E-CHIEF JOURNAL (Early Childhood and Family Parenting Journal) is a journal that was started publishing on May 2021 at the Early childhood Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Focus and Scope of journal is research study and analysis related to Early Childhood Education. The article will publish in English, every manuscript sent to the editorial office of the journal ought to follow the writing guidelines. If the manuscript does not meet with the author guidelines or any manuscript written in different format, the article will be rejected before further review. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the activities of educators, students and the results of children's development in cutting patterns. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 3 meetings. The research subjects were group B of Baitul Makmur Integrated Islamic Kindergarten with 13 children. The use of the instrument is the activity sheet of educators, students, and developmental results. While the data analysis used descriptive analysis. The findings showed that teacher activity increased from meeting 1 with the criteria of "good enough" to the category of "very good" at meeting 3. The classical activities of children at the initial meeting were 53% with the criteria of "most of the children were active" to 92% with the criteria of "Almost All Children Very Active” at meeting 3. The results of classical child development at meeting 1 were 54% with the interpretation of BB (Not yet Developed) progressing up to 92% or with BSB interpretation at meeting 3. It is recommended to use the Explicit Instruction Model with the Assignment Method as a reference for effective learning to develop aspects of Children's fine motor skills, especially in the development of cutting according to patterns.Keyword: Explicit Instruction, Assignment, Cutting Patterns

Abstract

AbstractThis studyaims to describe teacher activities and analyze activities, independence and fine motor aspects of children.  The problem in this i researchis the low activity, independence and motor aspects ofchildren. This is due to  the lack of meaningful learning, children lack opportunities in independent learning activities, and lack of activities that train children's fine motor skills.  An attempt to solve this problem is to use the EXTREAM model (E Xplicit insTRuction, kolasE and mediA alaM materials).  This  research approach uses a qualitative approach with a type of classroom action research (PTK), the subject of research in group B2 children in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 15 Banjarma sin Kindergarten. Data collection techniques use observation sheets on teacher activities, children's activities, independence and fine motor aspects. Meanwhile, data analysis is the analysis of descriptions  and cross tables and  achievements and criteria.  The results showed that teacher activity achieved very good criteria at meeting  3. The child's activity at meeting 3 reaches the criteria of "All Active Students". Thechildren at meeting 3 achieved  the criteria of "All Independent Students". In addition, the results of the child's fine motor development at the last meeting reached 100% of children who succeeded by obtaining (BSH) and (BSB).  It was concluded that the EXTREAM model can improve the activity, independence and results of fine motor development of the child very well. It is recommended to use the EXTREAM model as a reference for effective learning of teachers to realize the results of the development of fine motor aspects better.Keywords: Activity, Independence, Fine Motor, Explicit Instruction, Natural Material Media.

Abstract

Abstract:        Based on the brief description, several problems were formulated in this study as follows: (1) whether there is a contribution of the principal's supervision  to the morale of PAUD teachers in Pahandut District, Palangkaraya City (2) whether there is a contribution of teacher achievement motivation to the morale of PAUD teachers in Pahandut District, Palangkaraya City   (3) whether the contribution of jointly supervising the principal and motivating the teacher's achievement to the morale of PAUD teachers in Pahandut District, Palangkaraya City. The method used is a descriptive method, which is to describe the contribution of the principal's supervision and motivation for achievement to the morale of PAUD teachers in Pahandut District, Palangkaraya City.  The study population was PAUD teachers in Pahandut Subdistrict, Palangkaraya City  as many as 233 teachers, using proportional random sampling techniques obtained a sample of 139 teachers. Data collection techniques for principal supervision variables (X 1), teacher achievement motivation variables (X 2) and teacher morale variables (Y) using questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale. Instrument testing uses data validation and reliability tests, while data analysis requirements testing uses normality tests, linearity tests, multicholinearity tests and heteroskedasticity tests. To determine the contribution of the principal supervision variable, the teacher achievement motivation variable to the teacher's morale in this study was carried out using regression and multiple regression tests using the SPSS 17.0 program application.Keywords: Principal Supervision, Teacher Achievement Motivation, Teacher Morale

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine teacher activities, children's activities and the results of developing children's religious and moral values in recognizing good and bad behavior. The method used qualitative type of Class Action Research (PTK), which is carried out 3 cycles with each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subjects of the study were 14 children. The instruments used are observation sheets related to teacher activities, children's activities, and developmental results. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that teacher activity increased with the category "Excellent". Children's activity has classically increased with the "Very Active" category. Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problem suggests that the principal supervision will affect the performance of teachers, so it can be presumed that the lack of effective performance of Elementary School teacher in the Tanjung sub-district, due to the lack of effective supervision of the school principal that the teacher's performance of the work carried yet effective. Teachers who are willing and able to improve their competence development their performance also increased. Lack of willingness of Elementary School teachers in the Tanjung sub-district to develop a profession cape is thought to cause the performance is low. This research is categorized as descriptive correlational for trying to explain the relationship factors or varieties of variables that influency the state without manipulating these variables. If viewed in terms of its approach, this research categorized as quantitative research. Furthermore, because this research aims to reveal the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, this research also called correlational research.Keywords : academic supervision, professional development, performance
