Abstract

Abstract Corruption in Indonesia and in other countries has become a latent problem and is very difficult to eradicate. Various attempts have been made to eradicate this corruption: both at the country level itself and at the international level. In general, the eradication of corruption is carried out through the establishment of a corruption eradication agency or institution which is legalized through a law. Furthermore, the following presentation is a case study of Indonesia and South Korea on how to eradicate corruption. The practice of money laundering has often involved cross-border transactions, because by conducting such transactions between countries, it is very effective in eliminating traces of illegal flows of funds. With the increasing globalization of the international financial system, money laundering, as a criminal activity, is becoming more and more common, but in turn it greatly affects and damages the global social and financial system. In summary, it can be concluded that in the era of globalization the problem of corruption and money laundering is becoming increasingly widespread because the existence of this crime involves many factors that cross national boundaries. The problem of corruption and money laundering is the dark side of globalization. Handling corruption and money laundering cannot be resolved quickly and easily, but it takes time, commitment, political will, and support from all parties: national government, society, and multilateral cooperation. Learning from South Korea, Indonesia and the international community, for example, requires a more efficient structure-based bureaucratic reform by upholding the spirit of 'Good Governance' and 'Check and Balance' which is expected to encourage all elements of the nation to work together to solve corruption at a practical level. Keywords: CORRUPTION, MONEY LAUNDERING, GLOBALIZATION Abstrak Korupsi di Indonesia dan di negara-negara lain merupakan hal yang sudah menjadi masalah laten dan sangat sulit untuk diberantas. Berbagai usaha dilakukan untuk mcm-berantas korupsi in: baik di tingkat negara itu sendiri maupun di tingkat internasional. Pada umumnya, pemberantasan korupsi ini dilakukan mclalui pembentukan suatu badan atau Icmbaga pemberantasan korupsi yang disahkan meialui suatu undang-undang. Se-lanjutnya, paparan berikut adalah studi kasus Indonesia dan Korea Selatan tentang bagai-mana pemberantasan korupsi dilakukan. Praktik money laundering sejak dulu seringkali me-libatkan transaksi lintas batas, karena dengan melakukan transaksi antarnegara seperti itu, sangat efektif untuk menghilangkan jejak aliran dana ilegal. Dengan semakin berkem-bangnya globalisasi sistem keuangan internasional, money laundering, sebagai aktivitas kejahatan menjadi marak, namun pada gilirannya sangat memengaruhi dan merusak sistem sosial dan keuangan global. Secara ringkas bisa disimpulkan bahwa di era globalisasi masalah korupsi dan pen-cucian uang menjadi semakin marak karena eksistensi dari tindak kejahatan ini melibatkan banyak faktor penyebab yang melintasi batas-baias nasional. Masalah korupsi dan money laundering merupakan sisi gelap dari globalisasi. Penanganan korupsi dan pencucian uang tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan mudah, tetapi perlu waktu, komitmen, political will, dan dukungan semua' pihak: pemerintah nasional, masyarakat, dan kerja sama multilateral. Belajar dari Korea Selatan, Indonesia dan komunitas internasional, misalnya membutuhkan reformasi birokrasi berbasis struktur yang lebih efisien dengan menjunjung semangat 'Good Governance' dan 'Check and Balance' yang diharapkan dapat mendorong semua elemen bangsa untuk bersama-sama menyelesaikan penanganan korupsi hingga tataran praktis Kata Kunci: KORUPSI, MONEY LAUNDERING, GLOBALISASI

Abstract

Dakwah merupakan upaya untuk memotivasi orang lain agar berbuat baik dan mengikuti jalan petunjuk, serta melakukan amar ma’ruf nahi munkar dengan tujuan mendapatkan kesuksesan serta kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menjelaskan fenomena melalui pengumpulan data Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dalam hal ini ialah pendeskripsian mengenai peran media sebagai alat komunikasi dakwah dalam menjangkau masyarakat minoritas melalui Youtube Channel, Zoom, Dan Google Meet. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pembahasan dalam oenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dengan adanya internet, untuk menyebarkan dakwah Islam dapat dilakukan ke seluruh penjuru dunia, tanpa adanya batasan wilayah, budaya dan tentunya dengan waktu yang cepat. Begitu besarnya potensi dan efisiensinya jaringan internet dalam membentuk dan pemanfaatan dakwah, maka dakwah dapat dilakukan dengan membuat jaringan-jaringan informasi tentang Islam atau yang sering disebut dengan cybermuslim atau cyberdakwah. Pemanfaatan Youtube, Zoom Dan Google Meet sebagai sarana komunikasi oleh masing-masing informan sangat diperlukan bagi masyarakat kalangan minoritas muslim.

