Abstract

Covid-19 is a type of pandemic that emerged at the end of 2019 which has attacked all over the world, to Indonesia, not to mention the Bireuen-Aceh district. For easier handling it is necessary to socialize 3M and provide social distancinginformation and arrange visits to the danger zone which is divided into five zone levels, namely the green, orange,yellow, red and black zones. Currently, there is a need for geographic-based mapping in Bireuen district to provideinformation on the level of danger of the Covid-19 zone for the general public, especially for the government. Theinformation presented is very complex because it is supported by geographical information through the design of a webapplication that uses the Google Maps API which can provide geographic information through mapping the earth'ssurface that can be accessed through a web application. The geographic information system web application is designedwith the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the results of the design and implementation of thesystem, it has been able to provide information on the location of the covid-19 zone which is displayed by color so that itcan provide information to the public.

Abstract

In looking for job vacancies in the city of Lhokseumawe, applicants usually still use conventional methods, namely byvisiting the company to see the bulletin board, or viewing information from newspapers and other print media. In thisstudy, the author discusses the application of technology to be able to help facilitate job seekers in obtaining informationon job vacancies in the web-based city of Lhokseumawe using brute force algorithm.

Abstract

Research on this diagnosis is carried out in cases of mental disorders where to ensure a healthy human mind, it isnecessary to have a system that can handle it. To overcome this, an expert system was designed to facilitate patients indiagnosing mental disorders. The PHP & MySQL web-based system makes it easy to diagnose by selecting the symptomsthat may be experienced by the patient and the system will provide decision results based on the Mamdani fuzzy method.The result of the decision is the type of disease and the solution for it. Types of psychiatric disorders that can bediagnosed such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychopathy, obsessive compulsive disorder, schizoaffective,anorexia nervosa, multiple identity disorder, self harm/self injures, homosexsual and antisocial personality disorder.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, information technology has become a basic tool needed by every existing company. By usinginformation technology, the accuracy and speed of data access will be easier to run. The Lhokseumawe State TreasuryService Office (KPPN) is a government office engaged in distributing funds from the state treasury to several work unitsunder other ministries/agencies or under the ministry of finance itself. The process of managing leave at theLhokseumawe State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) is currently still being done manually. The leave managementprocess has several weaknesses. Employees cannot find out the rest of their personal leave rights and take leave directlyby coworkers, so employees cannot carry out leave management properly. The leadership also has not been able to makeleave decisions based on the principle of equal distribution of employee leave rights. Another weakness is the process ofmanaging employee leave is less effective and efficient. In solving these problems, in this study the authors designed asystem using Unifield Modeling Language (UML), Personal Home Page (PHP) and using MySQL database. With theleave service system at the Lhokseumawe State Treasury Service Office (KPPN), employees will be able to more easilyaccess leave issues.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bireuen memiliki potensi daerah pertanian yang cukup besar namun sayangnya belum dapat diperolehtersedianya informasi pertanian yang ditampilkan dengan memanfaatkan fitur web gis berbasis pemetaan digital. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi lokasi lahan produktifpertanian di Kabupaten Bireuen seperti Informasi jenis pertanian, jumlah lahan produktif, sisa lahan, dan jenis kemoditasproduksi pertanian serta lokasi. Informasi yang disajikan ini sangat komplek karena di dukung dengan informasigeografis melalui perancangan aplikasi web yang menggunakan Google Maps API yang dapat memberikan informasisecara geografis melalui pemetaan permukaan bumi yang dapat di akses melalui aplikasi web. Aplikasi web sisteminformasi geografis dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data My-SQL. Dari hasil perancangan danimplementasi sistem telah dapat memberikan informasi desa, kecamatan, lokasi pertanian serta koordinat lokasi pertanian di Kabupaten Bireuen yang ditampilkan pada peta Google Maps akan menampilkan informasi pertanian secara geografis.

Abstract

School Operational Assistance is a grant provided from the government to carry out teaching and learning activities, so as to reduce the cost burden for students. In data management at the State School 15 Muara Dua Lhokseumawe which still uses the Excel application, it can provide obstacles for the selectors in assessing, several obstacles such as inaccurate and non-transparent data management can occur with existing requirements, so that the process of selecting beneficiaries for students is wrongly targeted. and takes a long time, thus a Decision Support System is needed. Decision Support System (DSS) is a specific information system that is intended to assist management in making decisions related to semi-structured problems effectively and efficiently, and does not choose the decision-making function in making decisions. The Decision Support System implemented in this study uses the Simple Additive Weigting (SAW) method. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in targeting the process of selecting the right beneficiaries and being more transparent. The results of the research are the application of a decision support application in determining the acceptance of Web-Based School Operational Assistance.

Abstract

The Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital is a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a comprehensive manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The queue for outpatient often accumulate when queuing to get the queue number for Doctor's services and get medicines at the Pharmacy. Design and created The Information System of the queue for Doctor's examination in Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital Using the Android-Based FIFO Method has has aim to find out how long are the queue can be minimized and help patients to obtain the online queue number. To design, created and implement The Information System of the queue for Doctor's examination in Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital Using the Android-Based FIFO Method. This research uses two queuing models, there are a single channel multiple phase and multiple phase single channel. FIFO (First-In First-Out) Method was applied based on the patient who registers for the first time will get the first service and finished the first service or patient who registers for the first time will get a queue number. Based on the results of testing the queue information system, it can make it easier for outpatients to get the doctor's check queue number and queue at the pharmacy online, and can improve the patient service system at Pidie Jaya General Hospital. The result of this research is an android application that is used by hospital officers and patients seeking treatment at the Pidie Jaya public hospital in obtaining queue information and prescriptions, this application is also equipped with a realtime database to facilitate the process of exchanging information between users directly at system.

Abstract

Queue is an important thing to discuss as part of testing one's patience, so it can be said that the queue has become a part of everyday life for everyone. From these problems, with a queuing system that implements FCFS and WEB-based methods. To make it easier for patients to queue, the FCFS algorithm is relatively easy to use because it is the simplest and more efficient scheduling algorithm when used for queuing at the doctor's practice so that the first patient to queue is to be served. Notification feature in the form of SMS provided by the system so that patients get a notification when the patient's queue number is near and the schedule update if there is a patient has already taken a card and cannot be present.
