Abstract

Recommendation for choosing a Vocational High School (SMK) is a procedure that is carried out to provide supporting information for students graduating from SMP or MTS in the selection of Vocational High Schools (SMK) for advanced junior high school or MTS education to Vocational High School (SMK) education. Most countries have formal education systems that are usually needed. Every year, students will look for schools. Problems arise and contain many choices that provide a variety of offers and choices to prospective students. Therefore we need a system that not only provides information about schools, and also is not able to contribute to the appropriate school of each prospective student.The decision tree that produces CART is a binary tree that has attribute values by selecting the most optimal branching in each variable. The principle of the clafication tree is to separate all observations into two observation groups into the next two observation groups, that is, the minimum number of tantrums when the observation group.

Abstract

Medan Archdiocese is a metropolitan ecclesiastical province in unity with two suffragan dioceses nearby, namely Padang Diocese and Sibolga Diocese. Pastor is the name for a priest who leads a parish. The pastor is obliged to celebrate Mass for his parishioners, has the right to be the main witness in confirming a marriage, is obliged to fill in the records of baptisms, confirmations, marriages and deaths. The problem in selecting pastors so far is that by making bishops confused to choose pastors in Medan dioceses it is considered very ineffective and efficient due to the confusion of bishops in choosing pastors to fulfill the guidance of the current election process. efficiency is due to the fact that many bishops do not vote. to overcome this problem, the VIKOR Method is applied to make decisions. Aiming to get alternative ranking results that are close to the ideal solution by proposing a compromise solution, by implementing decision making, the results obtained will be more optimal, in using computerized decision support systems besides being able to speed up the decision-making process it can also help process data more accurately and precisely To use.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil minyak kelapa sawit terbesar di dunia. Hal ini disebabkan dari sekian banyak tananam yang menghasilkan minyak atau lemak, kelapa sawit salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang menghasilkan nilai ekonomi terbesar dan menduduki posisi penting dalam sektor perekonomian di Indonesia, karena hasil dari produksi kelapa sawit ini akan menjadi pemasukan bagi negara maupun bagi daerah setempat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi produktivitas kelapa sawit pada PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah pada tahun yang akan datang sehingga hasil prediksi akan menjadi informasi dan masukkan bagi pihak-pihak terkait yang berkepentingan (pihak perusahaan) untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerja serta mampu membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang tepat agar produktivitas kelapa sawit diperkebunan ini relatif stabil dan mampu meningkat tiap tahunnya, sehingga berimplikasi terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 model arsitektur yaitu 3-10-1, 3-15-1, 3-18-1, 3-20-1 dan 3-22-1. Dari lima model arsitektur yang digunakan di peroleh satu model arsitektur terbaik 3-15-1 dengan tingkat keakurasian 92%. Berdasarkan model arsitektur terbaik ini akan digunakan untuk memprediksi produktivitas kelapa sawit pada PTPN IV kebun Dolok Sinumbah tahun 2020.

Abstract

Research about vehicle number plate scanning detection system that passes Apill Area (Traffic signaling equipment) using CCTV which will be developed in this study. Detection of the vehicle number plate will use a camera mounted on every corner of the traffic light pole. This detection process is carried out by taking data using the cctv camera, changing the image into a greyscale then holding it to find its binary value. Segmentation of this research uses a connected component labeling algorithm to be used for testing whether the plate is a plate or not. The contribution of this study is to divide the letters and numbers of character regions, to avoid introducing errors especially for characters with similar shapes and structures.
