Abstract

The employee information system is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Language Hall Office, to get information about employees to be more focused and easy to obtain. In this study, researchers only discussed employee problems and data management mechanisms at the Aceh Language Center Office and designed an employee data collection information system using PHP and MySQL. The research objective was to understand the problems of employees and data management at the Aceh Language Center Office and to create a supporting application about employee information systems using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this report was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to literature, library books, and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. The employee information system is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) employee administration staff to record and input employee data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the employee information system at the Aceh Language Hall Office has followed the procedure and uses a computer with the PHP and MySQL language programs as the database.

Abstract

On the other hand, the system currently running at PT. Transvision, especially in the inventory section, in data processing errors often occur delays in goods orders due to monitoring of stock items that are still done manually with the number of items available. Even if the goods that consumers are looking for are in empty stock because the delay in stock input of goods can cause sales to decline, the goods that should be able to be sold cannot be sold. The author makes a problem limitation only on the Inventory Information System at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh using Visual BASIC.NET application, which is the purpose of writing, namely to identify and design the Inventory Information System at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh. There are two methods that the author uses to collect data, namely field studies and library studies. From the results of research and observations that have been made at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh, it can be concluded that the existence of this Inventory Information System Program Information system at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh becomes precise, and accurate, especially in the inventory section. And obtain information about the inventory of these goods becomes easier and this information system is able to solve problems that often occur at PT. Transvision Banda Aceh is difficult in controlling and supervising the inventory of goods and planning the procurement of goods. This procurement information system can avoid excess inventory and overcome the scarcity of goods which is of course highly expected by business actors so that an information system program is created in order to obtain quality information.

Abstract

The Tengku Diujung restaurant is one of the tourist destinations that is frequently visited by tourists because the restaurant has a mainstay menu that is in demand by many visitors, one of which is lobster noodles. However, each sales report still records data manually, sometimes experiencing errors due to inaccuracies in recording data. The formulations in this study are; how to manage all data on reports of receipts, orders, and sales or expenditures of goods, and whether employees are easy to find data, and how to manage data on receipts, orders, and sales or expenditures of goods. To complete the data needed in the preparation of this study, the authors use writing sources, namely; Library Research, Field Research, and Interviews and Observatories. From the results of the discussion on "Inventory Information System at the Tengku Diujung Restaurant (Simeulue Regency)" the author can conclude that the use of a manual system has limitations in selling goods. This information system, makes it easier for the restaurant to present information about revenue, ordering, and sales data to its customers. Although it requires a lot of money, it is worth the ease with which it is obtained, and designing this application will speed up the production of receipts, orders, and sales reports. The results of this study are the development of an Inventory Information System application with 9 (nine) inputs in the form of; data on goods, suppliers, customers, receipts, expenses, stocks, transactions, and application users. There are 6 (six) output designs consisting of; goods data, suppliers, customers, receipts, expenses, and stock reports.

Abstract

The Asset Management Information System is one of the data processing activities at the Aceh Plantation Office, to obtain information about assets that is more targeted and easy to obtain. In writing this thesis, the author only discusses the problem of designing a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service. The research objective was to identify and design a web-based Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Service and the Asset Management Information System Design using PHP and MySQL. The collection of data needed in writing this thesis is obtained by two methods, namely literature study related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by conducting interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this thesis. Asset Management Information System is carried out by one of the administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input asset data. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Asset Management Information System at the Aceh Plantation Office has followed procedures and uses a computer with HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP, and MySQL programming languages as the database.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and information systems that are running at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, and to create an application for customer data management, payment, and meter installation to simplify and speed up the data collection process. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, it can be concluded that with this customer information system in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, information becomes precise and accurate, especially in the service section, and to obtain information These customers become easier, this information system is able to solve problems that often occur in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, namely it is difficult to control and supervise customer data and account payments which can avoid delays in making reports every year and for a certain period, and the creation of a system program information in order to obtain quality information.

