Abstract

MSMEs have a very important role in the economic sector and can be considered as the backbone of the economy in Indonesia, and the strong and dynamic character of MSMEs can encourage the development of the nation's economy. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between the application of accounting information systems and the use of information technology on the performance of MSMEs. This type of research uses quantitative. Random sampling is a data collection technique method used in this research. The sample size used is 40 SMEs. The hypothesis testing technique used is multiple linear regression and multiple coefficients of determination, which are used to measure the effect of more than one independent variable on the dependent variable through the, T test; F test. The results will show that the application of accounting information systems and the use of information technology has a positive and significant impact the performance of MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation, social security and non-financial compensation on job satisfaction of civil servants at the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service, both partially and simultaneously. Determination of the sample technique uses Arikunto's opinion with a total of 40 people and the analytical method used is a descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that financial compensation (X1), social security (X2) and non-financial compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of civil servants in the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service, with a variable value of Compensation financial tcount is 3.018 while t table is 1.689 (tcount is bigger than ttable). the social security variable tcount is 3.138 while t table is 1.689 (tcount is bigger than ttable). Meanwhile for the Non-financial Compensation variable the value of tcount is 2,608 while ttable is 1,689 (t count is greater than ttable). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) show that Financial Compensation (X1), Social Security (X2), Non-Financial Compensation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants in the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service, with an fcount of 10.371 while ftable 2.64 (fcount is bigger than ftable). The test results for the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the Adjusted R square value is 0.419 or 41.9% indicating that financial compensation, social security and non-financial compensation simultaneously contribute to employee job satisfaction by 41.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Horizontal Communication, Vertical Communication and Diagonal Communication on Employee Morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is employees at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, the study period is from January to July 2023, The determination of sample techniques uses the opinions of 30 people and the analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, with a variable value of Horizontal Communication calculated at 3,237 while t table 1,703 (tcount > from ttabel) with a sig value of 0.003 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Then the value of the Vertical Communication variable is calculated at 3.081 while t table is 1.703 (tcount > from ttabel) with a sig of 0.005 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Meanwhile, for the Diagonal Communication variable, the calculation value is 2.907 while the ttabel is 1.703 (t calculate > from the ttabel) with a sig of 0.007 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) showed that Horizontal Communication (X1), Vertical Communication (X2) and Diagonal Communication (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, with a calculated value of 9.178 while f table 2.76 (f count is greater than thef tabel). The test results of the Coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen that the Adjusted R square value of 0.458 or 45.8% shows that Horizontal Communication, Vertical Communication and Diagonal Communication against Employee Morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office of 54.2%

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Brand Product, Custemer Satisfaction Product Quality, Promotion, Service And Samsung Prices On Purchase Interest In Chandra Celluler Shops. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing them to 100 research samples, namely Chandra cellular consumers. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 20. Data testing techniques were carried out in partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the analysis show that overall the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be seen from the value of all t counts which have a value higher than 1.985 with a significant value below 0.05. Overall the final result of the study is that the independent variables provide influence of 0.906 or 90.06% and the rest is influenced by other supporting factors.

Abstract

Banks in implementing policies that support economic growth stimulus still pay attention to the application of risk management as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority regulations regarding the application of bank risk management. PT. XYZ is a state-owned company engaged in conventional general banking services. One part that directly impacts this pandemic is the Credit Unit. The impact of PPKM so far has significantly affected business decline. Therefore verification and cleansing of newspaper accounts as well as performing a more thorough analysis of the debtor's finances. So far it hasn't arrived downgrade and is still well guarded even with the restructuring lane. The business prospects and debtor's repayment capacity tend to decrease and the repayment capacity has limited the policy for determining the quality of fixed assets is the same as before, at least 110% of the maximum credit that has been set. For the general trading business sector, it can still be considered prospective, supported by marketability and strategic assets so that debtors are considered capable of carrying out their responsibilities towards their obligations to the bank.

