Abstract

Research of stock portfolio performance based on Price Earning Ratio (PER) is still a debate. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of stock portfolio based on PER at Indonesian Stock Exchange during period 2014 - 2016, in addition of these reaserch is to test the comparison of stock portfolio performance between high PER and low PER. Performance stock portfolio based on PER is measured by Risk Adjusted Return (index of Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen), and comparison stock portfolio performance between high PER and low PER is tested by using statistic analysis independent sample t-test. The result of these research are low PER is outperform than high PER measured by index Sharpe and index Treynor, but high PER outperform if measured by index Jensen during periode 2014 – 2016 at Indonesia Stock Exchange and t-test analysis between high PER and low PER is founding that stock portfolio high PER and low PER measured by index Treynor and index Jensen is difference significantly, but measured by index Sharpe is not difference significantly.

Abstract

The debate about the formation of a portfolio based on market capitalization (firm size) is common in several empirical studies. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of stock portfolio based on market capitalization at Indonesian Stock Exchange during period January – December 2017. These reaserch is also to test the comparison of stock portfolio performance between big, middle and small market capitalizations. Performance of stock portfolio based on market capitalization is measured by Risk Adjusted Return (index of Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen), and to test the comparison of stock portfolio performance between big, middle and small market capitalizations is tested by using statistic analysis independent sample t-test. Abstract

PROSEDUR PENYELESAIAN PEMBIAYAAN MIKRO BERMASALAH PADA PT. BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI KCP BULELENG   Komang Tri Wahyuni Jurusan Akuntansi Program Diploma III, FEB Undiksha Desak Nyoman Sri werastuti Jurusan Akuntansi Program Diploma III, FEB Undiksha e-mail: komangtriwahyuni66@yahoo.com   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada produk pembiayaan mikro pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Buleleng. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa prosedur penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah yang digunakan telah memadai, demikian pula dengan analisis permohonan pembiayaan yang cukup selektif dilakukan dalam upaya menghindari adanya kredit bermasalah. Prosedur penagihan yang digunakan cukup baik karena terlebih dahulu dilakukan pendekatan-pendekatan kepada nasabah. Penyelesaian kredit bermasalah pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Buleleng dapat dilakukan dengan restrukturisasi pembiayaan, novasi, kompensasi, likuidasi, dan subrogasi, serta penyelesaian pembiayaan pada Pengadilan. Kata kunci :Prosedur, Pembiayaan Mikro, Pembiayaan Bermasalah, Bank Syariah.   abstract This study aims to determine how the settlement procedures of financing problems in micro-finance products in PT Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Buleleng . Data collection method used is the method of observation , interviews and documentation. Analysis data used is descriptive qualitative analysis . The results stated that the settlement procedures for financing problem used is adequate , as well as analysis of the financing request is quite selective in an attempt to avoid the presence of non-performing loans . Billing procedures used quite well as to prior approaches to customers. Resolution of problem loans at PT . Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Buleleng can be done by restructuring the financing , novation , compensation , liquidation , and subrogation , as well as the completion of financing on the court . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, dan (3) evaluasi pelajaran berbicara basa Bali yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Bali di kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Objek penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pelajaran berbicara basa Bali yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penilitian ini juga menggunakan deskriptif-kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode studi dokumenter, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Perencanaan pelajaran berbicara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja sudah sesuai dengan komponen penyusunan RPP dalam Kurikulum 2013. Ada beberapa komponen RPP yang masih perlu diperbaiki yaitu KD dan indikator, materi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan pelajaran berbicara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Ada beberapa komponen pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang harus dicermati lagi yaitu inti dan penutup pelajaran. (3) Evaluasi pelajaran berbicara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja menggunakan pendekatan autentik yaitu sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Karena di Jurusan Pendidikan bahasa Bali menggunakan skripsi bahasa Bali, maka saya lampirkan abstrak dengan bahasa Bali. KUUB Tetilik puniki matetujon nelatarang (1) pangrencana, (2) panglaksana, lan (3) pamastika peplajahan mabebaosan basa Bali sane nganggen model peplajahan inovatif ring kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Jejering tetilik puniki guru bahasa Bali ring kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Penandang ring tetilik puniki inggih punika pangrencana, panglaksana, miwah pamastika peplajahan mabebaosan basa Bali sane nganggen model peplajahan inovatif ring kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Tetilik puniki nganggen deskriptif-kualitatif lan mupulang data nganggen metode studi dokumenter, observasi, lan sadu wicara. Pikolih tetilik puniki nyantenang (1) Pangrencana peplajahan mabebaosan basa Bali sane nganggen model peplajahan inovatif ring kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja sampun manut sareng piranti penyusun RPP ring Kurikulum 2013. Wenten piranti penyusun RPP sane patut kalimbakang malih inggih punika KD lan indikator, pidaging peplajahan, dudonan peplajahan, miwah pamastika peplajahan. (2) Panglaksana peplajahan mabebaosan basa Bali sane nganggen model peplajahan inovatif ring kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja nganggen pendekatan saintifik. Wenten sane patut kapratiaksayang malih inggih punika ring daging lan pamuput peplajahan. (3) Pamastika peplajahan mabebaosan basa Bali sane nganggen model peplajahan inovatif ring kelas XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja nganggen pendekatan autentik minakadi panglaksana, kaweruhan, lan kawagedan. Pamastika sane durung becik kalaksanayang inggih punika pamastika parilaksana. Kata kunci: mabebaosan, inovatif, lan Kurikulum 2013 Kata Kunci : Berbicara, inovatif, lan Kurikulum 2013 The aim of this research are to describe the (1) plan, (2) process , and (3) evaluation of the study of Balinese speaking using innovative learning model in XII IIS 3 at SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The subject of this research is the Balinese teacher in XII IIS 3 at SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. The object of this research are planning, processing and evaluating of the study of Balinese speaking using innovative learning model in XII IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. This research is also using descriptive-qualitative strategy. Method which is using in this research to collect the data are documenter study, observation and interview. The result of this research are (1) Lesson plan about Balinese Speaking using innovative learning model in XII IIS 3 at SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja which is already match with component in the lesson plan of Curriculum 2013. There are some components that should be fixed such as standard competence and indicator, material, learning activity and learning evaluation/assessment. (2) The step or the activity of the Balinese speaking using innovative learning model in XII IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja which is using scientific Approach. There some components of the learning activity which should be more concerned such as in the whilst and post activity. (3) Evaluation system in the study of Balinese speaking which is using innovative learning model in XII IIS 3 SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja use authentic approach. keyword : Speaking, innovative, and curriculum 2013

