Abstract

Introduction: Social media is an internet-based media where you can share pictures, videos, writings or information that can be seen by fellow social media users to many people, if the intensity is excessive it can cause addiction for users because the features presented are quite attractive to users. According to data, there is an increase in the use of social media every year, especially in adolescents who have unstable emotions. According to data from the Ministry of Health, it was found that children aged over 15 years experienced emotional disorders. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the intensity of social media use and emotional stability in 9th grade adolescent children at Al-Azhary Middle School, Cianjur, and the relationship between the two variables. Methods: The method used is quantitative with a correlation research design using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were 86 students of grade 9 SMP Al-Azhary Cianjur. The sampling technique used total sampling and the data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Results: It was found that the analysis results obtained as many as 12 (52.2%) respondents with low intensity of use of social media with low emotional stability. Meanwhile, 54 (48.3%) respondents with high intensity of social media use have low emotional stability. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value = 0.003 and OR = 5,500. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the intensity of social media use and emotional stability in adolescent children.

Abstract

Introduction: Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common autoimmune disease in the community. This disease is characterized by inflammation of the lining of the synovium of the joint. It can cause long-term joint damage, prolonged pain, loss of function and disability. Objective: This study aims to determine nursing care for the elderly with a medical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: The research design used a case study with a nursing process approach. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The sample in this study was Mrs. U age 70 years. The research was conducted at the Jagakarsa Public Health Center, Jakarta in May 2021. The data was collected by means of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research instrument is a gerontic nursing care format. Results: The results of nursing care on Ny. U was found that the client had fallen and sprained his leg two months ago. Currently the client feels pain in the left knee which is dislocated and looks swollen. Nursing diagnosis i.e. chronic pain related to physical injury agent Conclusion: The priority nursing problem for clients is pain can be overcome by giving warm compresses.

Abstract

Introduction: The coverage of MKJP were 6.99% (implants), 7.15% (IUD), 2.78% (MOW), and 0.53% (MOP) indicating the use of MKJP contraceptive methods in Indonesia decreased from the previous year (RI Ministry of Health, 2018). The low use of MKJP has been a cause of stagnation in birth rates over the past decade. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service costs, husband support and fear of action against the use of long-term contraception methods at the Umi Rahma Clinic in Bekasi in 2019 Method: Using descriptive analytic design with Cross Sectional approach. The study population was all EFA women who performed family planning at the Umi Rahma Clinic in Bekasi in 2019, a sample of 50 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique using a questionnaire. This study uses univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square statistical tests Result: . Chi-Square statistical test results service costs for the use of MKJP obtained P-Value 0.002, support for the husband of the use of MKJP obtained P-Value 0.001, fear action against the use of MKJP obtained P-Value 0.001. Discussio: Long-Term Contraception Methods, because costs greatly affect all actions that will be taken by couples of childbearing age, one of which is in the selection or decision-making on the use of contraceptive methods. Conclusion: Concluded that there is a relationship between service costs , husband support and fear of action towards the use of MKJP

Abstract

Background: The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia is currently in the range of 30 per 1000 live births and about 5% of deaths are caused by infectious diseases associated with low immunity of infants due to lack of breast milk intake. The experience of primiparous adolescent mothers in obtaining family support in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Objective: This study aims to find out what are the experiences of primiparous adolescent mothers in exclusive breastfeeding and what are the obstacles and lack of family support. Methods: This research is a qualitative research with descriptive phenomenology, data obtained through in-depth interviews with five respondents who are primiparous adolescent mothers who have met the requirements or are said to be saturated. Data were collected in the form of interviews and field notes and analyzed by technique. Results: The experiences of primapara adolescent mothers in exclusive breastfeeding were pain in the breasts, sore nipples and swollen breasts. Teen mothers felt that there was a negative assessment of the social environment with their status as young mothers and some participants expressed their lack of understanding about breastfeeding. The obstacles to exclusive breastfeeding are the reasons for sore nipples, swollen breasts, psychological problems, and working mothers. Husbands do not provide support or motivation for their wives to give exclusive breastfeeding to their children, even their own biological mothers do not give directions to primiparous adolescent mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: The experience of primiparous adolescent mothers during exclusive breastfeeding is highly dependent on family support, although adolescent mothers know that breastfeeding is important for children's health but the confidence and confidence of adolescent mothers in breastfeeding is still low. The five themes found in this study were able to describe the experiences of primiparous adolescent mothers while receiving family support in exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Background: PEB is one of the causes of maternal death. The aetiological approach is the best way to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity due to severe preeclampsia which is influenced by several factors, including age, parity, history of hypertension, education, occupation. Based on medical records at the Medika Dramaga Hospital, Bogor, the incidence of severe preeclampsia from 2017-2018 there was an increase of about 6% in the incidence of severe preeclampsia. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the incidence of severe preeclampsia in women giving birth at the Medika Dramaga Hospital, Bogor in 2019. Methods: This study uses secondary data with analytical descriptive research methods and the design is cross-sectional. The study was conducted in 2019 and the population was 200 with the sample in this study totaling 99 samples of mothers giving birth using the Purposive Sampling Systematic Technique. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate. Results: The results of the study of 99 women who had severe preeclampsia were 51 women who gave birth (51.5%) and who did not experience severe preeclampsia were 48 women who gave birth (48.5%). Maternal mothers aged 20 and 35 years were 54 people (54.5%). There were 51 mothers giving birth with multigravida parity (51.5%). Maternity mothers with higher education were 62 people (62.6%). Maternity mothers who did not work were 59 people (59.6%). Maternal mothers who had a history of hypertension were 50 maternity mothers (50.5%). Conclusion: The statistical test of the variables showed a relationship, namely Age (P-Value = 0.0012, OR = 3.764), History of Hypertension (P-Value = 0.000, OR = 5.829). And there is no relationship between the variables Parity (P-Value = 0.913, OR = 1.045), Education (P-Value = 0.222, OR = 1.669), Employment (P-Value = 0.568, OR = 1.264).
