Abstract

The research has the aim to find out the influence of internal and external factors on the performance of lecturers at the Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo University in order to be able to bring up students who can compete with the challenges of the global world. This research uses quantitative research methods and data processing is done by eviews software. The results showed that internal factors influenced lecturer performance. External factors affect the performance of lecturers. Internal and external factors affect together the lecturer performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk based on liquidity, leverage, activity and profitability ratio analysis. The type of research used in this study is the description and research method used is quantitative because there are numbers and calculations using formulas. The results of the study can be seen that the overall liquidity ratio is still below the industry standard. This shows that the company is not safe in the short term. Overall leverage ratios do not meet industry standards, this shows companies are able to manage assets well and reduce funding using debt. The overall activity ratio of the company is not above the standard, but the reve-able turnover is above the standard. The overall profitability ratio is below the standard. The company is not maximized in revenue from sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal characteristics and situational factors in accepting dysfunctional behavior on audit quality. The population is all individuals who are public auditors in the Special Province of Yogyakarta and Central Java and the study sample is 300 respondents. The sampling technique uses the random sampling method. Data analysis used The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the AMOS statistical software package in the model and hypothesis assessment. The results of this study prove that the locus of control has a positive effect and the desire to stop working has a positive effect on dysfunctional behavior, performance harms dysfunctional behavior. Leadership style negatively affects dysfunctional behavior. Locus of control has a positive effect on audit quality, the desire to stop working has no significant effect on audit quality, performance has a significant positive effect on audit quality, leadership style does not significantly influence audit quality and dysfunctional behavior has a significant negative effect on audit quality.

Abstract

Penelitian This study aims to determine the effect of family motivation and environment on the interest in entrepreneurship in people with HIV in the Sidoarjo Delta Crisis Center. The analysis tool used is SPSS. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with 30 respondents. The results of data processing obtained the value of beta X1 (motivation) of 0.455 with the value of sig. equal to 0,000 or 0%. Sig value 0,000 <0,05 shows that motivation has a significant positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship and the regression results obtained beta X2 (family environment) of 0,233 with a sig value. amounting to 0.048 or 0.4%. Sig value 0.048 <0.05 indicates that the family environment has a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. These results indicate that motivation and family environment are very influential simultaneously on the interests of entrepreneurship. Partially the motivation and family environment have a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The hospital has improved the information system so that it can improve properly to improve patient satisfaction and the quality of its services. However, complicated characteristics such as hospitals are very complicated. in this study, evaluating the results of a complex analysis of hospital processes. To compare the complexity of the old process and the new process, the Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) standard is used. The results showed that the repair process could be used for the hospital repair process.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, locus of control and work stress on employee performance. The study was conducted on PT. CMS totaling 26 people. This type of research is a causal study with a quantitative approach with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires. Data were analyzed using statistical regression tests with the help of SPSS software. The findings of the study, namely: (1) there is a positive influence of the work environment on employee’s financial performance with a significance of 0,000, (2) there is a positive effect of locus of control on employee’s financial performance with a significance of 0.003, (3) there is a negative influence of work stress on performance employees with a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1.) Describe the cultural management of Islamic boarding schools in Amanatul Islamic Boarding School Ummah Siwalankerto Surabaya. 2.) Describe the intelligence of the students of Amanatul Islamic Boarding School Ummah Siwalankerto Surabaya 3.) Describe the cultural management of boarding schools in improving the intelligence of students in the Islamic Boarding School of Amanatul Ummah Siwalankerto Surabaya. The method used in this research is to use qualitative methods that are descriptive, the data collection techniques are using observation, interview, documentation, and interview techniques. And the analysis of the data that we have done has obtained the following findings: First, the management of the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School among others creates an atmosphere of religious learning and time discipline. Secondly, the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School does not only emphasize the aspect of intellectual intelligence, but also the emotional and spiritual aspects of students are also highly considered. Third, in its implementation, the Islamic boarding school students must settle in the boarding school of Amanatul Ummah boarding school so that for 24 hours the students receive education and supervision from the educators of the Amanatul Ummah boarding school. Fourth, the curriculum used is the Al-Azhar Egyptian curriculum.
