Abstract

ABSTRACTAs an attempt to support the performance and improvement of the image of the House of Representatives in carrying out their duties, it is important to establish performance standards for each member of Parliament as dominant individual running their functions. Designing performance standards for members of Parliament is a process undertaken to draw up a performance standard for the House of Representatives members. Such a process begins with job analysis of Parliament members. The results of this analysis are then used to draw up a job description and work dimensions of Parliament members, to formulate performance standards for the House of Representatives members. Application of performance standards based on these results, if applied uniformly to all members of the House of Representatives, can be used as benchmarks in assessing the performance of these Parliament members, so that it can be used as a guide in evaluating their performance according to “The Regulations of House of Represantative of Indonesian Republic No.1 Year 2014 on Codes of Conduct”.Keyword:job analysis, members of the House of Representatives, performance evaluation, performance, performance standards

Good performance results are very valuable promotion for the progress of a private junior high school, either at the provincial or regional level. The implementation of regional autonomy has implications for the implementation of the evaluation process to be more professional, objective, honest and transparent as a series of school supervision and guidance. In order to improve the quality of education, there is a need tochange the supervision system functioning not only as a monitor but also guidance to organize education. Analysis process of all aspects of education should be directed at efforts to ensure the implementation of quality education (Quality Assurance) and empower those evaluated so as to produce graduates in accordance with established standards. Each school performance analyzed is expected to have positive impacts for the community, especially to any parents who want to send their children to junior high school, especially SMPK Satu Bakti Bogor. Although there are a few schools established for quite a long time and there are some newly operating, it is not a guarantee for these private junior high schools to continue to grow. This has encouraged the school component to perform better and have special attractions. Abstract

Due to the fact that post-harvest handling of local fruits especially in Calina papaya supply chain (IPB 9) has experience problems that can affect the value of its quality appearance, quality improvement is absolutely required. The purposes of this research are 1) Identifying the key attributes of Calina papaya quality improvement based on desires of consumers and to know the level of customer satisfaction using Quality Function Deployment (QFD); 2) Analyzing the causes of Calina papaya quality problems, and 3) Analyzing strategies or ways to improve the quality of Calina papaya in Indonesia. The results of this research show that there are three main attributes of customer satisfaction; namely, the sweet taste, color of fruit meat, and texture of fruit meat. Supply chain activities that have the highest interests of rate based on analysis of QFD are the maintenance (value 521) of cultivation. There are two attributes that have mismatches of quality; bruise and pests-diseases, caused by the raw materials, management, labor, environment, machine and method. The highest priority that can be chosen as the alternative strategy is increasing production capacity, product quality, and food safety assurance by expanding the distribution network. Abstract

Currently the learning system based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been growing. The Open University (UT) has been using e-learning in the provision of learning support services. Online tutorials (Tuton) is one form of e-learning provided UT. Since the registration period of 2013.1-2014.2, the number of courses offered in Tuton increased by 11% and participants also increased by 52%. Although Tuton has been growing rapidly, the total number of students has declined from the registration period of 2013.1 to 2015.1. Such a decrease can be justified as an indicator of lack of loyalty or retention of students. The main objective of this study is to test the relationship between the antecedents of loyalty, service quality, commitment, satisfaction, and reputation. The study population comes from four faculties and one graduate program. Nonprobability method of sampling with judgmental sampling technique is used in this study. The minimum required sample size is 200 respondents. Survey data collection is conducted by inviting respondents by email to fill out a questionnaire online in google site. Then the data were analyzed both descriptively and quantitatively using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of hypothesis testing showed that 6 of 7 hypothesis were accepted with significant results. These sixth hypothesis are1) the influence of the quality of services to satisfaction; 2) the effect of the reputation on the quality of services; 3) the effect of commitment to student satisfaction; 4) the effect of satisfaction on reputation; 5) the effect of satisfaction on loyalty; and 6) the effect of reputation on loyalty. As for the rejected hypothesis is the effect of reputation on commitment. Keywords : loyalty, quality of service, commitment, satisfaction, reputation

Abstract

As one of the busiest toll roads in Indonesia, Jagorawi is exposed to various operational risks.  The purposes of this research are to analyze operational risks of Jagorawi toll road and to determine the effectiverisk reduction strategies. Cause and effect diagrams are employed to identify and classify these  risks. Then risk priorities are quantified by applying Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Finally, in order to determine prioritized strategies, Analytical Hierarchy Process is applied. The results indicate that the main risk is the traffic risk. The most prioritized risk reduction strategies are educating both the toll road users and surrounding inhabitants. This is then needs to be followed by developing the instrastructure, investing human resource quality, automating gate, and improving the service and safety. Keywords : AHP, FMEA, cause-effect, operational risk, toll road
