Salwatuna adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Togo Ambarsari untuk peningkatan out-put penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal ini memuat kajian pendidikan dan kependidikan Islam dan kedua kajian itu dalam kaitannya dengan berbagai disiplin keilmuan lain secara interdisipliner atau multidisipliner. Tujuan adanya jurnal ini adalah melaksanakan diseminasi keilmuan dalam wujud distribusi hasil penelitian sekaligus bentuk konkret dari pengamalan keilmuan dan wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, jurnal ini memuat kajian praktis dari keilmuan pendidikan dan kependidikan Islam baik monodisiplin, interdisiplin atau pun multidisiplin serta pula wujud pengamalan keduanya dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal ini terbit secara berkala dalam periode 4 bulanan, yakni Pebruari, Juni dan Oktober. Hal ini tak lain adalah wujud kesungguhan sivitas akademik Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Togo Ambarsari Bondowoso dalam melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to describe the concept of morality as a prime optimization strategy in public services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher describes the situation regarding the implementation of public services as a form of optimal service implementation in administrative reform. The result showed that the concept of morality as a prime optimization strategy in public services is 6 characters including A for accountability, K for competence, H for harmony, L for loyalty, A for adaptive, and K for collaborative.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions of cardinal jeans (Studi Toserba Yogya Mall Keuntungan), The population in this study were 1652 consumers. The criteria used as samples in this study are consumers who buy cardinal jeans using the slovin formula, so the number of samples is 100 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection technique used to analyze is by distributing questionnaires in the form of questionnaires to consumers, the research was carried out using SPSS Version 25.0. The results were analyzed to determine the validity and reliability test, determination test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and multiple correlation, f test and t test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the quality of service and promotion of the purchasing decision of cardinal jeans at the department store of Yogyakarta Mall Keuntungan has a significant influence on the sales of cardinal jeans at the department store Yogya Mall Keuntungan.

Abstract

Abstract Tahfidzul qur'an and Tartil qur'an competitions are a type of competition at the TPQ level and Formal institutions organized by the Branch Leader of Muhammadiyah Tempur Donomulyo Malang. The competition was held in the month of Ramadan, with various delegates from other institutions including 76 institutions that took part in the contest with 500 participants, both tahfidz and tartil participants. The teacher assigned to be a pioneer in the victory event for the students of TPQ Gunung Pandak Malang, namely by applying the CBSA learning model as a form of the method he used. This study aims to determine the application of the CBSA learning model, namely the active student learning method, which means active student learning design, namely students are more active in learning than their teachers. So the teacher here only reprimands and corrects the student's mistakes in the material he is studying. The results of this study describe the success of students in the learning model using the CBSA model. The method used in this study is the CBSA method, which is an active student learning method, unlike other methods, CBSA is a simple method but affects student success. Assignment teacher as a motivation for students in reaping the success of a competition.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses how the results of educational assessments become a benchmark in determining student achievement. Giving a score is a result of an answer that can be converted into a number on the score. and the score obtained from a question that is answered by students correctly and can consider the weight of the answer. The main focus that we will discuss is the processing of educational assessment results. The purpose of this study was to determine the processing of educational assessment results. So that education can be used as a reference in processing student learning outcomes. Analyze how the processing of the assessment results in the learning process. Based on this goal, scoring is very important in learning, especially for students.
