Abstract

Public relations strategy really needs to be carried out by an organization or agency to form a positive image of the company. The importance of public relations apart from being a liaison and conveying information to the public, is also a good environmental shaping tool for public understanding of information and company policies. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit Padang Pelawi in building a positive image in the partnership program. The purpose of this study was to determine the public relations strategy in running the partnership program at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit of Padang Pelawi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by making descriptions and descriptions in a systematic, factual and accurate manner regarding the facts and characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated by collecting data and then analyzing it to obtain conclusions. The data collection technique was done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study, it can be said that the public relations strategy in running the partnership program at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VII Unit of Padang Pelawi very good, this is because policies related to implementation guidelines, work methods, procedures and regulations carried out by the company are in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures, in addition to the partnership fund assistance program as well as information and technology assistance, which have a positive impact on company employees (internal) and society (external).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the e-government based public service innovation at the investment office and one-stop integrated service in Bengkulu city. This research is a qualitative research which is presented descriptively. Informants in this study amounted to 6 people consisting of: 3 key informants and 3 main informants. Data collection methodes through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that e-government-based Public Service Innovation at the Bengkulu City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office is seen from the theory of the Characteristics of Public Service Innovation: (1) The element of novelty, the policy issued by the government through the Bengkulu City DPMPTSP is that the service system already uses an online system through the website. (2) The positive benefits and impacts, for agencies, are that employees can be more assertive in carrying out the rules without having to meet face-to-face with applicants during the current pandemic because the agency has implemented an online licensing system. For the community, it is easier for the applicant's business because there is no need to manually process files because an online system has been implemented through the website. (3) Providing a solution to the problem, the solution provided by the Bengkulu City DPMPTSP is that the agency facilitates computers, scanners and assistance to assist applicants in conducting business permits. (4) Continuous, the application of technology in DPMPTSP will be sustainable because it can facilitate licensing applications. (5) Compatibility, Employees at DPMPTSP adjust e-government licensing services by following established regulations, namely Government Regulation No. 24 of 2018 concerning Electronically Integrated licensing services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the SWOT analysis of PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah in Distributing Corporate Social Responsibility Assistance. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, it is known that: (1) Strengths owned by PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah in Distributing Corporate Social Responsibility Assistance are: (a) Availability of a CSR fund budget of 5% of the company's profits or profits each year, (b) Availability of technology that can be used by companies and the community in distributing CSR funds in the form of motorized vehicles four wheels such as trucks and pickups, (c) Human resources who participate in helping the distribution of CSR assistance in the company are HRD employees who are assisted by security guards and other employees appointed by the leadership. (2) Weaknesses owned by PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah in Distributing Corporate Social Responsibility Assistance, the main things are: (a) The minimum budget issued by the company, (b) The location is far away and the terrain is difficult (slippery and steep). (3) Opportunities owned by PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah in Distributing Corporate Social Responsibility Assistance are: (a) There is a company policy regarding the approval of CSR assistance. The policy was made by the leadership as a form of corporate social responsibility to the community and the surrounding environment, (b) There was a positive response from the community. (4) Threats owned by PT. Bumi Raflesia Indah in Distributing Corporate Social Responsibility Aid are: (a) The distribution of aid is hampered. (b) The safety of the team in distributing aid is threatened. This is because such conditions can threaten the safety of the team or employees when distributing CSR assistance.

