Focus and Scope Jurnal Riset Manajemen dan Bisnis (p-ISSN: 1907-7343; e-ISSN: 2714-7312) adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan oleh Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana yang terbit dua kali setahun (Juli dan Desember). Jurnal ini didedikasikan sebagai sarana untuk berbagi dan diseminasi studi-studi terbaru dari para peneliti manajemen dan bisnis. Artikel-artikel empiris yang menyajikan riset yang akurat dan teliti secara metodologis dan temuan yang mencerahkan sangat dinantikan. Abstract

The objective of this paper is to investigate the attributes of services at a scooter maintenance centreand how to improve the attributes. As many as 40 customers participated in this study to identify theattributes. The instrument was developed through a combination of literature review, interview focusgroup discussion. Unlike many other studies that assume a linear relationship between servicesattributes and customer satisfaction, this study considers the relationship as non-linear. For thisreason, this study does not only use Service Quality (SERVQUAL) Model but also Kano’s Modelwhich was combined with Quality Function Deployment. The analysis demonstrated that there were13 attributes required by customers of which 4, 5 and 4 were categorised as attractive, onedimensional and must-berespectively according to Kano’s Model. Managerial implication and futureresearch recommendation are also presented at the end of the paper.Keywords: Service quality, Kano’s Model, Quality Function Deployment, Service Performance, Voiceof Customer, House of Quality

Abstract

"> Modes of transport workers in the city even become part of the traffic’s problems that have persisted.This is related to the conditions of workers in the city and availability of public transportation relatedto the place where they are live. Many studies in Indonesia about factors of the mode of transportworkers has been done by Lestari (2009), Ludfi Djakfar et all (2010), Widiarta (2010), Sijabar &Ratnasari (2013), Rahmawati (2014), Oktavia and Pandia (2013). Their studies conducting usingbinary logistic regression, but in this study, we try to use multinomial logistic regression. The motivesare expanding the scope of research, and also to capture the actual condition for labor in the city.This study conducted in West Jakarta district, as a growing city and become a second CBD in DKI.The aim of this study to show the factors which affect the urban worker who lives in West Jakartachooses their mode of transportation. This research found several factors like gender, married status,age, car ownership and motorcycle ownership affect labor to choose their mode of transportation.The policy implication regarding the result is how to improve the quality and quantity of publictransportations.Keywords: urban worker, mode of transportation, multinomial logistic regression

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of rotation of employees fairness aspecton satisfaction and employees performance in one of the private companies in Yogyakarta.Specifically, this research examines and analyzes the influence of distributive fairness and proceduralfairness employees rotation on employees job satisfaction and employees performance . This studyused survey method by using a census of all employees 90 people . Data analysis using SEM withAMOS program. The results show that the distributive justice rotation has positive effect on employeesatisfaction and employee performance . Procedural fairness rotation positive effect on employees jobsatisfaction, but has no direct effect on performance. Job satisfaction in this study mediate the effectof procedural fairness rotation of employees on employees performance.Keywords: Job rotation, distributive fairness, procedural fairness, employees satisfaction andperformance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that determine the intention to buy back online throughantesenden integration of trust and satisfaction. The object of this study is they who uses the servicesonline stores. Data were collected through an online questionnaire, distributed to the public whoactually use the online store site. 190 data were collected. Data analysis using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis with the help of application lisrel 8.80. The results showed thatthe perception of security no positive effect on customer confidence, while the perception of privacypositive effect on confidence. Perception of ease of use is not a positive influence to the customer'ssatisfaction and trust no positive effect on repurchase intention. Future studies are necessary toexamine the situation before and after doing shopping online in order to learn the extent of thecustomer's intentions to buy back. Lastly, the findings in this study are expected to provide a usefulguide for practitioners and researchers.Keywords: Trust, satisfaction, intent to repurchase, TAM

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze and empirically test the significance of partial and simultaneous effect ofinsider ownership, DER, ROE, firm size, IOS, PER, and EPS Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) inmanufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2008 - 2013 period. The results showedthat partially turned out just ROE, IOS, PER, and EPS significantly influence of dividend payoutratio, while the insider ownership, DER, and firm size does not affect significant. Meanwhilesimultaneously, all variables INSDOWN, DER, ROE, FSIZE, IOS, PER, EPS significantly influenceDPR. From coefficient of determination can be concluded that the ability of Insider Ownership, DER,ROE, Firm Size, IOS, PER and EPS in explaining dividend payout ratio amounted to 71.1 per centwhile the remaining 28.9 per cent influenced or explained by other variables not used in this study.Keywords: insider ownership, firm size, investment opportuinity set, earning per share, dividendpayout ratio

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a business that is able to reduce the unemploymentrate in the district of Manokwari. The number of SMEs from year to year the numbers continue toincrease, but in the course of time is less developed. Most successful businesses are growing, due tothe limited capital to fund operations. Fulfillment of the capital do business owners throughborrowing at the bank. Banks in lending charge a large interest expense, there by aggravating thebusiness owner if the loan amount is too large. This study aims to analyze the influence of assetstructure, company size and profitability of the capital structure. The sampling technique this studyusing purposive random sampling, with 87 SMEs. Based on the results of the analysis indicate thatvariable asset structure, company size, and profitability influence simultaneously and partially to thecapital structure. For business owners should be before the structure of assets pledged as collateralfor a loan should pay attention to the amount of borrowed funds in accordance with the value of theexisting asset structure, so that business activities more efficient and effective.Keywords: capital structure, asset structure, company size, profitability
