Abstract

Communication plays an important role in uniting various activities in life, the process of information and between individuals as well as between people so that interaction occurs between them. Communication in the present, occurs both directly and using communication media. The government supports the development of current technology and expects a system that helps all employees work in government agencies. In this study, applications will be made that are expected to help and support them. This application is used to send real time information notifications, receive, take action, and send notifications to desired employees and also real time. Information sent in the form of announcements of events, meetings, and other activities while discussing, and discussion will be made for employees of their work in the report to fill in the appropriate tasks and for employees who have more work. In addition, this application uses Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) to send information and conversation notifications. So that, information that is announced and translated is sent at a time that can be accessed easily, an application created on an Android-based mobile device with information and changes sent are made by a Web servicebased application as server application, so notifications and transfer information will be sent as soon as there is an internet connection. Based on the assistance, this application will be run as soon as possible to help the Tanggamus Regency Secretariat office.

Abstract

Skin disease is a disease that is dangerous and easily suffered many circles, due to lack of knowledge of skin disease they thought that all diseases associated with normal skin as a disease, but their assumption is not necessarily true. Or perhaps they suffer from other illnesses that are more dangerous than skin disease in the suffering so with the artificial intelligence system can help the community in gaining the desired information about disease outside especially skin diseases. System that has the ability as an expert to give certainty. Therefore, based on the needs of the physicians and the general public in addressing the shortage of doctors, it can be in the wake of software engineering with forwarding chaining method for diagnosing skin diseases by using a web-based system

Abstract

Betta fish are in demand and bred by the community. Based on their habitat, betta fish are in swamps, rivers, and lakes. In Indonesia, many are found in various areas such as Kalimantan, Sumatra and others. Betta fish is one of the freshwater fish which has its own uniqueness and many types, both in terms of color and shape. Some of them have bright, dark and exotic colors. Many novice breeders of betta fish are just starting their business and they find it difficult when their pet betta fish get sick. Diseases found in ornamental fish, especially betta fish, are more quickly prevented and treated if the Betta fish cultivators know in advance what diseases are attacking their fish. Therefore, a research is needed which makes it easier for novice breeders of betta fish to find out early about what diseases attack their fish before they jump into betta fish breeders. This method used the forward chaining method. In order for betta fish farmers to detect diseases more quickly, we tried to create a program to detect betta fish diseases using an expert system. This expert system also aims to provide preventive solutions to these fish so that breeders can get a satisfactory harvest. It also diagnoses diseases in fish. After these symptoms are detected, the disease, symptoms and treatment will be found.

Abstract

Bananas are native to Southeast Asia. The plant of the Musaceae tribe has the Latin name Musa paradisiaca. Banana production in Indonesia is quite large, even Indonesia became one of the largest banana producers in the world. National banana production continues to increase every year, for example from 2,308,379 tons (in 1988) to 2,417,760 tons (in 1989). The largest banana-producing region is located in Java (Suhardi et al, 2002). An expert system is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, and reasoning techniques to solve problems that can usually be solved only by experts in the field. Forward Chaining is a search technique that begins with known facts, then matches those facts to the sections IF of the rules IF_THEN. Based on the results of the implementation found that the application program expert system dpat facilitate the farmers in the determination of seeds of banana seeds in accordance with the criteria and this application can run well and easy in its use.

Abstract

The potential of livestock in Central Lampung Regency has a great influence on most markets, because this is the largest livestock farming area in Lampung Province. Farmers in Indonesia often encounter various diseases in their livestock. In Central Lampung, many farmers know that their cattle are infected with certain diseases which cause farmers to experience losses in raising cattle because they are not suitable for trading. In this modern era, people must understand the problems they face. One of them is how to deal with the livestock industry when a cow is infected with a certain virus. Some breeders are confused about what disease will attack the cow so that it has the potential to get disease. An expert system is a digitalization model which transfers knowledge from an expert to a machine or program. In this case, the expert system is one way to solve the problem of cattle farming in Central Lampung. By using the Forward Chaining method and website-based implementation which is one way to solve expert system problems, this can make it easier for the community and cattle breeders to understand the disease and how to overcome it without spending too much money.

