Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of Shopee's E-Commerce Facilities (Features) on student consumptive behavior. The data collection techniques uses a questionnaire method with a population of STEI Ar-Risalah students for the 2018-2021 academic year who have the Shopee Application, where purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. IBM statistical application version 26 is used to assist researchers in analyzing research data through simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the Shopee E-Commerce feature has an effect on student consumptive behavior. This is indicated by the results of the t test which shows the tcount value is greater than ttable (19.295 > 1.667) and a significance value of 0.000 which means it is smaller than the standard 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the BTN Syariah credit system and income factors on public interest in mortgage ownership of KPR. The object of this research is this research is BTN Syariah customers who use musharaka in ownership of KPR at Perum Sinar Garden Ciamis as many as 43 units. The research uses quantitative descriptive methods, meaning that the research tries to describe a symptom of current events and reveals data that has taken place without manipulating other variables without affecting the dependent variable according to real events. The results of the study inform that the BTN Syariah credit system and income factors have a positive effect on people's interest in using KPR. The BTN Syariah credit system and income factors can affect people's interest in using KPR by 82%, while the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study analyzes the reasons, supporting factors, process mechanisms, and effectiveness of conversion of Tunas Artha Mandiri Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) to convert. In addition, this study also aims to determine the conversion mechanism of Conventional Cooperatives into Savings and Loans Cooperatives and Sharia Financing at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri, Banjarsari-Ciamis. The method is qualitative research, with data collection carried out through interviews. This study uses three types of informants: critical, primary, and additional. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed (1) Two factors that encourage the Tunas Artha Mandiri Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) to convert, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are driven by the performance of the Conventional Tunas Artha Mandiri Cooperative, which has sufficient capacity to transform. Meanwhile, external factors are due to policy encouragement from the head office, increased religiosity of human resources, and the lack of existing Sharia cooperatives. The conversion mechanism begins with the member approval meeting, preparation for conversion, changes to the articles of association, changes in business activities (transformation of institutions, systems, managers, members), ratification of the pieces of association, and until the application for a business license. Cooperative conversion is quite effective based on indicators of achievement of goals, integration, and adaptation.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is an essential component of any business operation. Whether a business is successful depends on whether its marketing strategy is effective for its needs. Therefore, the selection of a marketing strategy requires precise calculations and analysis. According to the title observed, the method used in this study is a qualitative research method that generates descriptive data through observations, interviews, and documentaries. Cordova Living is a housing community that employs a sharia payment system, eliminating the BI checking system so that there are no interest, usury, confiscation, or fines. Based on the fact that Cordova Living was the pioneer of sharia-compliant housing in Tasikmalaya, the sharia marketing strategy is a great fit for marketing its products. As evidenced by the marketing mix, implementing sharia marketing strategies can increase sales figures and the selling value of Cordova Living housing. In terms of price (price) has advantages for consumers to negotiate because of the khiyar rights. In terms of products, transparency from start to finish, detailed explanations, and the freedom to bargain and negotiate can eliminate the element of fraud. The strategic place (location) close to the city center and education center provides added value for Cordova Living. The promotion (promotion) used by Cordova Living is friendly and applies 3S (senyum/smiles, salam/greetings, and sapa/greetings) and friendly service by applying Islamic rules.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and management results of the Margaharja Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) Sukadana District. However, the main objective of this study is to determine the economic improvement of the Islamic community through the Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ). The research method used is a qualitative method, namely identifying the state of an object or event to draw conclusions that apply in general by using descriptive analysis techniques. Data were collected by observation, interviews, and document studies. The study results show that the management implementation of the Margaharja Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) has been going well. In terms of planning and also its performance by creating success in increasing the satisfaction of zakat givers. This village's Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) has also improved the community's economy. It has a real positive impact because the distribution of zakat is in the form of working capital, not consumption goods.