Abstract

The Department of Population and Civil Registration is the implementing element of government affairs in the field of civil registration, in which there is management in the process of carrying out a job with a series of sequential, continuous actions that are carried out to achieve something that has been determined. In accordance with the mission of Ogan Ilir Regency, among others, namely realizing and improving the performance of local government officials who can serve the community excellently, making good governance (Good Governance), honest, free from corruption, collusion and nepotism practices. The author is interested in conducting research at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency with the title Public Service Apparatus Performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The problem of this research is limited to matters relating to the role of the service apparatus in providing services to the community. The research focuses on the performance of the service apparatus in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the performance of public service apparatus in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency, supporting and inhibiting factors in the public service of the apparatus at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. According to Lexy J. Moleong (2013) qualitative research is research that produces analytical procedures that do not use other qualification analysis procedures. In determining the operational variables of qualitative research, initially the problems studied were still general. Research will become clearer when researchers are in the field. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the public service performance of the apparatus at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency was overall good. However, there are still weaknesses in terms of timeliness of service, ease of service and accuracy in service. The suggestion submitted is that the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency should coordinate with related parties. Thus, service delays can be overcome.

Abstract

The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method in which a method related to data collection, while the data used are: interviews and observations. The purpose of this study was to determine the administrative services of making Marriage Certificates at KUA Jejawi District. From the results of interviews conducted with the Head of KUA, the administration, and Administration, the results of the research conducted indicate that the role of administration in improving the service of making Marriage Certificates is still low, this is due to the employee who takes care of the administration by only one person, and the lack of execution of tasks guidance and empowerment services in planning activities in the manufacture of Marriage Certificates.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to increase the dignity of the community layer out of the trap of poverty and underdevelopment so that the government programs assistance intended for the poor, one of which is the National Program for Independent Rural Community Empowerment (PNPM-MP). The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the National Program for Independent Rural Community Empowerment (PNPM-MP) in Kenten Laut Village, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency has been carried out well, especially with regard to the implementation of infrastructure development.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the administrative service process for making marriage certificates at the KUA, Sirah District, Padang Island. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method in which a method related to data collection, while the data used are: interviews and observations. From the results of interviews conducted with the Head of KUA, administration, and Administration, the results of the research conducted indicate that the administrative service process for making Marriage Certificates is still low, this is due to the fact that there is only one employee in charge of administration, and the lack of implementation of guidance services. and empowerment in planning activities in making Marriage Certificates.

Abstract

Since the stipulation of Permendagri of the Republic of Indonesia Number 110 of 2016 concerning the Village Consultative Body (BPD), in Kepahiang Regency all villages have had BPD. However, from a number of Village Consultative Body, when viewed from the activity of BPD from the number of village regulation products that have been made, not all of them carry out activities as they should, namely the Perdes products produced at least include the Perdes on organizational structure and village governance work, village head income. and village officials, village fees, nomination procedures, appointment and temporary dismissal and dismissal of village officials, village institutions, as well as village revenue and expenditure budgets. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the role of the Village Consultative Body in Temdak Village, Seberang Musi District, Kepahiang Regency. In this study a descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze the existing problems, with the findings in the field that the implementation of the role of legislation has been running but is still not optimal because not all members are technically active and only four members are actually actively involved technically in the drafting process. The implementation of supervision carried out by the BPD in general is strict, namely by paying attention to what is stated in the village regulation, then comparing it with what is actually being done by the village government, and if there is a discrepancy, the BPD will ask for an explanation from the village government. In the nurturing role, namely by maintaining and introducing existing customs and arts through the commemoration of national holidays and religious holidays at the village, sub-district and district levels..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of the government and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) on the management of the implementation of village development and community empowerment and what factors influence the implementation of village development and community empowerment in Bubusan Village, Jejawi District. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The main data collection techniques are: Observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Village Government and BPD with fairly good supervision, and wise enough because every activity of the Village government carrying out development is given constructive criticism and suggestions from the BPD, but there are still many shortcomings, especially inadequate facilities and infrastructure, including the absence of BPD office. The community empowerment program in Bubusan Village, Jejawi District is going well, it is proven that the government and BPD have created several organizations, including farmer organizations, fishermen, and the Youth Mosque Association (IRMA), Youth Organizations and others. The factors that influence the implementation of village development and community empowerment in Bubusan Village, include: Human Resources (HR) are not supportive, the community is not aware of the village environment. Like the maintenance of MCK, the community is less attentive, and the community is less concerned about training, both courses and other coaching.