Abstract

The role of facial beauty experts is very important to identify the type of facial skin and provide the right treatment solution for each type of facial skin. From this, an expert system is needed to help provide solutions by building an expert system that can identify the type of facial skin by including treatment solutions. The forward chaining method chooses based on considerations in the IF logic process of the If-Then, AND OR rules, and this method seeks the combination of the highest trust value. to assist aesthetic doctors in documenting medical knowledge and experience that can be used later by nurses in detecting skin types on the face. From the results of the research, it was concluded that an expert system was built to detect the type of skin on the face at the D'Aangels beauty clinic that can determine the type of skin without coming to the location of the D'Aangels beauty clinic

Abstract

Medicinal plants are very abundant biological wealth in Indonesia. Herbs made from medicinal gardens have also become the heritage of the Indonesian people. In the development of technology in the current era, especially for developers, a lot of the latest innovations have emerged. One of them is making the introduction application of this medicinal plant. However, currently there are still many people who have not used IT, so this research needs to be done not only once in order to create a more effective and updated application according to their needs. This research was conducted to create an android-based introduction application of medicinal plants which is simpler than previous research. This research was made using the mitt app inventor which is obtained for free and is easy to use because it has provided coding according to what researcher needs. This research model used the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). From this research, the researcher produced an application which can be used to find out the list of plants, the benefits of plants and types of traditional medicinal plants which can treat certain types of diseases.

Abstract

Pepper is one commodity exported from Indonesia. Black pepper seed quality for export includes some criteria predetermined. However, in determining the quality of black pepper seeds is often constrained this is still a lack of public knowledge about the quality of black mustard seeds. The problem that makes researchers want to create a system that can help the decision support pepper farmers in determining the quality of black pepper seeds. In making the Decision Support System was built taking several criteria such as water content, seed weight, levels of foreign body, and the fruit skin color. The system was built using the Simple Additive Weighted method. The existence of a Decision Support System to help farmers in determining the quality of the seeds of black pepper quickly and accurately by incorporating the criteria found in the field into the system, and the calculation of SAW result that varieties Petaling 2 is a quality black pepper highest with a value of 1.

Abstract

Data collection for toddlers and pregnant women using an Android-based application can help in the early handling of health problems, especially for toddlers and pregnant women. Early detection and treatment of health problems for toddlers and pregnant women is important to minimize the occurrence of errors in data collection and handling. Dependence on the presence of a village midwife is very high, especially for toddlers and pregnant women. One of them is a problem which occurs in the information system for data collection for toddlers and pregnant women which is still manual in inputting the data, so it is not efficient and has to input data for toddlers and pregnant women one by one and this is very time-consuming. Based on this, the researcher provides a solution to the village apparatus so that the information system is more adequate by developing an android-based application for data collection information for toddlers and pregnant women. This data collection research uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method so that the results can be more accurate. The researcher has developed an easy system for users to search for data on toddlers and pregnant women so that it is easier without having to search one by one, and users can also delete or add data easily.

Abstract

Lovebird birds are one of the chirping birds that are being favored by the public today, apart from their melodious voice and beautiful color patterns. not a few breeders want to try to breed this type of bird, but some breeders who are just starting out tend to not understand what types of diseases can attack lovebirds. Farmers can even lose from this. Therefore, an expert system for diagnosing the disease of lovebird birds was created. The expert system for diagnosing lovebird birds is designed with a web-based application, while in the design it uses a Software Development Life Cycle, by taking a sample of the disease, namely dancing disease and with this disease diagnosis expert system it is hoped that it can help breeders know and deal with lovebirds that are affected by the disease. and also the percentage of results that are likely to occur will also be displayed in this expert system.