Abstract

In this era full of competition, companies are trying their best to compete and win the market. Winning the competition does not necessarily happen if the company's internal parties do not try their best to make it happen. One of the company's internal elements that has a big role in achieving company goals is employees. In the current modern industrial era, employees are considered to be the company's most important asset, because employees who work optimally are able to make a positive contribution to achieving company goals. In this study, researchers want to analyze the factors that are predictors of achieving optimal employee performance. Contextually, researchers assess co-worker support, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Aek Nabara High School. This research is an explanatory research that examines the relationship between variables, the approach used is a quantitative approach and the analytical tool uses a survey which is distributed to 100 employees of PT.SMA Aek Nabara. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara.

Abstract

In today's modern era, buying and selling is not only done face to face, but can be done without face to face, namely through applications that can be operated via mobile phones. In Indonesia, the most well-known buying and selling platform is Shopee. At Shopee, sellers and buyers can make transactions without the need to meet face to face, plus many facilities that make it easier for consumers to choose the right item and also very complete payment facilities. In this study, researchers wanted to analyze the factors that can foster consumer satisfaction after making purchases on the Shopee application. Based on a literature study conducted by researchers, obtained variables that are thought to have a direct influence on customer satisfaction when making purchases on the shopee application. The variables are perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, trust and word of mouth. Based on this, the researcher wants to test the direct impact of these variables. The research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using the SPSS26 application, data is collected through a Google form which is shared online. The results of the study show that all predictor variables have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction when shopping at the Shopee application.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explain the Strategy of Organizational Structuring Policies that have been implemented in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. This study aims to describe the strategy through the basis of Osborne and Gaebler's (2014) theory. This study takes a descriptive qualitative research design. Data collected were through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that arrangement of Local Technical Unit in PPU Regency only had use three strategies involving Core, Customer and Control Strategies by both of Organizational through the institutional review, and institutional product and police by community. Meanwhile, the required strategy involved Core, Customer and Control, Consequence, and Culture Strategies. The UPTD organizational arrangement in Penajam Paser Utara Regency is carried out only with core strategy, control strategy, and customers strategy. In addition, there are five strategies needed by the East Kalimantan Provincial Organization Bureau and the Organization and Administration Division of Penajam Paser Utara Regency Distruct.

Abstract

As one of the government agencies in Indonesia, public relations within the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Pati Regency has an obligation to provide information related to policies, as well as with new regulations stipulated by members of the council. Public Relations itself has an important role and an important function as well in assisting a task from the government related to the delivery of information and mediation using various mass media and online media. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the functions of a public relations officer within the scope of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Pati Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive by selecting an informant using a purposive sampling technique. The results of research from a public relations officer at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Legislative Assembly of Pati Regency are In this case it shows that the role according to the expert above shows that there are only three roles related to the functions and duties within the scope of public relations of the Pati Regency Dprd Secretariat, namely as a Communication Facilitator (Communication Facilitator). , As a Problem Solving Process Facilitator, and as a Communication Technician and expert advisors are not included because the public relations agency Secretariat of the Pati Regency Dprd is an institution that is still under the auspices of the Pati regional government where all responsibilities such as duties and the function is determined by the regional government of Pati. That way this institution does not stand alone but is still under the auspices of the Pati district government.

Abstract

A medical record is a system that aims to track health and hospital visits. It can also be used to assist doctors and nurses in understanding medical history and to assist medical personnel in making decisions about treating patients. The method used in this research is the normative juridical research method. The specifics of this research is descriptive-analytical research, which is research that seeks to analyze legal issues and the legal system, in order to better understand them so that conclusions can be drawn. Medical records are part of the obligations of all doctors and dentists to carry out their medical practice. This is in accordance with "Article 46 of Law number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practice. As the executor of article 46 of law number 29 of 2004 concerning medical practice, the Minister of Health Regulation number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records was enacted as a substitute for the previous regulation, namely Regulation of the Minister of Health number 269/MENKES/PER/2008 concerning Medical Records”. This research provides an understanding of electronic medical record regulations and the development of the implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical Record). In the implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) it is necessary to revamp the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system as a whole so that an effective and efficient implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical Record) can be created.
