Abstract

This study aims to examine several factors that influence the bankruptcy of LPD in Buleleng Regency; the factors in question are legal protection, management competence, good corporate governance, the active role of citizens and the role of internal supervisory bodies. Research approach with quantitative methods. This study used a questionnaire method with 63 respondents, namely LPD managers in the sub-districts of Tejakula, Kubuaddan, Sawan, Buleleng, Sukasada, Banjar, Busungbiu, Gerokgak and Seririt, Buleleng district. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study state that legal protection does not affect the potential for bankruptcy of the LPD, the competence of managers variable affects the potential for bankruptcy of the LPD, the variable Good Corporate Governance does not affect the potential for bankruptcy of the LPD, the variable active role of citizens does not affect the potential for bankruptcy of the LPD, the variable The role of the internal supervisory body affects the potential for bankruptcy. Abstract

This study is conducted to analyze the impact of ownership structure on the firm's value. Dimensions of ownership structure are represented by concentrated ownership and managerial ownership. The samples of this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. Total Observation of 125 was determined by the purposive sampling method. Both performance measures: ROE and ROA, are used to measure the performance of the corporate. There is market capitalization as the control variable. This study uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) for hypotheses testing. The results show that Ownership concentration has a negative effect with statistical insignificance on corporate performance (measured by ROE); however, it is positive and significant on corporate performance (measured by ROA). Managerial ownership found insignificance in corporate performance. However, it has a positive effect on corporate performance (measured by ROE) and a negative effect on corporate performance (measured by ROA). The research found that the size of the firm effect (measured by market capitalization) has a positive effect with statistical significance on corporate performance. The implication of this study showed that all companies should take concentrated ownership, which creates majority and minority shareholders creating a potential conflict that may affect the value of the firm and consider size effect on the performance of the corporate

Abstract

There are factors that influence the use of Electronic Money in the OVO Application, such as Ease and Security. OVO is a product (e-money) issued by PT. International Visionet Data. This application is used as a transaction medium in making payments with electronic payment methods digitally based on data obtained by the use of (e-money) is increasing and in demand by the Indonesian people from year to year continues to increase, even at the end of September 2019 the amount of Electronic Money has jumped 31 times folded to 25.1 million units. This proves that the level of Ease and Security provided by the OVO Application is very good. From the research results obtained results, where Ease has a positive and partially significant influence on the Interest in Using Electronic Money in the OVO Application for Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Warmadewa University, besides that security, has a positive and significant commercial effect on the interest in using Electronic Money in Economics Faculty Students and Warmadewa University Business. The convenience and security provided by the OVO Application is sufficient to attract interest in the use of Electronic Money by consumers, advised for the OVO Application to pay more attention and increase its convenience and security.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of foreign debt and foreign investment on economic growth in Indonesia from 2015 to 2020. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach. The research sample was conducted in 2 cities, namely, Malang and Jogjakarta with 200 respondents. Analysis tool using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study state that foreign debt has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, Foreign investment has a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. The government needs to take steps to reduce foreign debt and try to increase investment in Indonesia so that development in Indonesia is more advanced. The government needs to increase foreign investment to support economic growth.

Abstract

This article describes how the cost of raw materials and promotional costs affect the sales volume generated by the company. This research aims to find out that the cost of raw materials and promotion costs can increase sales volume. This study uses secondary data, obtained from the annual reports of each company with the years published 2018, 2019 and 2020. The number of observations is 105 data determined by the purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression is an analytical tool in this study. The results showed that the cost of raw materials partially affects sales volume, the promotion also costs partially affect sales volume. Simultaneously the cost of raw materials and promotion costs affect sales volume. The raw material costs incurred by the company are used to produce products that follow market demand both in terms of quality and quantity, and the company can use promotional costs appropriately.
