Abstract

P Covid pandemic 19 had an impact on all sectors including the economic sector which caused poverty levels in Indonesia to increase. Various parties carry out activities in the effort to deal with Covid 19 including the Zakat Institution. Through the Zakat Forum, 40 zakat institutions perform eleven covid handling services 19 and the only institution that runs all of these services is the Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat Institute (Lazismu). Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the efficiency of the performance of management services covid handling 19, and in this study focus on Lazismu Provisnsi West Java.The research method used is a qualitative method using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The input variable is fund raising and the output variable is fund channeling. The DEA approach used is the VRD approach because it sees the potential for Zakat Institutions in Indonesia growing.The results of the study are that the level of efficiency in the management of zakat funds in handling covid 19 in West Java has only reached 22%. And four regions that are already efficient, namely the West Java regional office, Majalengka Regency, Cianjur Regency and Cirebon City

Abstract

There is no hesitation that leadership has been given a remarkable domicile and a crucial positioning in Islam, Assiyasah ash-shari’yah is reflected as superlative routine towards a good Governance as well as an ideal model for both political and Economic transformation and reform. This study therefore pursues to search the methods of Umar bin Abdulaziz (R.A) MODE FOR Administrative and economic Reforms and Transformations.The methodology of the study relies on critical and comprehensive analysis of the existing published literature related to the topic. Hence, Data collection is effected through the qualitative method. The findings of this study exposed that there are heaps of mode and wisdoms could be obtaining from the history of caliphate Umar such as his reformations and innovations in governing the state as reflected in his as - siyasahshar’iyyah which can be key to political reform in our modern society. Grounded on the findings, it was suggested that fear of Allah, is the best preference towards the political and Economic reform.

Abstract

This article focuses on Akad Qard as one of the Akad in sharia banking. At Qard, financing can be a possible occurrence of potential disputes between borrowers and the lending party. In terms of normative, dispute resolution arrangement, in case of default, is stipulated in Law No. 21 of 2008 on Sharia banking. Default dispute resolution mechanisms are multi-fascinated, depending on the right choice of the parties. Using normative research methods with of approach and conceptual approach is further analyzed descriptively analytical. The research results that, the settlement of default to the financing of Akad al-Qardh in customers who have since the beginning of good faith, is first a non-litigation solution by the principles of's Consultative and justice. Sharia banks make restructuring efforts based on the financing agreement agreed upon by the parties. If the restructuring efforts do not bring results, sharia banks can conduct a guarantee execution effort. In the Akad al-Qard with guarantees or without warranty, the default dispute carried out through the National Sharia Arbitration Board on a litigation basis, or it can be attempted by voluntary customers to submit collateral. In addition to the mandate of Article 55 paragraph (1) of the sharia banking LAW, which determines that it authorizes the impartial judiciary as a form of litigation dispute resolution for the completion of the first form, the new settlement of non-litigation.

Abstract

Umrah is a form of sunnah worship and has the essence of Sharia which is almost the same as the pilgrimage. The difference lies in the time of it is implementation. Hajj is performed in the month of Dhul-Hijjah, while Umrah can be performed at any time. Many aspects of cooperation merely fear Allah provide for the hereafter. One form of cooperation that is common in the community is Umrah bailout services that can be used as a business, which is profitable or often also called Umrah bailout funds are needed by Muslims who have a strong desire to perform Umrah worship but they are limited by their financial condition meaning they can leave Umrah but the payment is more flexible because it is paid in installments or through installments through financial services. Umrah bailout products are used as the choice of the community in performing Umrah worship, Umrah bailout funds whose financing is aimed at people who want to carry out Umrah worship. The high interest of the community to be able to worship the holy land of Mecca, but is constrained by the high enough cost, so it takes a long time to collect the cost to go on pilgrimage, therefore more and more services for Umrah worship providers, it is clear that the sale of Umrah organizers services becomes an industry the religiosity sector, what else is very beneficial for the service bureau.

Abstract

Employment and finance are two aspects that must be considered and need to be repaired in the management of schools. In Reality, management of Islamic Boarding Schools still use simple management, that caused due to the limited quality the power of man-manager boarding. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) How is the financial management of Islamic boarding schools in West Java ?. 2) How does the analysis of the competence of the manager of finance boarding against management finance boarding schools in Java West?The method of research used  research qualitative with approach descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving questionnaires to representatives of 14 Islamic Boarding School in West Java. Analysis of data using analysis of narrative is based on findings that there is.The results of the discussion of the research: 1) The majority of schools or 92.9% already manage finances with the good , and 7.1% of schools are not managing finances with good. 2) Pondok Islamic Boarding School, who already has human resourches competency that good and not suitable, can be seen on the appropriateness of expenses or do not exceed the budget.

Abstract

Productive empowerment of waqf is an effort to develop and manage waqf assets through various empowerment programs so that their usefulness is sustainable and waqf can be distributed evenly. In 2019, the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) stated that the potential of waqf assets in Indonesia annually reaches 2000 trillion with waqf land area reaching 420,000 hectares. Meanwhile, based on data from the Ministry of Religion Waqf Information System (2019), the area of waqf land in Indonesia reached 51,480.01 hectares spread over 382,722 locations. Of this amount, only 61.09% of them have been certified and 73% of waqf assets are intended only for places of worshipand not yet productive.The purpose of this study is to find out what efforts can be made in optimizing the empowerment of productive waqf in improving the economic welfare of the community. There are several important aspects as an effort in realizing the success of the community's economic prosperity through the empowerment of productive waqf, that is: Optimizing the role of Nazir and Optimizing the empowerment of productive waqf.