Abstract

Advances in technology, information and communication are increasingly felt in the millennial era. Technology in the field of communication that is the result of the times is the smartphone. Indonesian people have the potential to be addicted to smartphones, especially among teenagers. Addiction to smartphones certainly has many negative impacts, one of which is that people become apathetic, people become less concerned about their surroundings because they are more focused on smartphones. The purpose of this study is to obtain an analysis of the conditions in reducing smartphone addiction in educational activities. Guidance and counseling teachers or counselors (BK/Counselors) have a role to provide guidance and counseling services. One of the services that can be provided to reduce smartphones is content mastery services with a behavioral contract approach model. The research findings reveal that in reducing smartphone addiction behavior through the behavior contract model, individuals can control themselves more and be wise in using their smartphones. Abstract

A religious instructor is someone who has the goal of enlightening and enlightening the community who acts as a deterrent, companion, and as a mediator for the community in Taman sub-district. Religious instructors themselves are education that provides religious enlightenment to people who are not limited by space and time, especially in terms of preventing family conflicts. Efforts to prevent and handle family conflicts are very much needed in the community from before marriage (pre-marriage). The focus of the problems in this study are: 1) What is the role of religious instructors in preventing family conflicts in KUA, Taman District, Madiun Regency? 2) What are the methods of Islamic counseling guidance used in preventing family conflicts in KUA, Taman sub-district, Madiun Regency? The purposes of this study are, 1) to determine the role of religious instructors in preventing family conflicts in KUA, Taman District, Madiun Regency. 2) To find out the method of Islamic counseling guidance used in preventing family conflicts in the KUA, Taman subdistrict, Madiun Regency. The type of research in this study is field research. Data collection techniques used are observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is a qualitative analysis with a deductive method. The researcher tested the validity of the data by using source triangulation. This study concludes that 1) the role of religious instructors in preventing family conflicts in KUA Taman District is as a deterrent, companion and as a mediator. 2) Islamic counseling guidance methods used by religious instructors are premarital counseling and family counseling. Abstract

A long with the development, many problems of the people that arose that did not exist at the time of the Prophet SAW. This problems require precise and fast solution. One of the media for solving it is through the method of tajdid and ijtihad. Tajdid seeks to restore Islamic teachings that have been forgetten or abandoned by Muslims and then reformed in a better direction. Deviance for Sosiolog with give a expectation promise for the peoples. The Sosiologs very get to know the condition of peoples with a social phenomenon indiced by them. This research with a Library Research that data evidence procces does by the written this research and get by study library and books. The result of this research are: The muslim problems now, the problems in the reformation era at temporary development or knowledge development and sains technology, low quality of public morality and human character quality in Indonesia. The profil of muslim society now are the positive and negative character, the positive character are historis muslim society, normative muslim society, and culture. Negative character are many the comprehension of mistake religious, much the beliefe deviation, morals, Islam low, and ideology deviation.

Abstract

Abstrak Character building through the educational values ​​of Ramadan fasting according to Al-Ghazali's perspective, namely fasting is preventing and leaving and there is no secret of action that appears in it. And fasting is an inner exercise with only patience. Al Ghazali said that fasting itself is secret, no action is seen in it, while all acts of obedience are witnessed and seen by many people. Fasting no one sees but Allah SWT. Al-Ghazali's view of fasting is that fasting is divided into two, namely the first is outward fasting which includes: minimal levels, namely fasting only in the month of Ramadan. The highest level is the fasting of the Prophet David as, the middle level is fasting a third of the year. Second, spiritually, in terms of secrets, fasting is divided into three, namely: general fasting, special fasting and special special fasting. Second, the formation of character through the educational values ​​of Ramadan fasting according to Al-Ghazali's perspective, namely: Fasting is a tool to control lust from thirst, hunger and intercourse, from sunrise to sunset. In the sense that the work of lust must be controlled by reason, because it is very influential in the framework of forming human morals, and it is hoped that morals will grow in people who are fasting, namely fasting educates humans with patient traits, so that they can control themselves from everything that breaks fasting and the value of reward fasting solely to worship Allah SWT and be grateful for the favors obtained from Him so that it has implications for character building, namely increasing faith. and piety, forming trust, justification, honesty, it is hoped that the character of social care and individual discipline will grow and maintain physical health.
