Abstract

School Operational Assistance is a grant provided from the government to carry out teaching and learning activities, so as to reduce the cost burden for students. In data management at the State School 15 Muara Dua Lhokseumawe which still uses the Excel application, it can provide obstacles for the selectors in assessing, several obstacles such as inaccurate and non-transparent data management can occur with existing requirements, so that the process of selecting beneficiaries for students is wrongly targeted. and takes a long time, thus a Decision Support System is needed. Decision Support System (DSS) is a specific information system that is intended to assist management in making decisions related to semi-structured problems effectively and efficiently, and does not choose the decision-making function in making decisions. The Decision Support System implemented in this study uses the Simple Additive Weigting (SAW) method. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience in targeting the process of selecting the right beneficiaries and being more transparent. The results of the research are the application of a decision support application in determining the acceptance of Web-Based School Operational Assistance.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menerapkan pengenalan pola wajah secara digitalisasi. perkembangan teknologi dengan tujuan mempermudah sistem kerja manusia semakin banyak diaplikasikan, antara lain untuk sistem pengenalan biometrik (yang dapat dikombinasikan dengan fitur biometrik yang lain seperti sidik jari dan suara), sistem pencarian dan pengindeksan pada database citra digital dan database video digital, sistem keamanan kontrol akses area terbatas, koferensi video dan interaksi, dan interaksi manusia dengan komputer. Wajah merupakan salah satu objek visual terpenting dalam hidup kita yang memainkan peran utama dalam menyampaikan identitas yang didalamnya kaya akan informasi. Saat ini pengenalan wajah merupakan salah satu bentuk penelitian besar pada area komputer vision. Pengenalan pola wajah tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk ilmu pengetahuan tetapi juga untuk beberapa aplikasi praktis seperti autentifikasi identitas, surveillance dan security, human computer intellegent interaction serta film. Metode eigenface berfungsi untuk menghitung eigenvalue dan eigenvector yang akan digunakan sebagai fitur dalam melakukan pengenalan. Metode Euclidean distance digunakan untuk mencari jarak dengan data fitur yang telah didapat, dan jarak terkecil adalah hasilnya.

Abstract

Many factors that affect public health such as smoking, rarely exercise, consume foods that contain lots of salt and so forth. So human blood becomes abnormal and can cause death. This high blood disease is suffered in pregnant women and adults over 30 years. This disease should be frequently consulted by a doctor to be able to cope with sudden blood ascending from normal blood. So people who suffer from this disease should be more often in checking high blood presure based on the above problems then built a system of expert diagnosis of hypertensive disease that can diagnose early to overcome the disease. Expert system method used is naive bayes. This system is built to overcome certainty and uncertain on the intensity of different symptoms - different on each disease, so users can know the type of disease suffered by the user and treatment to overcome the disease. Based on the calculation, obtained the percentage of disease success in the expert system that is equal to 84.61% and the unsuccessful of 15.38% of the 13 data that have been tested on the expert system.

Abstract

Data collection on loan facilities at the Teaching and Learning Process is an important activity as a means of borrowing documentation at the Informatics Engineering Study Program at the State Polytechnic in Lhokseumawe. The process of borrowing Goods Facilities at the Informatics Engineering Study Program in its implementation is still done manually by means of the borrowers coming to the Study Room by writing down the data of the borrowers themselves. Then, in the case of recording loan items, it is also done manually by means of the borrower manually recording items that he wants to borrow in a book, the borrower must also go directly to the study program to check whether the items to be borrowed are still available or not. Today technology has grown rapidly. One of them is the labeling technology that is widely used today with Barcode. The aim is to automate the system of inputting and checking borrower data and borrowed goods at the Informatics Engineering Study Program. Information System for Lending Property Facilities at Web Based Informatics Engineering Study Program Using Barcode as a medium to obtain borrower data and borrowed goods information. This system is made to improve the existing manual system to be computerized so that it can be made through desktop or mobile and can provide complete and efficient lending information stored in a database server. This system displays output in the form of printed barcode products and loan data that can be printed. In addition, study program staff and borrowers will get notification of return information when the return time for goods has arrived.

