Abstract

This article discusses the perspective of legal protection for the curator, which derives from the phenomenon of curator being sued both criminally and civil while carrying out their duties to settle bankruptcy assets. It is not uncommon for the curator to be litigated with consequences where not only the process of clearing bankruptcy assets is hampered, but the curator also experiences losses because he has to follow the existing legal process. The solutions and forms of legal protection discussed in this article are that the curator as the aggrieved party can also take legal actions against the party deemed to be detrimental as long as it is carried out within the legal framework and code of ethics.

Abstract

Farmers need facilities to support agricultural productivity. The government provides agricultural equipment assistance to the success of the program to increase production, productivity and quality of food crops in the form of Integrated Rice Agriculture Service Centers (Sentra Pelayanan Pertanian Padi Terpadu/SP3T). One of the facilities provided in the program to increase the production, productivity and quality of food crops is the SP3T sub-program in which the facilities provided are more focused on post-harvest tools and production facilities. Central Java Province and 33 other provinces were given the opportunity to run the SP3T sub-program. Central Java is a province that has the highest rice production in 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of personal experience on farmers' attitudes in using Integrated SP3T. Sampling was purposive as many as 75 people. The basic method of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect (p = 0.001) between personal experience and farmer attitudes.

Abstract

Length of Stay (LOS) is a major problem that occurs in hospital emergency rooms because it needs quick and precise handling of its services, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. LOS prolongation can lead to worsening of the patient's condition, increased costs, and mortality. Many factors cause LOS, but it is known that there several factors that affect LOS in the ER, including the duration of laboratory examinations, duration of radiological examinations, duration of specialist doctor consultation, and duration of the process of transferring patients in the ER. The aim of the study was to determine the most dominant factor and the big influence on LOS in the Bangil ER during the COVID-19. This research was a quantitative observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach that used LOS observation and a digital clock for recording. Participants were 109 patients who were admitted to the yellow triage IGD and received COVID-19 protocol. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the duration of specialist doctor consultation and patient transfer process to LOS with a probability of 0.000 and then the duration of the patient transfer process is the most dominant factor compared the others with a beta value 0.625. The duration of the patient transfer is the most dominant factor in LOS. Further research could be focused on the specific disposition of inpatient or hospital discharge. Then regarding the pandemic, it is possible to examine variables related to COVID-19.

Abstract

The shift of paradigm in the government system that prioritizes the application of the principles of good governance has also been implemented in Indonesia through Government Regulation No. 68/2010. One of the tasks of the legislature in order to increase the value of government effectiveness is the function of checks and balances. If this function is carried out properly by the legislature, then at least it can increase the effectiveness of the Indonesian government. In relation to budgeting, the budgeting process starts from the discussion of the General APBD Policy (KUA), discussion of the APBD draft submitted by the regional head, to the implementation and accountability of Regional Regulations concerning the APBD. In the context of good governance, the participation of the DPRD must be realized in every process of preparing the APBD by upholding fiduciary duties. The universal principles of good governance are very precisely applied in realizing the budgeting function. Abstract

Response to attack Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) significantly contributes to the incidence of complications and death in ACS patients. This response is concerned with making decisions regarding emergency care. The family is one of the decision makers regarding emergency care for ACS patients. Economic problems and the ownership of health insurance can cause a poor response. Analytic observational design, cross sectional was used in 104 patient families (parents / husband / wife / children) who are in charge of care for ACS patients at the Ende Regional General Hospital using a modified Acute Coronary Syndrome Response Index questionnaire. Less response was found in 42.3% of respondents. There was a significant relationship between response and family income (P = 0.000, OR = 0.599) but not with health insurance ownership (P = 0.359; OR = 0.090). Response is less closely related to economic problems experienced even though the patient has been insured. Therefore, it is important to develop strategies to increase the response (knowledge, attitudes and beliefs) of families related to SKA, especially in low-income groups. This will help them speed up decision making when SKA's re-attack occurs.

Abstract

In the mid-2000s, a new marketing strategy that emerged as a result of digitization created online visibility for many companies. While many companies communicate via email, companies such as Amazon are starting to post negative comments from customers on evaluation sites. The innovations brought by digitalization began to bring new insights into marketing, but few people paid attention to these innovations. When Facebook opened its doors to the general public in 2006, the power of social media started to influence consumers and businesses, and this situation continues at its latest pace. In the summer of 2013, the three sites with the highest traffic were Facebook, Google and YouTube - either live social networking sites or platforms with strong social networking elements. Although the site is not available to those under 13 and denied access in China, the world's most populous country, one in seven people in the world is currently an active Facebook member. This striking growth of social media is only just beginning to understand business processes and models by marketing managers and researchers. It influenced the way they started. One wayTo model the radical change social media is animating is the pinball analogy, which suggests that marketing in a social media environment resembles a game of pinball, a chaotic and interactive game that replaces the bowling approach, a linear and one-way approach to marketing . As well as revealing new ways of thinking, the pin-table analogy also describes how value creation processes and structures can adapt to new marketing environments if companies are to be perceived as profitable by active, highly connected consumers via networks. In this study, while presenting an overview of the new environment, it also deals with important reflections on marketing managers and companies exposed to this enlightenment.

Abstract

The late arrival of stroke patients to the hospital is still a problem that still occurs in hospitals in several regions in Indonesia. Delay in treatment of stroke patients causes permanent disability and death. The time it takes for stroke patients is less than 3 hours to get thrombolytic therapy, which is started when an attack occurs. Where, the effectiveness of therapy is determined by the time the patient arrives at the hospital. Patient arrival to the hospital affects patient outcomes. Purpose: to analyze the factors associated with family delays in bringing stroke patients to the ER at Labuha Hospital. This study used an observational analytic study design with a cross sectional design approach. The research location is in the Emergency Room of the Labuha Hospital. Research time was September-November, 2020. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique totaling 42 stroke patients. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. Based on the Spearman test, it shows the relationship between the factors of knowledge (p = 0.01), awareness (p = 0.03), decision making (p = 0.00), economy (p = 0.00) and behavior (p = 0.00) with family delays in bringing stroke patients to the ER at Labuha Hospital. The multiple linear regression test shows that awareness is the most dominant factor associated with family delay with the coefficient value β -11.051 compared to other factors. The time delay of stroke patients decreased when knowledge, awareness, decision making, economy and family behavior were good.
