Abstract

ABSTRACTPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui besarnya efektifitas PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar)  terhadap budaya masyarakat di Kecamatan Sidoarjo dalam menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19, 2) mengetahui perubahan model budaya masyarakat dalam menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik analisis data menggunakan empat metode yang terdiri dari editing, coding, tabulasi dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) terbilang masih belum efektif  dan  sangat berpengaruh pada perubahan budaya msayarakat yang positif maupun negative  yang mengacu pada lima orientasi nilai budaya msayarakat.         Kata kunci: PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar), Budaya Masyarakat dan Covid-19                             ABSTRACTThis study aims to 1) determine the effectiveness of the PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) on community culture in Sidoarjo District in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic, 2) knowing the changes in the cultural model of the community in dealing with the Covid-19 Pandemic in Sidoarjo District. The research method uses the survey method. Data analysis techniques using four methods consisting of editing, coding, tabulation and data analysis. The results of this study explain that the implementation of PSBB (Large-Scale Social Limitation) is relatively ineffective and very influential on positive and negative changes in social culture that refer to the five orientations of social cultural values. Keywords: PSBB (Large-scale Social Limitation), Community Culture and Covid-19

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effect of stand location and booth design on purchasing decisions through positive emotion. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive approach. The research sample is 100 respondents. The research setting is at wedding events that held in Icon Mall Gresik, MOG Malang and CITO Surabaya. The sample was taken by accidental sampling method, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire, documentation and observation. Data analysis technique using Path Analysis. The results shows that; 1) Stand location had an effect on positive emotion, 2) Booth design had an effect on positive emotion, 3) Positive emotion had an effect on purchasing decisions, 4) Stand location had an effect on purchasing decisions, 5) Booth design had an effect on purchasing decisions, 6) Stand location affects the purchasing decisions through positive emotions, 7) Booth design affects purchasing decisions through positive emotions.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berpotensi menghadapi persaingan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang merupakan salah satu bidang usaha yang dapat berkembang dan konsisten dalam perekonomian nasional. Dengan begitu besarnya peran UMKM sebagai kegiatan ekonomi kreatif diharapkan mampu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat serta dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Berbagai kendala pelaku UMKM yaitu pendampingan dan peran pemerintah belum bersifat menyeluruh ke semua pelaku UMKM dan masih bersifat local untuk memperluas pangsa pasar masih bersifat lokal, kesadaran terhadap Branding masih minim yang dan hanya mengandalkan pelanggan tetap serta distributor untuk menjualkan produknya. Usaha masih bersifat konvensional sehingga kurang pengetahuan tentang manajemen branding, khususnya pengurusan Brand atau merk produk dagang yang tergolong rumit. Tujuan  penelitian ini (1) untuk mengetahui model pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Sidoarjo, (2) untuk mengetahui cara-cara mudah membuat branding pada produk-produk UMKM di Sidoarjo, (3) untuk mengetahui perlunya branding produk UMKM dalam menghadapi pangsa pasar. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif interpretif, informan kunci pada penelitian ini adalah 30 Pelaku UMKM di Sidoarjo, Kepala DISPERINDAG Sidoarjo, 2 Pakar UMKM di Sidoarjo, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan in depth Interview, Fokus Group Discussion (FGD), keabsahan data menggunakan credibility, confirmability, transferability, dependability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display dan conclusion. Hasil yang diharapkan pada penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan UMKM di Kota sidoarjo khususnya Capacity Building, pendampingan pada sumber daya manusia UMKM, permudahan perizinan, kucuran modal, penciptaan branding pada UMKM untuk menunjukkan identitas Kota Sidoarjo, serta Peningkatan jangkauan Pemasaran. Kata Kunci : Ekonomi Kreatif, Branding, UMKM Sidoarjo Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) could potentially face competition ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which is one area of ​​business that can grow and be consistent in the national economy. With the overwhelming role of SMEs as a creative economic activity expected to be able to meet the basic needs of society as well as to reduce the unemployment rate in the district of Sidoarjo. Various obstacles SMEs are mentoring and role of government is not exhaustive to all SMEs and they are local to expand market share still localized, awareness Branding is still minimal and only rely on repeat customers and distributors to sell products. Enterprises still conventional so lacking knowledge of branding management, in particular the maintenance of brand products Brand or trade is complex. The purpose of this study (1) to determine the model of creative economic development in the town of Sidoarjo, (2) to find out ways to easily create branding on the products of SMEs in Sidoarjo, (3) to determine the necessity of branding the products of SMEs in the face of market share. This research is qualitative interpretive, key informants in this study was 30 Perpetrators of SMEs in Sidoarjo, Chief Disperindag Sidoarjo, 2 Expert SMEs in Sidoarjo, data collection technique using in depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), the validity of the data using a credibility, confirmability, transferability, dependability. Data were analyzed using the data collection, data reduction, display data and conclusion. Results are expected in this study is a model of the development of SMEs in particular sidoarjo City Capacity Building, assistance in human resources SMEs, permudahan licensing, capital injection, the creation of branding on SMEs to show the identity of the town of Sidoarjo, and Enhancing the reach of Marketing. Abstract