Abstract

Libraries are one of the facilities owned by educational institutions in their service efforts in the field of education. The role of the library is very important in providing scientific books for students and teachers in an effort to provide maximum service. Therefore, the library always increases the number of books provided. With the large number of books, the librarian will certainly have difficulty in finding the book data contained in the library. Therefore, this study aims to create a library system that is expected to help facilitate the management process related to library activities such as borrowing books, returning books, inputting book data and so on. This system is built using the PHP programming language by adding a Brute Force algorithm to help facilitate the search for large number of book data.

Abstract

The Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital is a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a comprehensive manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. The queue for outpatient often accumulate when queuing to get the queue number for Doctor's services and get medicines at the Pharmacy. Design and created The Information System of the queue for Doctor's examination in Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital Using the Android-Based FIFO Method has has aim to find out how long are the queue can be minimized and help patients to obtain the online queue number. To design, created and implement The Information System of the queue for Doctor's examination in Pidie Jaya Regional Public Hospital Using the Android-Based FIFO Method. This research uses two queuing models, there are a single channel multiple phase and multiple phase single channel. FIFO (First-In First-Out) Method was applied based on the patient who registers for the first time will get the first service and finished the first service or patient who registers for the first time will get a queue number. Based on the results of testing the queue information system, it can make it easier for outpatients to get the doctor's check queue number and queue at the pharmacy online, and can improve the patient service system at Pidie Jaya General Hospital. The result of this research is an android application that is used by hospital officers and patients seeking treatment at the Pidie Jaya public hospital in obtaining queue information and prescriptions, this application is also equipped with a realtime database to facilitate the process of exchanging information between users directly at system.

Abstract

Queue is an important thing to discuss as part of testing one's patience, so it can be said that the queue has become a part of everyday life for everyone. From these problems, with a queuing system that implements FCFS and WEB-based methods. To make it easier for patients to queue, the FCFS algorithm is relatively easy to use because it is the simplest and more efficient scheduling algorithm when used for queuing at the doctor's practice so that the first patient to queue is to be served. Notification feature in the form of SMS provided by the system so that patients get a notification when the patient's queue number is near and the schedule update if there is a patient has already taken a card and cannot be present.

Abstract

One aspect of the success of a company is the management of human resources. Power outlets help standardized integrated electricity services that provide convenience, transparency of information, quality assurance and safety protection for electricity users, while consistently maintaining and improving the services produced so that they are always in accordance with predetermined standards. The power outlet assessment can motivate the morale of each power outlet to improve the dedication and performance of a company. With 6 numbers of power outlets registered at PT. PLN up3 Lhokseumawe with various kinds of assessments it will be difficult to determine which outlets deserve an award. For this reason, a decision support system is needed using the Simple Additive Weighting Method to be able to assist in the assessment of power outlets. The Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The aim of this research is to design a best power outlet rating system. The calculation method uses the result of the largest value which will be selected as the best alternative. The criteria used are performance, finance, facilities, service quality, cooperation, and report results. The results of this study indicate that the best power outlet rankings with the highest value of 92.3 and the lowest value of 36.2 and have been proven by manual calculations and the results of system analysis are the same

Abstract

This study aims to apply facial pattern recognition digitally. Technology was developed with the hope of simplifying human work systems. First, as a biometric recognition system (can be combined with other biometric features such as fingerprint and voice). Second, as a search and indexing system for digital image/video databases. Third, as a security system for limited area access control, video conferencing, and human-computer interaction. The face is the central organ for human expression, recognition and communication. The face consists of four very important sense organs, namely the nose, eyes, ears and tongue. Currently face recognition is one of the major forms of research in the area of ​​computer vision. Face pattern recognition is not only intended for science but is applied to several other practical applications. As for the application of applications such as identity authentication, surveillance and security, human computer intelligent interaction and film. The eigenface method is used to calculate eigenvalues ​​and eigenvectors that will be used as features in the introduction. The Euclidean distance method is used to find the distance with the feature data that has been obtained, while the smallest distance is the result.. Keywords: Image processing, eigenface, euclidean