Abstract

As an effort to manage assets at the Aceh Provincial Health Office, an information system is needed that can handle problems in asset data collection. This research stage consists of; literature study, data collection, system analysis, system development, and report generation. Furthermore, in the development of the system used is the waterfall method or better known as the waterfall method. The design of the asset management information system software at the Aceh Provincial Office which the author designed consists of several stages, namely input design, output design, process design, control design, labor design, and cost design. The results of this study are an asset management information system built with Visual BASIC and Microsoft Office Access as databases. The conclusion that can be obtained from the analysis and design of the Asset Management Information System is that the information system will later be used to process asset data at the Aceh Health Office, namely adding, editing, searching for asset data. This system will also be equipped with displaying reports such as asset data reports and others. This application can be used as an alternative tool for processing asset data at the Aceh Health Office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) To find out the training information system at PT. Banda Aceh Main Media Engineering, and 2) To design a training information system at PT. Teknik Media Utama Banda Aceh City. FlowMap and data flow diagrams are used to show the general structure of an information. While the application development process using the waterfall model proposes a systematic and sequential approach to software development that starts at the level and progress of the system throughout analysis, design, code, testing, and maintenance. The research results include; 1) Management of training participant database at PT. Teknik Media Utama is ready to replace the old system gradually in a certain parallel period (4-6 months). During that time, the old system is still used to maintain data security and integrity if an error occurs in the new system, 2) The system will be very helpful for users or data managers of trainees at PT. Teknik Media Utama more quickly, easily and accurately in every activity related to training participant data, and 3) The system is very user friendly and in accordance with the needs of the object. Because in designing designs and others, the author does not design based on personal but always consults with users.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) To find out the public service information system in lending capital at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service, and 2) To design a public service information system in lending capital at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service. The design of public service information system software in web-based capital lending at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service which the author designed consists of several stages, namely input design, output design, process design, control design, labor design, and cost design. This design later the author hopes to make it easier for every user, especially the capital loan section of the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office for more detailed design stages. At the application development stage using the agile development method. Based on the results of observations and the author can draw a conclusion which include the following; 1) The use of the Community Service Information System in Lending Capital at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service is expected to help create accurate and effective loan information data, 2) The existence of an information system provides convenience for the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office because it speeds up general information and reduce errors, and 3) Sales Information System at the Aceh Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service which the author designed using various web-based programming languages ​​consisting of; HTML, CSS, Jquery, Java Script, JSON PHP, and for database processing the Structure Query Language (SQLL) is used. The supporting software used is XAMPP version 5.6 (Support MySQLi), NotePad ++, and Google Chrome Browser.

Abstract

The aim of this research is; 1) Able to design an information system for monitoring bidikmisi scholarships at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University Banda Aceh, and 2) Knowing the quality of the information system monitoring bidikmisi scholarships at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University Banda Aceh in providing information about bidikmisi scholarships based on ISO 9126 on functionality aspects, usability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability. The design of an information system for processing scholarship monitoring data at the Ar-Raniry State Islamic University based on a website that the author designed consists of several stages, namely input design, output design, process design, control design, labor design, and cost design, while the application development uses a model prototyping. Based on the results of research and testing of the student monitoring information system at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh that has been carried out by the author, several conclusions can be drawn, namely; 1) This study succeeded in creating a student monitoring information system at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, and 2) This research succeeded in collecting and reporting data on scholarships and orphaned students.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the Web-based SME Online Marketing System (E-Commerce), and 2) To design a web-based SME Online Marketing System (E-Commerce). Data Flow Diagram (DFD) is used to design the application, while the application design stage uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Based on the results of the research the author can draw a conclusion which includes the following; 1) The use of an online marketing system for SMEs (e-Commerce) based on the Web is expected to help create accurate and effective Sales Information data, 2) The information system provides convenience for SMEs because it speeds up information in general and reduces errors, 3) System Sales Information on SMEs which the author designed uses various web-based programming languages ​​consisting of; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JavaScript, JSON PHP, and for database processing the Structure Query Language (SQLi) is used. The supporting software used is XAMPP version 5.6 (Support MySQLi), NotePad ++, and Google Chrome Browser, and 4) Sales Information System for SMEs which the author designed also uses several APIs such as; WhatsApp Auto-Order link, GMAIL SMTP, Raja Ongkir Courier API which is a third party as a supporter of this sales application.