The research has the aim to find out the influence of internal and external factors on the performance of lecturers at the Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo University in order to be able to bring up students who can compete with the challenges of the global world. This research uses quantitative research methods and data processing is done by eviews software. The results showed that internal factors influenced lecturer performance. External factors affect the performance of lecturers. Internal and external factors affect together the lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance Implementation, Sanctions and Motivation on Employee Work Discipline at INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 40 employees using the saturated sample technique. The research data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The research method used in this research is quantitative method, using analysis tools SPSS version 20 then perform statistical calculations in the form of validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing in this study used data analysis tools in the form of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (T test), and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of fingerprint attendance, sanctions and motivation together have an effect on the work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Whereas partially the implementation of fingerprint attendance and sanctions has no effect on the work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo, while motivation has a positive effect on work discipline of employees of INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo.

Abstract

One of the important factors in the success of a company in achieving its vision and mission is the quality of Human Resources (HR). The purpose of this study was to determine the importance of implementing human resource development in an effort to improve employee performance competencies. This study observes the application of Human Resources in the management of PT. Nugraha Ekakurir Trail Agent Counter Park Royal Sidoarjo. The research method used is an approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques for interviewee questions then the results are used for company analysis. The results of the study identified that the implementation of human resource development at the JNE Park Royal sales counter, namely on-the-job training, education/training and seminars at the central JNE company, had an impact on increasing employee performance competencies, it can be said that human resource development must continue to be implemented to maintain the company's performance and turnover remained stable and even increased. Abstract

This research was conducted at an outsourcing company in Surabaya with the aim of knowing the effect of reward, punishment and supervision both simultaneously and partially on employee performance, and also to find out which variable among reward, punishment and supervision variables has a dominant effect on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of outsourcing companies in Surabaya as many as 72 people. The sampling technique used was total sample, meaning that the entire population in this study was taken as sample. While the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale with five answer choices. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that reward, punishment and supervision simultaneously affect employee performance simultaneously and partially. Punishment has a dominant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to 10 knowing the effect of ease of use on the purchasing decisions for Dana e-wallet users in Sidoarjo, 2) knowing the effect of e-trust on purchasing decisions for Dana e-wallet users in Sidoarjo. The research method used is a quantitative method using SPSS analysis tool to measure the result of the effect of ease of use and e-trust on purchasing decisions for Dana e-wallet users in Sidoarjo. The sample of this study amounted to 68 respondents. The place of this research was carried out in Sidoarjo Regency, especially in the Balongbendo area using the cluster sampling method. The data analys technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 24. Based on the result of research from the ease of use variable partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the result variable partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
