Abstract

LKP Karya Prima is one of the courses and training institutions that has worked closely with several companies to provide quality instructors. To solve the above problems, it is necessary to design an application of a decision support system to assist management in selecting outstanding instructors. Decision Support System (SPK) is used as an alternative application system that helps in making decisions for the determination of outstanding instructors. The process of determining the instructor with precision followed by the availability of more than a few classes that meet certain criteria is including the problem of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) TOPSIS, with the application of the TOPSIS method makes management easier to make decisions.

Abstract

Digital image is one form of digital data that is currently widely used to store photos, images or works in digital format, one of which is an ultrasound image. In the medical field ultrasound can be used to diagnose several diseases in human organs, one of which is the liver. Digital images are very vulnerable to eavesdropping or data theft by irresponsible parties. In order to maintain the security of ultrasound images can be done by using cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can encode digital ultrasound images by encrypting them in the form of passwords that are not understood. In this study using the Mars algorithm. To build this computerized application using Visual Basic 2008 as supporting application. This application was created as an effort to minimize the actions of misuse of the ultrasound image.

Abstract

Data or files have a very important role for every person who uses computers every day. Sending data or files over a network or media is just another large size, so it takes a long time also requires a large storage space in the process. File submission also requires certainty so that the file sent cannot be stolen or changed by an irresponsible person, so we need a way to overcome these problems. Compression technique is one technique to reduce the large capacity of a file that is used by the file provider in order to secure a file. The process of compressing and supplying PDF files is done by using compressing the data first with the Variable Length Binary Encoding algorithm, then the application designed will carry out these processes so that it will produce compressed and encoded files.

Abstract

The strategy used by motorcycle workshop management is through software applications with information systems to obtain a new innovation. In the process of selling goods, it is expected to provide benefits for those who use information technology because it can improve sales quality by providing services and recommendations to sellers and buyers. can even provide promotions. For this reason, the application of the association rules analysis application was developed in finding patterns of the combination of relationships between item-sets and for processing data on the accumulation of sales of workshop tools so far unknown for use so that the accumulated data was mined and information extracted and extracted information which is useful or called data mining is then extracted and interpreted by the pattern of sales trend of tools to improve services that are often sold using the FP-Growth algorithm. FP-Growth is an alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (Frequent Item Set) in a set of data and uses the concept of building trees in the search for Frequent Item Sets. This research was conducted by observing the variable data of equipment repairing equipment to improve service.

Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) adalah organisasi perhimpunan nasional di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang sosial kemanusiaan. PMI harus menentukan ciri peranan sosialnya secara tepat, tidak terlepas dari tugas-tugas yang ditentukan seperti penyelenggaraan transfusi darah, pendidikan dan pelatihan, pembinaan terhadap generasi muda. Setiap organisasi pasti membutuhkan pengurus yang dapat menjalankan tugas – tugas kepengurusan dan dapat mempertanggungjawabkan semua pekerjaannya didalam organisasi. Selain itu, memiliki jiwa loyalitas terhadap organisasi dan dapat membawa organisasi menjadi lebih baik, sesuai dengan visi dan misi PMI Kota Medan. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan pemilihan pengurus PMI Kota Medan yang mampu untuk melaksanakan tugas – tugasnya tersebut, untuk mewujudkan proses penilaian diperlukan metode MOORA. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksud yaitu seseorang yang berhak menerima jabatan berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang ada.
