Abstract

This study aims to find out how Transparency of Village Government in Village Fund Management in 2018 in Talang Kering Village, Air Napal District, North Bengkulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study were obtained by conducting interviews, observation and documentation obtained based on the aspects of this study, namely looking into the process of planning, implementation and accountability of Village Fund management based on government budget transparency indicators (Kristianten, 2006: 73), namely availability and accessibility of documents, provision of information clear about procedures and costs, ease of access to information and the existence of a regulatory framework that guarantees openness. The results of this study found that, the Talang Kering village government has implemented transparency in managing village funds in accordance with the laws and regulations by providing easy access to Village Fund management documents and delivering information related to Village Fund management to the community either orally or in writing, in the form of socialization or information media such as baleho, bulletin boards and newspapers.

Abstract

Since the stipulation of Permendagri of the Republic of Indonesia Number 110 of 2016 concerning the Village Consultative Body (BPD), in Kepahiang Regency all villages have had BPD. However, from a number of Village Consultative Body, when viewed from the activity of BPD from the number of village regulation products that have been made, not all of them carry out activities as they should, namely the Perdes products produced at least include the Perdes on organizational structure and village governance work, village head income. and village officials, village fees, nomination procedures, appointment and temporary dismissal and dismissal of village officials, village institutions, as well as village revenue and expenditure budgets. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the role of the Village Consultative Body in Temdak Village, Seberang Musi District, Kepahiang Regency. In this study a descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze the existing problems, with the findings in the field that the implementation of the role of legislation has been running but is still not optimal because not all members are technically active and only four members are actually actively involved technically in the drafting process. The implementation of supervision carried out by the BPD in general is strict, namely by paying attention to what is stated in the village regulation, then comparing it with what is actually being done by the village government, and if there is a discrepancy, the BPD will ask for an explanation from the village government. In the nurturing role, namely by maintaining and introducing existing customs and arts through the commemoration of national holidays and religious holidays at the village, sub-district and district levels..

Abstract

In every year, the population of Indonesian is increasing. It makes urban areas become more denser and tend to be create more slums. The program of Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU)/ city without slum is one of the national programs with the aim of building the integrated system to handling the slum settlements, where the local government can lead and make a collaboration with the other stakeholders in planning and in implementation, and to put forward the participation society. The tittle of this reseach is The Paticipation of Society in Program of Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU)/ City without slum at Sumber Jaya, Kampung Melayu, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this research is to give the description concern the participation of society and to looking for the causes of participation which is not optimal. The methodology used in this research is qualitative descriptive to give a clear description to the research problem. The research aspect is reference by the theory of Cohen and Uphof, that is participation in taking the decision, implementation of program, taking the benefits, and evaluation. The result of research in the field shows that there are still a lot of society who are not participating, start from making the decision because the society are not well know about this program, the society are also not present in metting, at the implementation of the program, there are still many society who are not participating to help in direct when processing of construction, however the society had taking the position by pay the garbage fees, in taking the benefits, the society had feel the development benefits, however there are still of them who are throw the garbage at randomly, so it makes a new problem, and in evaluation there are still a lot of wish and critic from the society and the organizer for this program. The society who are not participating in this program caused by : 1) age, 2) habit, 3) uneducated society, 4) profession or activity, 5) less space to participate..

Abstract

tujuan penelitian ini pada dasarnya untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah tentang Penyaluran Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Sendawar Kec. Semidang Alas Maras, Kabupaten Seluma dan mengetahui faktor pendukung sekaligus faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran PKH. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pemerintah tentang penyaluran program keluarga harapan (PKH) berjalan dengan baik dan lancar terutama pada tahap penetapan calon penerima PKH, Penetapan KPM PKH, Pendampingan, Peningkatan kemampuan Keluarga penerima manfaat KPH dan transformasi peserta. Sedangkan tahapan lainnya mengalami sedikit hambatan yaitu perencanaan, validasi data calon penerima PKH, penyaluran PKH, Verifikasi Komitmen dan Pemutakhiran Data.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Restrukturisasi karyawan merupakan salah satu bagian strategi bisnis untuk melakukan penataan ulang kembali yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan Rakyat Bengkulu Online (RB Online) dalam transformasi media koran cetak ke digital dikantor Graha Pena Rakyat Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana restrukturisasi ini terjadi dan apa yang menjadi faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Setelah wawancara dilakukan bersama informan terpilih, maka peneliti akan mengolah data dengan menggunakan analisis data interaktif. Analisis data interaktif ini terdiri dari tiga alur kegiatan yang terjadi secara bersamaan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verivikasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang administrasi dan keuangan dalam hal kebijakan keuangan, system akuntansi, serta pelaporan dan monitoring guna peningkatan kinerja serta mewujudkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan Kelompok Keswadayan Masyarakat “Bening Sari”. kegiatan Pelatihan Administrasi dan Keuangan bagi Anggota KKM dan Satlak serta masyarakat guna meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang administrasi dan keuangan Kelompok Keswadayan Masyarat agar terwujud transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan KKM.Kegiatan Pelatihan Administrasi dan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal Delapan Belas bulan Desember tahun dua ribu dua satu bertempat di Sekretariat kelompok Bening Sari Desa Mekarsari Kecamatan Ilir Talo Kabupaten Seluma berjalan lancar, baik pada saat penyajian materi teori maupun praktek. Semua materi yang disajikan dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta.Kendala yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah minimnya pengetahuan peserta tentang pembukuan sehingga dalam penyampaian materi dilakukan berulang-ulang dengan beberapa penekanan. Namun melalui diskusi, Tanya jawab, dan praktek pembuatan pembukuan, peserta dapat pelan-pelan memahami tentang teknis pembukuan dan pengelolaan keuangan. .

Abstract

Social media has an influence on the larger community that is both beneficial and harmful. They help the process in real life by providing quick and comprehensive information. Additionally, owing to technical advancements that affect how simple it is to utilize social media as a communication tool, their negative consequence will be to abuse social media through crimes, fraud, and defamation. In order to help the community utilize social media responsibly, this community service aims to contribute perspective, knowledge, and understanding. This community service project is conducted in the form of socialization utilizing the lecture-based approach of information exchange, which is followed by a Q&A session or conversation between presenters and participants.The outcomes of this community service demonstrate that the community's intense use of social media must be consistent with knowledge of safe and responsible use. Through this community service project, it is intended that more individuals will learn how to use social media responsibly, enabling them to make the most of it while minimizing its negative consequences on real-world interactions.
