Abstract

akuntabilitas yang tinggi perbankan syari‘ah tidak semata bekerja pada ranah operasional usahanya saja tapi termotivasi untuk menerapkan hukum islam secara utuh dalam segala aspek perbankan syari‘ah, sebagai pengabdian kepada sang Maha Esa, sembari mempersembahkan kinerja terbaik bagi perusahaan, menjadi kunci untuk memasuki pintu keabadian menuju-Nya. Dengan artian bahwa diharapkan nantinnya perbankan syari‘ah tidak hanya menyelenggarakan prinsip pengelolaan usaha yang sehat yang dikenal dengan Good Corporate Governance melainkan juga melaksanakan prinsip God Corporate Governance.

Abstract

Grant (1991) suggests that the strategy of the developers will determine their success in the provision of housing in accordance with the conditions of people's needs in an area. The house is a basic requirement in addition to the food and clothing. Community need a home as a residence. On the other hand, the house serves as a means for public investment and speculation. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential and strategies for real estate development in Jember. Research is qualitative research. This study includes two types of data are primary data and secondary data. Core informants in this study was determined by using the snowball method. Methods of analysis of this research is descriptive analytical method Spradley Model (Etnographic). The results showed Jember District have potential as a region in the development of residential areas which can be seen from the location, land area, population, education facilities. Real estate development strategy in Jember District based on potential areas for residential development to the community. Residential development is focused on the central area of economic activity in Jember District.

Abstract

Modernisme dengan watak sekularismenya meninggalkan sebuah dampak negatif bagi kehidupan ummat manusia modern. Manusia modern cenderung mementingkan aspek materi, atau yang disebut dengan perilaku hedonis- matrealistik. Orientasi seperti ini hanya akan berujung pada ―disorientasi‖ kehidupan. Manusia modern hidup dalam sebuah krisis di mana mereka tidak memiliki tujuan hidup. Dikatakan tidak memiliki tujuan hidup karena mereka melupakan sebuah tujuan yang sebenarnya, yaitu akhirat di mana akhirat merupakan stasiun terakhir dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the soybean price to earnings soybean tempe- making industry, the influence of labor costs to earnings in manufacturing industry tempe, and the effect of overhead costs (general) to earnings in the industry making tempe. The data used are primary data obtained by observation and interviews of the object under study, the small industry of tempe and craft industri tempe home industry.The method of analysis used is the Linear Multiple Regression Analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the presence or absence of the influence of the three independent variables. The analysis showed that small industry of tempe gained Adjusted R square of 0.838 means that 83,8% of the variation in earning tempe small industry can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables. While the remaining 16,2% is explained by other causes.Adjusted R square of 0,737 means that 73,7% of the variation in earning tempe craft home industry can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables. While the remaining 26,3% is explained by other causes.Soybean prices negatively affect the earning of tempe small industry and tempe craft home industry.Labor costs positively affect the earning of tempe small industry and no significant effect on tempe craft home industry.Overhead costs negatively affect the earning of tempe small industry and no significan effect on the earning of tempe craft home industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diajar dengan Metode Ceramah. Untuk mengetahui apakah Tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dan Metode Ceramah berhubungan dengan prestasi awal. Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dan Metode Ceramah dengan prestasi siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MAN Jember 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang diajar dengan Metode Ceramah. Dengan pengkonsultasian nilai F hitung 4.788859655 dan F tabel 3.99 maka F hitung > F tabel terdapat pengaruh. Tingkat pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dan Metode Ceramah tidak berhubungan dengan prestasi awal. Dengan pengkonsultasian nilai F hitung 0.092804855 dan F tabel 3.14 maka F hitung < F tabel tidak terdapat pengaruh. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dan Metode Ceramah dengan prestasi siswa. Dengan pengkonsultasian nilai F hitung 1.038540086 dan F tabel 3.14 maka F hitung < F tabel tidak terdapat pengaruh. Maka dapat disimpulkan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah cocok digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika dan dapat meningkatkan prestasi, aktivitas dan kreativitas. Selain itu model pembelajaran ini cocok diterapkan untuk siswa dengan berbagai tingkat prestasi tidak hanya siswa dengan prestasi-prestasi tertentu saja. Sehingga Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran pilihan yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah.
