also be measured from his guidance to young generation sekaa teruna. Given that the young generation is the spearhead of a country's progress, future of the country is determined by its young generation. Therefore, every young man, especially in Indonesia, who is still a student, has reached the student seat or has completed education is an important factor that is highly relied on by a leader and nation in realizing the ideals of the nation and then maintaining the integrity of the nation. Therefore, Leaders who can train executives young cadres is needed for a better purpose for the future development of the nation.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of Yoga Asanas can become a lifestyle in today's modernization era, so that the world of education is not monotonous because it can become a cultural binder and maintain Hindu values. Educational values in Yoga are very much needed in the era of modernization, because they are full of aspects of the value of physical, mental, and spiritual development (tattwa, morals, ethics, and devotional service) in improving the quality of human beings. The method used is qualitative, where data collection uses observation, interviews and literature studies. The purpose of this research; (1) to find out the process of yoga asana education as an activity for Hindu teenagers to improve their self-quality (2) the obstacles in yoga asana education as an activity for Hindu teenagers to improve their self-quality (3) an effort to increase the interest of Hindu teenagers in practicing yoga. The results showed; (1) The yoga asana education process as a Hindu youth activity in improving self-quality is divided into several stages, namely, preparation stages such as taking a bath before doing the exercise, wearing comfortable clothes, preparing the mat, choosing the right time to practice, choosing a clean and clean place. perform the movement to the maximum without forcing Then the preliminary stage which discusses calming and praying, then the core stage which discusses the essence of the process of Yoga and Surya namaskara movements. (2) Obstacles in yoga asana education as Hindu youth activities in improving self-quality barriers from physiological factors are factors related to physical physical conditions, while psychological factors are factors from mental states, fatigue factors Then (3) Efforts to improve Hindu youth's interest in practicing yoga in overcoming these obstacles is divided into three, namely, making new innovations, doing exercises with youtube tutorials, looking for a new atmosphere.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the education system in influencing the realization of the 2045 golden generation. This research model is descriptive qualitative consisting of library data, data collection is through a selection of books, articles and scientific works. The results of this study are that current education is indeed good enough to help realize the 2045 golden generation, it's just that small improvements are still needed which can later be used to overcome all the negative impacts of the emergence of new technology that continues to change and develop. So we need a Pancasila-based curriculum which can later build students who are obedient to Pancasila values and every subject always contains Pancasila values to suit the basis of our country. ]]>

<![CDATA[Balinese literature is one of the cultural heritages of Bali that still exists and is preserved to this day. Balinese literature consists of two parts: traditional Balinese literature and modern Balinese literature. The short story Arca Batu is a type of modern Balinese literature. This short story contains good advice or messages for life. The purpose of this study was to describe the structure and mandate of the short story Arca Batu by IGG Djelantik Santha. This study uses a qualitative method with primary data obtained from the short story Arca Batu. Data analysis using data reduction data, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the Arca Batu short story has an even structure, the Arca Batu short storyline uses a forward plot, the characters are divided into three, namely the main character, the supporting character, the secondary character, has three settings, namely place, time, and context. The short story of the Stone Arca with the theme of the pitutur perama. The message of Arca Batu hopes that readers will always help and love their families and other communities. This short story is written in basa kapara and has a religious message, a moral message, and a social message.]]>