Abstract

This research uses randomly generated digital data to detect modulation types. The types of modulation are tested QPSK, 16-QAM, and 64-QAM.In the characteristic extraction process uses a statistical feature set approach with the mean, varian, kurtosis and skewness, while feature selection uses Multi-Class Support Vector Machine(SVM) with 5 classes in the classification including (i)Not a feature, (ii)Mean, (iii)Varian, (iv)Kurtosis and (v)Skewness.In detecting the type of modulation in this study using Backpropagation Artificial Neural Networks by learning process used the Conjugate Gradient Polak Ribiere algorithm. This study, researcher also compared the learning with Conjugate Gradient Polak Ribiere and learning using Gradient Discent. The results of the comparison learning was 401 training data using Conjugate Gradient Polak Ribiere much better with a higher accurancy value of 86,20% and lower error rate of 13,80% in the iteration to 781, while the Gradient Discent in the same iteration the accuracy rate is 67,83% and the error rate is 32,17%. From the test results there are 4 feature groups that was able to recognize the type of modulation including (i) Mean,Variant,Kurtosis, (ii)Mean, Variant, Skewness, (iii)Variant, Kurtosis, Skewness and (iv)Mean, Kurtosis, Skewness.

Abstract

PROSEDUR PENYELESAIAN PEMBIAYAAN MIKRO BERMASALAH PADA PT. Abstract

This study is conducted to analyze the impact of ownership structure on the firm's value. Dimensions of ownership structure are represented by concentrated ownership and managerial ownership. The samples of this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. Total Observation of 125 was determined by the purposive sampling method. Both performance measures: ROE and ROA, are used to measure the performance of the corporate. There is market capitalization as the control variable. This study uses Ordinary Least Square (OLS) for hypotheses testing. The results show that Ownership concentration has a negative effect with statistical insignificance on corporate performance (measured by ROE); however, it is positive and significant on corporate performance (measured by ROA). Managerial ownership found insignificance in corporate performance. However, it has a positive effect on corporate performance (measured by ROE) and a negative effect on corporate performance (measured by ROA). The research found that the size of the firm effect (measured by market capitalization) has a positive effect with statistical significance on corporate performance. The implication of this study showed that all companies should take concentrated ownership, which creates majority and minority shareholders creating a potential conflict that may affect the value of the firm and consider size effect on the performance of the corporate
