Abstract

Computer Science innovation plays a major role in everyday life-changing and enriching human interaction, communication, and social transactions. Currently, the fourth wave of computational innovation is underway relating to spatial (mapping), immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR). Metaverse is a new interface that is expected to be used to perform all kinds of human-computer interactions. Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri are conventional banks that are starting to enter the metaverse ecosystem. Of the features that have been provided by BSI, there are no features related to the metaverse. From the search that the author did from various sources,untill now there has been no Islamic bank in Indonesia that has begun to penetrate the world of the metaverse. In this article, the focus of the discussion is on the metaverse application that can be used for virtual branch offices of Islamic banks. With the virtual branch in Metaverse, of course, it is hoped that it can be a new, fun journey for customers while at the same time being able to reach a wider community to carry out various digital transaction services as well as better customer service in the future. Spatial is one of the most worthy metaverse applications for the banking world, including Islamic banks. Spatial application provides features that can serve customers in the metaverse realm at a low cost. Spatial empowers users to take advantage of beautiful privacy spaces to share engaging content, build close-knit communities, and drive meaningful sales of creative works and products. Keywords: Augmented Reality, Metaverse, Islamic banking, Virtual Branch, Spatial.

Abstract

The conversion of conventional banks to Islamic banks in Indonesia is one of the mechanisms for the structure of Islamic banks. That is a legal change from the conventional banking system to the Islamic banking system. The purpose of this study is to see an overview of the conversion process at the Regional Development Bank. Instant conversion can increase the amount of capital and assets of Islamic banking, but the conversion policy also raises the problem of an ineffective corporate governance mechanism model. The research method is descriptive qualitative, looking at the literature and banking reports that have been converted and are in the process of being converted to Islamic Banking. The results show that had successfully converted, some banks are in the process of converting and partially postponing. This article has implications for regional banks that want to convert to pay attention to banking problems that have been converted to Islamic Banking first.Keywords: conversion, Islamic bank, conventional bank

Abstract

This research was conducted at Tamiang Market, Kotanopan District, focusing on the exchange of usury goods by local market participants. This study uses a qualitative descriptive nature, namely research directed at providing symptoms, facts, or events systematically and accurately regarding the characteristics of a particular population or area. This method also uses qualitative descriptive properties to use qualitative descriptive properties to research directly involved in the field/community or a place that is used as the object of study (Tamuang Market). At the same time, the data collection uses interview observations and documentation. The problem in this research is that street vendors and market visitors always exchange ribawi goods (gold for gold and rice for rice) after the big harvest; this exchange is done because traders and market visitors have a brotherly relationship, and this is considered normal. The study results show that this exchange is carried out because it has become a cost ('urf) because both the merchant and the seller have a family relationship whose transaction is consensual. Keywords: usury ribawi’s, exchange, market

Abstract

This research is motivated by increasing people's economic income with the establishment of a swallow's nest business; this research will focus on the contribution of the swallow's nest business to growing people's financial income with the aim of knowing the form of the actual assistance of the swallow's nest business in improving the economy of the people of Sumber Sari Village. Jaya. The population used in this study were all owners of swallow's nest businesses in Sumber Sari Jaya Village, Teluk Belengkong District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, totaling ten people. In comparison, the sample in this study amounted to 9 people using the Purposive Sampling method. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data sources. In contrast, the primary data sources are obtained directly from the owner of the swallow's nest business. In contrast, the secondary data sources are taken from documents or institutional literacy related to the research conducted. The results of the study that have been carried out show that the swallow's nest business has a reasonably high contribution to increasing people's economic income; this is evidenced by the 55.5% increase in the owner of the swallow's nest business from 2013 to 2019, harvest yields have also increased. Abstract

Marketing UMKM based on sharia economics aims to improve marketing, strengthen the regional economy, and anticipate the problems of UMKM in the area where there has been a decline in UMKM in the region, especially Indragiri Hulu Regency in the last three years in 2018-2019 and 2020. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a particular concern for local governments to bring back UMKM so that the economic crisis is not sustainable and has an impact on unemployment and poverty in the regions; it is necessary to have a new paradigm to restore UMKM with a marketing strategy based on sharia economics. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by using primary data. Data analysis conducted is based on the phenomenon that occurs. The result of the study shows that UMKM marketing in increasing sales uses the 4P marketing mix, namely the product mix (Product), price mix (Price), distribution mix (Place), promotion mix (Promotion), Place, and Service targets. There has not been an official UMKM local entrepreneur and market in Indragiri Hulu Regency with a sharia economic-based marketing system, except Islamic Bank Financial Institutions and Sharia Non-Banking Financial Institutions.Keywords: UMKM Marketing, Regional Economy, Sharia economic
