Abstract

Background: Health tourism is a topic that is starting to be looked at in various parts of the world. The increase in the expectations of health tourists for the quality of health services certainly also has an impact on increasingly quality nursing care services for various clients from abroad. Nurses are required to handle the increasing number of visitors and migrants from abroad due to this globalization. This certainly has an impact on cultural factors which are a very important component of nursing competence where nurses are increasingly required to be able to carry out appropriate and appropriate nursing care to clients of foreign nationals. This study aims to describe health tourism and transcultural nursing concepts from the perspective of nurses and to find out how they interpret them. Methods: This literature uses inclusion and exclusion criteria using article data sources obtained and reviewed from the Google Scholar, PubMed and Willley Library databases. Results: The score obtained on the nurse's cultural sensitivity scale is a low average, cultural sensitivity also has no correlation with gender, marital status, age, educational level, professional title and background of transcultural nursing training. The cultural competency scores were significantly higher due to work experience treating foreign patients. Conclusion: Lack of language knowledge and experience of foreign cultures is an obstacle for nurses in caring for foreign patients. Improving foreign language skills, skills and work experience treating foreign patients is absolutely necessary in the context of meeting the needs for health tourism services.

Abstract

The Research focused on efeciency and income of Pandanwangi Rice farming system with the legowo 4:1 cropping pattern in canals irrigation rice fields in Bondowoso Regency. The research area was chosen in Bataan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency. The sampling technique was total sampling, in which the number of samples was equal than population. The sample of this research was 28 respondents. The analysis used in this research was income and efficiency analysis. Based on the results, it was found that the Pandanwangi Rice farming system with the legowo 4:1 cropping pattern in canals irrigation rice fields in Bataan Village, Tenggarang District, Bondowoso Regency produced avarage income Rp. 6,000,000.-/ha and efficient.

Abstract

Pada akhir tahun 2022 Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana ( DPPKB ) Kabupaten Bondowoso bekerjasama dengan organisasi wanita yang ada di Kabupaten Bondowoso dalam program pendewasaan usia pernikahan Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (DPPKB) Bondowoso tahun 2020, angka pernikahan dini di Kabupaten Bondowoso masih tinggi yaitu mencapai 37% dan yang paling tinggi di Kecamatan Wringin, disusul Maesan, Tlogosari, dan Grujugan. Dinyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara pernikahan dini dengan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bondowoso . Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Ampelan Kecamatan Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso pada tanggal 5 januari 2023 . Metoda penelitian analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional , alat observasi menggunakan kuesioner . Populasi penelitian adalah semua remaja yang ada di Desa Ampelan berjumlah 72 dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel claster randem sampling jumlah sample 20 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan. Pengetahuan remaja tentang sistem reproduksi terbanyak adalah kategori baik ( 55% ) dan sikap remaja mencegah pernikahan dini terbanyak adalah kategori baik ( 60% ) Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan remaja tentang sistem reproduksi dengan sikap mencegah pernikahan dini di Desa Ampelan Kecamatan Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso
